O V E R V I E W
Emanating from the deep, inscrutable obscurity of Umbara, the revitalized Sith Academy stands as a formidable testament to the allure of the dark side. Veiled within the shadowy penumbra of its host planet, this ominous fortress evokes a silent dread and a haunting magnificence. With its ancient architecture restored to its former glory, it marks the advent of a renaissance for Sith assassins and spies. The revitalization was achieved under the stewardship of Sith Champions Zorya and Kaldar.
__O R I G I N S
The legacy of the Umbara Sith Academy can be traced back to the waning period of the New Sith Wars when the Brotherhood of Darkness established it as a center for molding Sith assassins and spies. This was an epoch when the contours of power were constantly being redrawn, an age rife with strife and war, and the Brotherhood envisioned this academy as a clandestine weapon against their enemies. In the murk of Umbara, recruits were inducted into the arcane mysteries of the Dark Side, their natural talents honed and twisted to serve the Sith cause. They emerged as the deadliest assassins in the galaxy, capable of striking fear into the hearts of the most hardened warriors.
The Academy, for all its potency, was not immune to the ravages of time. Centuries later, it would be visited by Darth Maul and his apprentice brother, Savage Opress, but this was a brief sojourn, a fleeting chapter in its history. After this, it slipped into obscurity, its formidable reputation fading into the fog of forgotten lore.
However, the relentless pull of the Dark Side is not so easily silenced. Enter Zorya, the stoic Sith Champion with an intellect as sharp as her lightsaber and her mischievous accomplice, O'bog. Enigmatic and persistent, they breathed new life into the decaying edifice, igniting a renaissance for the ancient academy. With their shared vision of revitalizing the art of Sith espionage and assassination, the Umbara Sith Academy rose once again from its dormant ashes, ready to etch a new chapter of dread and dominance in the annals of Sith history.

Cloaked in a miasma of dark energy, the assassin training room is a forge of lethal talent. This sanctum of subterfuge pulsates with the energy of Sith apprentices learning to meld physical prowess with the manipulative power of the Dark Side. The sounds of practice lightsabers clashing, mingled with the whispers of incantations, fill the room with an eerie symphony. Hidden in obsidian walls, the room features an array of advanced holographic targets and stealth simulators.
A menagerie of nightmares, the Bestiarum houses the galaxy's most lethal beasts, including spectral Banshees and a savage Vixus, both native to Umbara. Within this stygian labyrinth of dread, the Sith trainees encounter their deepest fears, honing their ability to control and manipulate beats through the Force. The guttural growls of its monstrous inhabitants echo through the iron-clad corridors, intensifying the place's ominous ambiance.
The Inner Sanctum remains a tantalizing mystery, its contents secured behind an impenetrable door that requires an elusive holocron. This cryptic chamber radiates an enigmatic aura, its secrets whispered only to those who can decode its ancient Sith cipher, ur-Kittât. The ethereal resonance of power in the Inner Sanctum serves as an ever-present reminder of the formidable legacy and unexplored depths of Sith lore waiting to be discovered.

Embellishing the somber ambiance, a spectral mural of the galaxy mapped out in vibrant nebulae and star clusters hangs above the desk.
