STRENGTH: 6/10 Above average strength due to her need to establish dominance over the fickle crowd of Junkers she manipulates. Top dog holds the leash, even if they struggle.
DEXTERITY: 6/10 She is suprisingly fast for someone of her stature and shape. Uluyoo has a sharp eye for trouble partly due to her gift, and a quick hand to accompany it.
CONSTITUTION: 8/10 As a member of the Junker species Uluyoo possesses an extraordinary Immune system. Not to mention she gets first pick on all of the good food her tribe scrapes together.
INTELLIGENCE: 5/10 Uluyoo is naturally talented at combat and has even developed her own fighting style with a spear, and while it is unhoned it is still a tribute to her skill. She is also just as able as any of her species at utilizing materials. She crafted her own cruel weapon.
WISDOM: 2/10 Uluyoo know's about as much about the galaxy as a child but she is a prodigal fighter.
CHARISMA: 2/10 Uluyoo intends to manipulate people by making them scared of her. Her charisma is less than stellar.

SKILLS:
As a member of the Junker species Uluyoo is naturally adept of making use of junk and turning it into something useful. She has crafted an intricate series of wires in her garments that when lit make her appear to smoke or steam for the intimidation factor. She also crafted her cruel spear which stabs, burns, and elctrocutes.
Unlike most of her kind however she sought to become better suited to fighting independently instead of relying on strength through numbers. Thus she has developed her own spear techniques that keep her ahead of her competition.

-Rely's heavily on instilling fear into her opponents. Without it she lacks the same stern bravado most members of her species are known for.
GEAR:
She carries her spear at all times along with several batteries and fuel tanks to sustain it's brutal features. The spear has a salvaged fuel sprayer for the tip that is released with the lever in the midsection. The fuel can then be set ablaze by a friction lighter below the spear tip which she uses by 'cocking' the spear like an old slugthrower. The rear of the spear is a simple but crude two pronged taser which she can turn on with the flick of a switch just above the battery source.
She has a series of wires strung through her clothing and mask that are connected with a power cource in her belt. The wires are merely uncoated and when the circuit is completed they burn and create smoke which eminates from anywhere along the network. This is a tool she uses to confuse and intimidate her opponents.

PERSONALITY:
Uluyoo is a hardy and obnoxious tyrant. As the self proclaimed tribe master of the Junker people she is arrogant and loud. She will get into someones face and growl to let them know she is not to be trifled with. Uluyoo holds a tough front but the reality of it all is that she is confused and paranoid. Being force sensitive and knowing nothing about it she knows she can instil fear in most much more easily than others around her. She knows that with every cruel choice she makes and life she takes will make her enemies which is why she is constantly alert and ready to fight when she angers and scares those around her.
Uluyoo does however have an exhuberant, spoiled persona which rears its ugly head from time to time in which she will not be afraid to pluck any random half good looking male from her followers and have her way with him. She will not hesitate to take something she likes and if she can take it it will surely be hers.
Once she is outclassed however she will shy away immediately and avoid the threat like a plague, making sure to send her hoarde of followers to do her bidding.
BIOGRAPHY:
Long ago a young Junker patrolled the waste heaps of lotho minor just as any other would in search of any salvageable materials. The times were harsh and the amount of useful materials became very scarce. Worse still there was no food in sight. During this harsh time the Junker Uluyoo was scrounging through a pile of garbage when she was snuck upon by two of her tribesmen. They had decided that she was to be sacrificed for their tribe to survive to be served as food, as she was the only one who was whole with 'untainted meat'. However what they did not realize was the reason for this. Uluyoo was special among the Junkers as she was force sensitive. She had heightened senses that always had helped her to avoid the dangers or to endure them with little consequence. She had already sensed them behind her and was just in time to notice their intention. She ran from the two as they chased her yelling and howling in hunger induced madness. Uluyoo was at first terrified but knew she could not outrun them, they were older and stronger than she was so she had decided to stand her ground. Turning to face her poachers she drew her weapon and fought with them desperately, she injured one of them in a lucky thrust to his leg that caught and jammed her spear. It was wrestled from her arms as he clambered away. The other was set to strike her when suddenly the shrill sound of metal being crushed and scraped approached them. The fire breather, a massive droid with a great maw filled with fire, stepped over the pile behind Uluyoo and caught the shrieking Junker as it was crushed beneath its claw and then dragged along. Uluyoo's luck and senses had saved her life for this time but she knew that she could not return to the others. She was struck by an idea however. With haste and caution she followed the massive droid for days, remaining safely hidden from its wrath.
The droid eventually reached it's destination, a station where it refueled its tanks of incinerating gasses. This would soon come to be her refuge from the savage desperate people she had been betrayed by. She found a fuel for herself that day, a fuel of rage that made her vow vengeance for what they had done to her, how scared they made her feel. She forged a weapon of her own design, inspired by the dreadful droids that shared her new home and set out to inscribe a message to her people.
Years passed and Uluyoo's cruel message spread across the planet by whispers from one terrified Junker to the next, telling stories of the horned one who was as cruel as the fire breathers in her method of torture. Soon however it was followed by another message, a message extended to all of her kind. And offer for refuge and revolution, where thse who would stand and quake in fear of Uluyoo could earn her forgiveness from the attrocities she suffered, and gain a home with others, a tribe like no other before.

Uluyoo is dethroned from her comfy position as tyrant leader of the junker tribes as the arrival of a powerful alien wielding the force against her shakes loose her grip of fear on the junker people. The alien demands she assist him in reparing his ship when a convenient fire breather droid shows up and the two dispose of it working together. Uluyoo is offered the chance to train under the alien but he is severely burned by the destruction of the droid and Uluyoo is left to tend to his wounds to seal their deal.
