NAME: Tsuki (She does nbot have a last name due to having been a slave. She knows only the name she has been called since infancy)
FACTION: Tsuki serves herself first and foremost. For the moment she is neutral, however if someone made an offer which caught her attention she would likely join that side.
RANK: N/A
SPECIES: Zabrak
AGE: 2
GENDER: Female
HEIGHT: 5'3"
WEIGHT: 120 lbs
EYES: A deep, rich hue of yellow which seems almost golden due to the luster of it. Rimming her pupil the color is lightest in tone, slowly darkening as it travels out to the outer rim. The farthest from the pupil the color is a deep, bronze-tinted yellow. Through the entire iris are shots of a deep, rich purple, looking almost black in some cases, a striking contrast to the rest of the eye and something of the Zabrak equivilant of hazel eyes.
HAIR: Long, ebony tresses dance about her skull and shoulders. Most of the time these lengths are tamed into dreads or small, tight braids for practical purposes. Anyone who dares touch her hair may find themselves on the wrong side of her personality, as well as a weapon.
SKIN: Tsuki's skin is a pale hue, just shy of the rare white which her race can hold, and a far cry from the daunting black which can also be found. Her skin is almost flawless, save the coloration which stains her hands. It is rumored that this comes from the blood of enemies who crossed her, or the gore from her former masters, earned when she so violently made her bid for freedom. The coloration is a dark, red-black, looking very much like heavy scarring.
CREDITS: 1,000
DISTINGUISHING MARKS: The most distinguishing feature of this lovely, though spunky, woman is her lack there-of. Unlike almost all of her race she bears no facial tattoos or other tribal markings to denote her race, family line, rank, or anything else. The only notable way to easily detect what she is are the horns atop her crown. Their coloring is a rich red, brightest at their peaks, and dark ruby at the base.
FORCE SENSITIVE: Tsuki is Force-Sensitive, though she does not know it at the current time.

STRENGTH: Despite a small staure, Tsuki is no weakling. She may appear to be a tiny, frail creature, but this is a deceptive ruse. She is much stronger than she appears, her years of hard labor having resulted in lean, hard, flat muscles laying against the bone on her diminutive frame. She can match a male of her race who is well-built and exercises often in the department of strength.
DEXTERITY: Tsuki is agile, fast on her feet and quick to move. Years on a planet with high gravity caused her to learn to move with relative speed under such circumstances, and so on planets with normal levels of gravity she is much quicker in motion than the average person.
CONSTITUTION: Over-all healthy, she does have her flaws. Malnutrition caused her growth to be stunted, and she occasionally suffers runs where she refuses to eat, a slight mental side-effect of her past. She can withstand a beating to a degree, though less than the average female of her race due to size and upbringing.
INTELLIGENCE: Tsuki is dangerously bright. She is not book-smart, as one might think when referrin to intelligence, though she isn't exactly stupid in that department. She excells in the area of intuition, survival, and social observation. She has the basic education, earned after she freed herself, but it is far from important to her.
WISDOM: Tsuki is wise in experience and reality. The word is a harsh place and she knows it better than some. She's no naive little fool, though she's been known to act it if it suites her purposes.
CHARISMA: She lacks sorely in this department. Her personality makes her too prickly to charm anyone, though she does use intimidation to persuade people to see things her way when the need be.

FORCE POWERS:
None yet

SKILLS:
Tsuki has a wide range of skills. The most notorious of these is her skills in combat. She is adequate in unarmed combat, able to defend herself well against opponents, but it is in armed combat where she is truly lethal. She prefers close-range weapons, and her weapon of choice are Guard Shotos. She is able to use these with great skill, and often leaves those aware of her background baffled, trying to figure out where such skill comes from. She is just as efficient with blades, though she dislikes them.

Firearms are not among her skills, though if given such a weapon she could accurately shoot in the general direction, and perhaps hit the target i it were a large one within somewhat close range.

She is an accomplished pick-pocket, though not a skill she uses often. Her agility allows her a natural talent for acrobatics, and when in a tight spot she can find herself scaling walls with little aide fron hand or foot holds, as well as contorting herself due to an impressive flexibility.

A capable reader of body language, though this is not a trained skill. She comes by this unknowingly through watching her masters for signs of when she'd be beaten or otherwise mistreated, so that she might dodge such assaults on her body.

LIGHTSABER/SWORD FORMS:
None yet

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
For all her wile and tact, Tsuki does have her weak points. High-impact blows to the knees, long-distance attacks, and being faced with greater numbers are the most obvious ones. Lesser known are a deep weakness for kindess and compassion. Having known no such thing for her childhood she is generally baffled when confronted with these things. She can easily deal with hostility or a cold distance from others, however when they show affection for her in any form she will either flee or freeze up, leaving hersef almost entirely vulnerable.

GEAR:
Durasteel baton-swords: She weilds two baton-swords. She is very efficient with these, and they are her prefered weapon in a fight.
Knives: The longest of these would be no longer than her hand, from the base of the palm to the tip of her fingers. The shortest tend to be nothing but a small, sharpened scrap of metal and kept tucked into one cheek or folded into the palm of her hand. Any longer knife found on her person is well-balanced, despite being short, and she knows well how to use them all. The shortest of her knives are rarely seen or carried, though they are a good weapon for a surprise attack at extremely close range.
Travel Pack: Something to carry provisions with, and used solely for that purpose. A waterskin and a supply of dried foods are packed into this for a quick meal on the go.

SHIP:
N/A

PETS:
Phisto: Nexu; Male; Two years; Height - .8 meters
About the species: http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Nexu
Phisto's fur has changed from white to brown, as is normal, however the brown is darker than average. His sire had been a rare black Nexu, and so the dark coloring was passed along, lending this young beast a deep mocha-like coloring, his stripes a pitch hue, as are the spines along his back. He, like his owner, is on the small side, though this doesn't seem to affect him in daily life and his efforts to protect his mistress.

The bond the two share is odd, and at times the Nexu will be affection, much like a canine or other common house pet, while at other times the beast shows his feral side, lashing out and often injuring Tsuki or anyone else around. He is a wild animal, not a tamed pet, yet he remains near Tsuki for she is the closest thing to amother the beast knows. He wanders from her side at times, but manages to find his way back eventually.

PERSONALITY:
Like almost all of her race, Tsuki is proud, regal, rebellious, and stubborn. To try and contain this being is a death-wish, as she has proven before. Her honor, or what she calls honor, is perhaps the most valued thing in her eyes, and by challenging or damaging this you are ultimately making the worst of assaults on her, save for aiming to take her very life. She does not think herself royalty, far from in fact, although she carries herself unknowningly with an air of dignity and poise, a silent authority.

She despises enclosed spaces with a vicious hate, a result of her years of slavery, and when confined she tends to get anxious, if not terrified, and will take any action possible to try and free herself. These efforts are not always successful, however she will try none-the-less.

Once Tsuki has an idea or opinion, to try and change her mind is nearly impossible, and she will stay with her own beliefs stubbornly. If she does change, she offers no reason and will not conceed to anyone having had influence, instead claiming that she merely decided that it was a better choice, and she knew it all along. In arguments she refuses to back down and conceed defeat, and will argue a subject well past the bounds of social standards or politeness, and such arguements can easily become physical altercations.

When it comes to temper, Tsuki has a short fuse. Easily angered, though she is thankfully quick to calm again. This short fuse has erved her in the past though, and she draws on it in times of need. Her instinct for survival pushes her to take whatever means are required, and she is capable of heinous acts without marring her concious in the process, so long as it is in her best interest. She is not a cold-blooded killer, contrary to popular opinion, even if she at times acts it, for if forced to harm or kill someone who has not sligthed or endangered her she will feel guilty in the end.

HISTORY:
Tsuki was born on Iridonia, the home planet of her people, to a large family who were wretchedly poor. As a result, they were already pressed to support the five children they had, Tsuki's arrival having poor timing in the worst way. Her father, a harsh man who had many of the same traits she now possesses, cut a deal with a passing slave trader. He sold the infant child to the man to support the rest of his family, never offering an explanation to her mother or anyone else.

From there, the baby Zarak was taken to a distant planet, a place with extremely high gravity. It was not expected for her to live long, and the possession of her was more of a novelty than a use, at first. Her race was notoriously hard to enslave, due to their very natures, and so her master thought himself well-off to claim her.

She was raised with a heavy hand, as a tot she was kept like a pet, on a short leash and lead about like a dog by her master, a collor around her neck and her hands shackled. When she didn't die off, as expected, and instead continued to age, she was put to more useful tasks. She started as a house servant, cleaning, cooking, and fullfilling any needs or desires of her master. Steadily she was given more and more work, when each chore offered to the girl was finished fully, and she soon had taken the jobs of three by the age of twelve.

The body is not meant for such labor, nor such gravity, and added in was a deprivation of food. Tsuki was given only the minimal required for her survival, and so her growth was stunted, her height far shorter than would be average to her race. However, she earned muscle in her labor. By fourteen she was moved to outdoor work as well as filling the needs of her master in his room, and also the first streaks of her personality started to flare, the rebellious nature which ran in her blood earning her severe beatings. She took them without a cry of pain or a word of dispute, biting back such things, knowing it would give satisfaction to her tormentors.

She was sold at eighteen, after steadily increasing her rebellious actions in severity until her master could no longer tolerate it. Shoved into a small bio crate and shipped off, when she was released from it she found herself in perhaps one of the worst places a person could be. A battle arena, she now worked for the cruel brute of a man who owned and ran it. Vicious creatures, wild animals, and insane men were sent into the ring to fight, only one emerging alive in the end. Sickened by this, she hated every day she lived of it.

When her master purchased a small pride of Nexu, consisting of a single black male and three females of normal color, Tsuki could not help but be fascinated and terrified by them. The animals were kept in a small pen with high walls and a thick ceiling, heavy bars on two windows and a door which could only be opened with a key. Said key was in the hands of her master, and he let none near his prized beasts, feeding them himself daily.

Tsuki stole moments to watch the predators from a distance, and when one made the first appearance in the area she watched with baited breath, fearful that it would come to harm, sickened by what it was capable of, and mortified that anyone could draw pleasure from such violence, as the Nexu slaughtered three men of varies races who had formerly dominated in the arena.

The Nexu vanished from the arena after that for nearly a year, and in that time Tsuki was forced to care for the various creatures her master owned, clean up after fights, and serve him in whatever way he wished. She obeyed, though only barely, and still earned lashings. The worst of these came when she was almost twenty.

She slipped away one day, making her way to see what had come of the Nexu pride. Watching them through the heavy bars she noticed several young additions to the pride, as well as another of the females looking heavy. A pair of white cubs were nestled beside their dam, just over two months in age with the slightest hint of their color changing at the tips of their paws and tails. One of the cubs saw her, and ventured near the window to try and investigate. One small paw was hung out between the bars, and cautiously Tsuki reached out to stroke the soft, downy fur.

This was the scene her master found as he rounded a corner, on his way to feed the prized beasts. Furious at the slave, he grabbed her, dragging her away and throwing her into a cage, leaving her there to storm away and fetch some form of punishment suitable to her actions. He found one, and when he returned two days later to the hungry and dehydrated slave, he grabbed ehr once more, throwing her into shackles and forcing her into the arena. Before an audience, he burned her hands, but he was not done. Still shackled he let the girl fall to the ground, and he dropped a pair of knives before her, striding out of the arena. Doors closed behind him, and into the ring two Massiff were released, snarling and ferocious, mistreated and angry.

Realizing the danger to herself she grabbed the daggers, screaming in agony from her burned hands, and defended herself as the two beasts attacked. Sharp claws raked her leg, and teeth wrapped around an arm as she sank the blade of one knife into the throat of one of the beasts, freeing her arm from it's jaws. Before she could kill the second it had leapt away, circling her, snapping at her. When it lunged, she dropped low and rolled, a flash of metal and her blade found itself sliding through the belly of her attacker and letting it's steaming entrails spill out. Satisfied her punishment was finished, she was removed from the arena and her wounds tended to. Her arm and leg were stitched, the burns treated with a salve, and while the arm and leg healed without scar, her hands remained forver marred in color.

When she turned twenty, something in her mind snapped, and the woman who had been a reasonably docile slave became a terror. She was uncontrollable, and when attempts to restrain her were made she became violent. She got ahold of small slivers of metal, storing them on her body and producing them any chance she had, assaulting anyone who came near her. The only thing anyone could do was corral her, and she was herded into a cage seemingly by force. However it was a ruse, on her part. They did what she wanted them to do, for in the proccess of her violent outbreaks she'd snatched the keys from her master.

When night fell she unlocked her shackled, then the door to her make-shift prison. From there she went through and opened every cage she came across, setting loose every animal and being her master had collected over the years. When she came to the Nexu pride, she freed them as well, though she was surprised to see the female who had before been pregnant had birthed a litter already. She ignored this fact in favor of finding somewhere safe to hide while chaos broke loose, and she watched as a massacre took place.

As dawn rose to shed light on the world once more, the scene that lay before her was a gruesome one. Few things lived, and fewer still were those unharmed. She deemed it safe to move from her hiding spot though, and emerged, taking from a corpse she stumbled across a pair of swords, and from various others knives, and clothing. As she raided the bloody scene she also came across one of the Nexu cubs. At first, she thought to leave it, but when she saw the lifeless bodies of the rest of the pride she went back, working up the courage to pick the cub up and craddle it in her arms.

She took the cub with her, unable to leave it behind, and left the aerna to see what the world had in store for her. At first her new pet seemed docile enough, a sweet creature who almost idolized her. This changed though, as a year passed and the two found themselves still free, and the cub she had names Phisto showing his coloring and his personality in full. He had been laying at her feet, contently dozing, when outo f nowhere the Nexu leapt up, hooking his claws into her legs and snarling, spines bristling.

He released her though, just as quickly, and padded away. For three days the beast remained gone, until he returned and behaved as sweetly as before. This has been the general routine for the pair. Tsuki hitches rides and smuggles the Nexu aboard unsuspecting ships in a crate, traveling from planet to planet as she sees fit, never staying in one place for long and doing her best to keep the Nexu from causing serious harm to anyone foolish enough to get near him or herself. She does whatever it takes to keep their bellies full, their beds comfortable, and their hides alive, having the ability to remove all moral matters from a situation making that much easier.

Hey Lyric, welcome aboard.

This is an awesome profile, I liked reading through it. Just a few things I feel like sharing.

SPECIES: Iridonian: More commoly known as Zabrak, an off-shoot or sub-scpecies of the race. She does, however, fall into this family as well, so may be called by either name.

Iridonian are not an off-shoot of Zabrak; that's merely a term to designate a Zabrak who was born in Iridonia rather than elsewhere in space.

Other than that, there's a few things. Without proper training, wielding a lightsaber would be tough. That being said, weilding Guard Shotos would be all more difficult.

There's also the matter with the Nexu; in my opinion, it would have an undeniable wild and vicious instinct, as well as "smuggling" one aboard a ship would be tough.

Good job nonetheless. :D

What he said, and infact - it's forbidden by the Forum.
You got to have permission or training in order to use them properly.

Well actually, there are weapons that are very similar to the Baton Light Sabers she gave her character that I think she should substitute them for.

The Electro-staff could most likely be modified into something similar to what she's interested in using. While it would not provide cutting power like a Light Saber would, it would operate much more like a standard Tonfa, which is this presented weapon's base design.

Plus since the Baton Saber is not made to have a powerful cutting strike, this wouldn't change much of her way of fighting, save for the fact that a single glancing blow could stun an opponent rather then just wound them.

I'd say go with that tech.

It is noted in the quick description of the Nexu that he is basically a wild animal which follows her around, in essence considering her to be his 'pride'. Also noted is he does attack her and others at will. His dwarfed size, in comparrison to most Nexu, would make it slightly easier, though I can mention she drugs the animal for transport, and I could edit his size to make him smaller still, a big-time runt?

As suggested by Maje, I can switch the tech until she's stumbled on someone whoknows she is force sensitve and is willing to train her. Not in any rush for that, so long as the weapon is similar in style to what she had. -nodnod-

I am fine with her having the Guard Shotos, it's just that as a first character she would require to go through training within the Order so she could wield lightsaber-based weapons since they're tough to use correctly without training. And I doubt Ru would let someone have their first character start off without IC training despite the quality of the profile. At least, that's what I think.

EDIT:

If you're willing, I have a character on the way that could help you with that. You'd just have to wait awhile, but I'm sure you're willing to since you don't seem to be in a rush. Just make sure not to wield the Shotos anywhere near professionally... xD

-nods- For now I switched it to the Electro-Staffs Maje suggested, but like I said, I'd like for her to eventually get training so she can weild the weapons I had wanted her to.

Also, -blush- Thank you, but the bio was a little bit rushed. I can do better when I'm not trying to make a deadline...

Cortosis is very Impractical for such use, and the technique to create such swords / weaponry / armory is very rarely in the possession of people, maybe about 100 - 200 in the Galaxy know to refine it, and that in the whole Galaxy.I'd rather say you should use Durasteel for the Staff, or similiar. The form is too impractical for it, and Cortosis wouldn't sustain a long period of time.

He makes sense. Cortosis uses wouldn't be too well known, plus most people -- and I would assume your character -- wouldn't worry about trying to confront a Jedi, which are pretty much the known lightsaber wielding opponents, nor would have the knowledge of cortosis being able to counter it. Plus, again, they wouldn't worry so much of a way to fight a Jedi seeing as how Jedi are the "ultimate fighters".

My character has a Cortosis-Weave sword... I'm a hypocrite now, right?

*whiplash*

Indeed.

No, not really.Since a Sword is not as clubby and requires less of the Cortosis, and more than likely uses Durasteel as a mixture of the Cortosis in the Weave it is not.In fact, the sword would probably be easier to manufacture than the Staff.

However, the use of Cortosis would still be useless unless you intend to outrun a Jedi. Which is, also, useless. I had a cortosis weaved blade for one of my characters, but he had a glider and was Force Sensitive; he could use the sword, but the cortosis was merely to prevent him from being bisected and then run -- fly -- away. :3
