BIOGRAPHY

Born in the House Brentioch, one of the noble houses that ran Brentaal’s trade guilds, Tristodd was the second son of Livilla and Caledan. As the second son he did not inherit the leadership of the family, who inherited it was his older brother Reegian. While his brother was prepared to manage the family trading business, the youngest Brentioch was groomed to excel in politics, this way preparing him to one day occupy a position in Brentaal’s government. He was sent to study in Chandrila, where he became a deep believer and defender of the ideals of democracy that existed in the times of the Old Republic.

When Sibyl Lassiter was looking for supporters for her election as Senator of Brentaal, she approached House Brentioch. Seeking to give Tristodd more political knowledge for his career, his parents accepted to support Sibyl in exchange of him being made her main aide and pupil. Through this agreement, the young Brentalaan would learn firsthand how the Senate operates. However, his cheerful demeanor and enthusiasm for being at the Galactic Senate, made Sibyl dislike him. She started to despise Tristodd even more after noticing how idealistic he was about politics. Even so, Sibyl needs to treat him kindly, since the success of her election was largely due to the influence of House Brentioch and she doesn't want to cause his parents' fury, while secretly desiring to send him back to Brentaal.

While the Senator of Brentaal consider him an annoying brat, Tristodd is an intelligent and kind young man that really cares about the principles of democracy.
