Finally, Celi and the ranger seemed to be cooperating... to a point. Her story made sense and was mostly genuine. It made me wonder if there was something she hadn't told me. There probably was; everyone had a skeleton or two in the closet. Either way, while they were talking, I simply took the pilot's seat and explored the controls, without touching anything so far. The ship was different to what I was used to; but I could still get it flying, if necessary.

"Yeah, what she said, looking around." I concurred to Celi's story. "Actually, if it weren't for my friend's magics..." I emphasized the word that the ranger had used rather dismissively. "Then I wouldn't have known a single thing about what happened here." Or would've gotten into a trap. Although to be fair, without Celiana I wouldn't have found myself in that old hangar and aboard that ship.

I listened to both of them, giving me a rather empty story that provided complete justification on their end landing all the blame on the previous owner of the club. Regardless though the evidence was on their side even if I felt there was definitely something fishy about these two. Nothing I could do about it, so I had to accept what they were offering me.

"If you don't mind then, Jedi can I count on you to help with this investigation or you not wanting to get involved in this?"
I knew that regardless of what she said I would have to watch out for her getting further involved.

There should still be a lot of work to do but at this point my commlink began signaling me, no doubt my help had arrived. So I grabbed the commlink to speak with whoever had just arrived.

"This is Ranger Janus."
Hopefully the help was organics because if it was droids like the CSF was so famous for then I was going to burst a blood vessel.

"This is Unit E6-34, we have arrived at the hangar and have found the ship, are you still inside it Ranger Janus?"
The metallic voice was enough for me to know that my hope had been dashed.

"Yes."
Why did my luck had to run out at a time like this, while sure droids have been known to solve some basic crime, something like this I wouldn't trust a droid to figure it out.

I would have to rely on myself it would seem. Walking out of the cockpit assuming that the two weren't going to run away. I hadn't plan on letting the ship out yet, not until the bodies were given a proper look over and then put to rest by whatever their wishes. Walking down the hallway that got me to the bridge of the ship, I met the four Coruscant security droids. They carried with them blasters but were currently not holding them. If it came a fight these things were probably only good for a metal shield. Regardless they did a quick scan of me to confirm I was who I said I was and when that was done I began to think of what I would need to do next to figure out the reason for these two's death.

The ranger I could tell thought things were a little too convenient. Though the real issue was his question, asking if I'd help or rather not get involved. It was a sort of verbal trap...Also he knew I'd be pursuing the person on my own. Not that he'd be able to stop me, or find me after the fact.

I heard the droids announcing themselves and looking at the ranger I said "Ranger Rook, as far as I'm concerned our business is concluded. I have my own issues I need to pursue, firstly getting this ship functional and space-worthy. If you wish however I can give you a comm channel for direct contact to me. I'm happy to assist the law in the future, however I'd like to lay my sister of Eshan to rest and get things prepared to send back to her family. If the Mandalorian is kin to you I'll let you handle his burial."

As the droids came in I discreetly slipped a passive tracking beacon onto one of their blasters. As it was, I planned to enter the C-sec evidence lockup in the near future. Much easier to utilize things that had already been seized by C-sec for my own ends. As it was having worked and grown up on Triple Z previously I know that C-sec was osik at keeping things secure. Especially in the lower city, for now though I'd let the ranger finish his job so I and Kel could get on with ours.

Finally things were looking up! Celiana no longer argued with law enforcement; the Ranger wasn't asking me too many questions. Now all I needed was a change of clothes and some rest aboard the Black Swift. "Well, if it's all the same to you, I've got some business to attend to." That part was said in a louder voice, and was mostly addressed to the ranger. As for Celi, I turned to her briefly: "I'll need to get some things from my ship, and the Ranger has a job to do."

Then I leaned to Celi's ear to quickly whisper the number of the hangar where she'd find my ship, should she need to find me. Whatever help I could offer with her own ship would have to wait until the droids and the rangers buggered off. So, unless asked to stay, I decided to take my leave there and then, and not to tempt fate.
