Gamorr, Early Morning (Twilight)
Q'san was scarcely sent out for riot control on planets owned by the other Empire, but this was a special case, as the Emperor, in his wisdom and might, had struck down the child Empress in a bout of Kaggath, instilling a great deal of pride in his subjects, Q'san included. None of that, though, could quell his hangover. His last few days on shore leave were spent on Zeltros, where he spent most of his savings at the many bars and clubs on the planet. He quickly landed his Crux-Class Starfighter on the top of a building, overlooking the scattered chaos below.

Exiting his cockpit, he knelt down, behind the duracrete divider lining the edge of the building, and double-checked his weapons and armor functions to make sure they were all loaded and in working order. Q'san would await the arrival of his partner in this assignment, @XT03 a Goliath Bipedal Tank Droid. His Stun Scattergun hung in front of him, on it's sling, with his three Power cells in pouches on his shoulder strap, and his Pugio Blaster Pistol sat on his right hip, with three spares in similar pouches on his belt. Forgoing a conventional melee weapon, his opts to use shockboxing gloves set to an almost lethal wattage, because of his Echani upbringing instilling pride on his martial prowess - forgoing the mention of his enjoyment of utterly pummeling a man to a red a purple pulp, as opposed to using a blade or a bludgeon of some sort. The crunching of bone beneath his knuckles was reminiscent of his short stint as a cage fighter.

From his position, he could see many other building in much worse shape, several fires, and a handful of gunfights in the streets between Gamorrean natives, and the Hutt mercenaries. His role was to, once XT03 arrived, was to rendezous with a group of Imperial soldiers, and offer support to the Gamorreans.

As if almost on cue, a carrier with a squad of five (5) Imperial Soldiers, four of which were wearing medium armor and Gladius Blaster Carbines, and a fifth in heavy Armor and sporting a Javelin Light Repeater landed on the building across the street from Q'san, roughly 10 meters away from him, and his ship.

"Specialist Q'san to your 9'o'clock. I'm waitin' on an IAF Goliath, then we'll make our move," he said to them through a secured commslink.

"UNIT TRES ETA 30 SECONDS", the droid blared through the commlink, full blast. Unfortunately for the other soldiers, the hulking war droid still had yet to learn of the inner volume dial in its subsystems. Tres had been near by, literally about to be dropped off by the drop ship when the messages had come through on its comms. Naturally, the droid had needed to respond and inform its squad as to its whereabouts. Good thing too, because the dropship wasn't planning on hanging around the dangerous area, and thus had come up with somewhat daring plan. It really was just best if those on the ground were on high alert.

Right on time, the drop off moment arrived, the ship swooping down to hover for a brief instant over the building. With a yank of its huge arm, Tres freed itself of its harness and jumped out of the ship. The Goliath droid fell like a literal meteor, almost right on top of the Sith agent. Thankfully it missed, narrowly, and landed securely on his feet, cracking the roof beneath it with the impact. Immediately the droid stood, scanning the area around it. The agent it noted, and then promptly ignored, turning its optics towards the squad of troopers and the environment. It quickly registered the current situation, homing in on the likely locations of current gunfights.

They had been sent specifically to aid the local species and beat back the forces assaulting them, or so its mission data said. Those areas would need to be their priority as potential conflict areas, and soon. Tres quickly adjusted its targeting parameters to ignore the local piggy natives, preparing for the coming battles. Injuring the natives would be a definitive breach of protocols this time. The droid next started running system checks as it continued to scan the area, already planning optimal strategies.

It looked to the agent finally, giving him a once over with its cold blue optic. New agent Torobah, additional mission asset and equal ranking. Tres tuned in to the commlink again, conveying over its screeches to the man as it returned to scanning the area. "UNIT TRES AT MAX FUNCTIONALITY, FULLY ARMED AND WITH USUAL ARMAMENTS. READY TO MOVE INTO COMBAT."

Without Aks-Ree’ leadership, the Red Skulls found it difficult to fit in, seems that much of their contracts and offers of business were contingent upon the Gran and his loss marked a steep decline in productivity. Taking on lone contracts, he and several other enforcers found themselves on Gamorr aiding the Empire against the uprising of Hutt Mercenaries. The Pantoran was clad in his customized Beskar’gam, the Sigil of the mythosaur worn proudly as he was knelt behind some street cart vendors for cover, engaged in a firefight against several mercenary companies. He was armed with his Shriek-Hawk blaster rifle, two strill pistols at his sides, and a fragmentation grenade on his belt. His current position was approximately 100 meters south of the Sith Operatives who had recently arrived.

He spoke through his comm link, ”Foreign battalion in position, need assistance soon..” The recording likely sent to the Goliath Droid as well as the Imperial Agent who had seemingly assumed command on this ground operation.

Q'san was unmoving as the tank dropped down so close to him. The roof below him rumbled under the weight of the droid, although he did wince at the volume of his voice in his commslink. "Acknowledged, Tres, move with me to street level - Alpha Team, meet us there, as well, we'll move together," he said, moving toward the roof access door of the building, when a familiar voice rang through his commslink. Moving quickly, Q'san descended down the stairs, when a voice rang in on his long range communicator. He listened to the recording, recognizing him as Markus Valentine - a Red Skull Gangmember that he had done some work with in the past. Figuring he was performing a contract for the Empire, he did not question his presence any further.

"Foreign battalion, what is your position? Over," Q'san replied, as he came to the bottom of the stairwell, pressing himself against the wall, before peering in, to find three mercenaries taking cover within the semi-destroyed building, at the other end of the lobby.

"Tres, we have contact," he spoke softly, and in a calm tone, as he moved in to the lobby, moving low and quickly finding cover. Q'san wasted no time to open fire on them, tagging one of them with his Scattergun, leaving the other two to spread out, leaving their comrade on the ground, writhing in pain. Q'san moved up, to the remnants of a service kiosk, to the left of the two pillars they hid behind.

Tres followed the agent as best it could, though the building wasn't made for its bulk. At some points the droid had to smash its way through the small spaces and hunker down to not scrape against the ceiling. Thankfully the doors and building structure gave way with a minimal application of force. This area had obviously not been built to withstand and assault by someone of the droids caliber by any means. Tres however, did NOT recognize the voice that came over the airwaves suddenly. It had records of assisting foreign soldiers however, and thus filed the discrepancy away for further examination later.

At the moment, it had higher priority problems, like the fact that they had just found the enemy. Moving into sight and directing its optics over the agents head, Tres quickly marked one as its first target. When the agent moved forward Tres did as well right behind the man as he fired. Tres took a somewhat different approach this time however, using the relatively low priority situation to try out a new attack pattern. Calculating the distance quickly, the droid suddenly activated its jump boots and launched itself into the air across the room. It was a narrow margin, the droid barely managing to avoid embedding itself into the ceiling, but the Goliath droid stayed true to its calculated arc. The mercenary on the far right had just enough time to scream before the giant metal behemoth landed right on top of him feet first.

Disregarding the nasty crunch of bone and metal, Tres quickly straightened to point its cannon at the remaining stupefied mercenary. Unfortunately even that slight movement was too much for the newly abused floor beneath it, which gave way with a roar of shattered timbers. Tres plummeted right into the basement, along with its victim and a good chunk of floor, its shots flung hopelessly off course. Thankfully it was only a single story, but the droid landed flat on its stomach whereupon it was immediately impacted by a huge chunk of rubble as the floor continued to give way. It wasn't damaged, not seriously anyway, and after a moment the droids comms would send out another ear shattering message. "UNIT REQUIRES ASSISTANCE!"

Markus pressed a button on his comm-link, pinging his location to his allies as he stated over the radio. "Location delivered, engaging hostile combatants now!" The Pantoran shouted as a small company of blaster riflemen approached their position from northeastern sector. Aiming the shriek-hawk, the enforcer took several well timed shots at the enemy soldiers. Two blaster bolts finding their mark as they smashed into exposed regions of flesh and burned right through, sending the opponents to the ground in a crumpled mess. An arrogant smile coming to the rogue mandalorian as he stood out of cover upon hearing the Droid's distress call and began to sprint towards the general direction. Prior to reaching the building in which the Droid was in however, he turned to see an enemy rifleman point a PIPE towards him.

Eyes dilated as the rocket shot outwards, "KARK!" He yelled, attempting to hide behind a dysfunctional speeder as the projectile smashed into the vehicle. Massive explosion sent him flying, shrapnel piercing through his armor and shredding a few ligaments as his body was hurled into the air and through the window. He came to a rolling stop on the ground before falling again through the hole that Tres had created with her slip, landing right on top of the prone Droid. Head smacking around inside the helmet during his prolonged tumble, the foreign mercenary was certainly in a daze.

Q'san moved quickly to assist his Droid comrade, jumping down the hole he'd fallen through, quickly getting into position to help him lift the rubble, and luckily his other firing team had been able to clear the streets, if only for the moment, and were able to help, by sending three men into the hole to assist Q'san in lifting the rubble, successfully, without any further damage to Tres. Around that time, a loud explosion in the distance could be heard, and Q'san leapt upward with the help of his Jumpboots, prompting the others and Tres to do the same. "Form up, we're taking this party South!" he shouted, as he took point, shouldering his Scatterblaster, and keeping his head on a swivel.

"Foreign company, we're en route, sit tight," he said through comms, but then turned to Tres, "Tres, authorize friendly, Markus Valentine of Foreign Company," he said, intending to register Markus as a friendly combatant in Tres' battle computer.
