Transmission 34-G: Personal Contact (Me and Mulluns)

[Incubi Priest]

Yutaka took a deep breath. He hadn't been this nervous in a long time. As a matter of fact, this was the first time since the Hykat Raid that he had felt anything besides apathy. Yutaka adorned the best clothing money could by for a Twi'lek: deep down, he wanted to impress this female more than anything else in the galaxy right now.

It was a rather dingy apartment complex in the city, yet Yutaka had been told he could find the beautiful Alicia Dagger here. A bit jittery from anticipation, the Twi'lek reached out and knocked on what was supposedly the door to her interm place of living.

"Alicia? Alicia Dagger?"

 

[Phil]

No more then five seconds later, a small slot oppened up on the door and a muzzel of a rifle was aimed through it at who ever was on the outside of the door. For the past few days, people have been coming here to bother her about her latest hit she had done on Pournaga the Hutt and his slavers, most were wanting to pick a fight with her for ruining a perfectly good business.

"State your name and business." A female voice came out from the otherside of the door, almost like it was coming out from a helmet speaker. Though Yutaka would surley recognise who it was from...

 

[Incubi Priest]

Yutaka grinned at the rifle pointed at him. Yea, he thought to himself silently, yea I have definitely come to the right place. Straightening himself up some, the Twi'lek agent took a deep breath and spoke softly.

"Yutaka Beesko. I won't state my business until I'm in private."

 

[Phil]

As soon as it was confirmed, the rifle withdrew back into the door as the slot closed. Yutaka? It's been a long time since she encountered him and his friend Arrik; Alicia always thought they were both wiped out by the G.I.U., and apparently she was wrong. Putting her rifle on the counter nearby, she unholstered her SMG as she unlocked the door and opened it for her old aquantiance.

 

[Incubi Priest]

"Long time no see." Yutaka said with a grin as he entered, doing a double take behind him to make sure he wasn't being followed. Hell, even if he was, between the two of them there weren't many Jedi that could stop him.

"How have you been, Alicia?"

 

[Phil]

"Been better..." She awnsered, removing her helmet and placing it on the nearby counter, revealing a small scar on the left side of her cheek that was not there last time the two have met. "I've been here for days, waiting for the moment to leave, But there always seems to be a problem when I try to leave." She continued, and that was when she noticed Yutaka was alone.

"Where is Arrik and your droid?"

 

[Incubi Priest]

"I had to let GP go." Yutaka said solemnly, "I'll miss that little scrap heap, but it was necessary for his survival. As for the Anzat, well, Arrik's dead. They finally got to The Ghost after over twenty years. It wasn't easy, and all of his assailants died horrible deaths. You know Arrik, he wouldn't have gone down willingly. I barely escaped with my head."

 

[Phil]

"I see, I am sorry to hear that. It's a shame that he was caught and died, but it is good to see that you had survived. I haven't heard from you since we planned the hit on the Alsakan to draw the G.I.U. away; thinking that maybe you were both caught or killed. But here you are, not with a gun at my head or asking me how it was to take the lives of so many slavers. You've surely seen the holonet news on Pournaga's Slaving operation shut down, it's the only reason others have tried to find or contact me."

 

[Incubi Priest]

"Well," Yutaka said with a grin, "I have come for a far more important reason. I have a very profitable job for you. In all honesty, I could be retired for contacting you directly. You were not on the roster, that is to say, my employer doesn't want you on this mission. He is very specific about the people he uses. I will be paying you out of my own account."

 

[Phil]

Silent for a moment, a bit suspicious about this oppertunity she knows nothing about yet, Alicia crossed her arms slightly. "Who is your employer, and what is it exactly he is wanting done?"

 

[Incubi Priest]

"Alicia, you must be getting rusty in your observations. I just said he doesn't want you. I do. It is a very complicated situation. My employer is the Shadow Broker, you may have heard of him in your line of work. He is setting something up, even I don't know all the details and I"m his top agent. I need someone there as damage control other than myself."

 

[Phil]

"I know, which is why I asked what it is he is wanting done." She said, though it made it seem she was interested in what The Shadow Broker was wanting, regardless of his interest to her. Alicia never worked for him, but has heard of him and his exploits and it was not surprising that he would not want to hire a benevolent Assassin such as herself. But Yutaka, the Twi'lek she only met twice a long time ago, wanted her to be there even against the Shadow Broker's wishes.

"I don't think he would be happy if he saw me in the area, especially if he doesn't want me. If he did, that could lead to more trouble for you, couldn't it?"

 

[Incubi Priest]

"I could be...retired, for contacting you directly. Or at all on this matter actually. To further protect myself, I cannot disclose exactly what his plans are. To be honest I'm not fully able to."

 

[Phil]

"I understand. So what exactly are you wanting me to do now? I assume you have some sort of plan on this as you came over here." She asked, but she was somehow figuring out where this was going. She already had the tools on her ship that would make her look like a diffrent person, something she was saving for the G.U.I. hit, but was never able to use.

 

[Incubi Priest]

"I need you to watch the others on this mission. I am not sure if they will be together or not, but I only need you to stay alert and go along with the demands of the Shadow Broker. Basically, blend in with the others, and on my order kill those who I need gone."

 

[Phil]

"Sounds simple enough. I got just what I need to "Blend in" with others. I assume this will mean that bringing along my traditional armor and helmet is a no go, which means I'll need to find something more... suiting. When will this take place?"

 

[Incubi Priest]

"Soon. I'll contact you when I'm to leave. You can arrive with me, that'd probably be your safest bet. And mine too. Its uh, its good to see you again Alicia. Arrik would've been happy."

 

[Phil]

"Very well. I'll be here to recieve any further contacts from you or if you wish to return if something comes up." Alicia said, giving a nod as she showed Yutaka to the door, before he said something further.

"Its uh, its good to see you again Alicia. Arrik would've been happy."

Alicia simply gave a smile, looking towards the Twi'lek as she gave her awnser. "It's nice to see you again too."
