Vaul'thuz

Vaul'thuz was born on Coruscant among the low-lives and thieves. He was son to a drug dealer, who spent his days travelling from planet to planet selling his products. This lead Vaul'thuz to never have any real friends as his father rarely stayed anywhere more than a few months. As he grew older, his force sensitivity began to reveal itself. Despite it on many occasions warning a young Vaul'thuz of a ill fated deal or a potential thief , his father simply pinned it down to his son being mad and dumb luck. Eventully, when Vaul'thuz was 13 years old, he accidentally used it maliciously. During a meeting between Vaul'thuz's father and a buyer, he noticed the buyer reaching for his weapon after admitting he could not pay for his supply. Panicked, the young force sensitive accidentally killed the mean via asphyxiation. Not realizing his son had just saved his life,while also knowing his son was force sensitive by now , he attacked his son. Leaving him with several bruises on his body and many deep cuts in his tail that never fully healed. After this, the drug dealer decided his son was far to unstable to be kept with him and had him sent to an asylum in the outer-rim.
Vaul'thuz spent 6 years in the asylum. While he was not treated terribly, his mind was constantly open to the insanity of the patients that surrounded him, unable to shut the feelings of them out due to a lack of training, the annoo-dat prime gradually went mad. During his almost complete isolation, Vaul'thuz begin to wonder what his home world was like. He had never seen it before but he had heard from his father that his people were great conquerors. Gradually his heritage became more and more of a topic in his mind as he had little to do other than speculate. The years dragged on and gradually the annoo-dat prime began to remember why he was in this mess in the first place. The force. He began to practice with it and, although he never made great strides alone, he was able to move objects on command and had even began to attempt using to force to strangle the wardens. Although he never caused more to happen than a fit of coughing before he ran out of energy.
Eventully the war between the Jedi and the Sith Brotherhood erupted and prisons were being filled up. On occasion, a sith would be brought to the asylum due to a lack of space in the prisons. One such sith took up a cell next to Vaul'thuz's and sensed his power in the force. Using this as a reason to speak with the young alien through his own mind, the sith told him of the Sith Brotherhood , the power and knowledge that they held. Interested, Vaul'thuz asked to be shown more and how one goes about joining them. Eventually the sith began to teach him what he could of the force and finally allowed the force sensitive to block his force sense. The sudden change in his mind was a surreal, almost mind bending experience for Vaul'thuz who thanked the sith greatly, soon after his basic training however, the sith was taken by republic soldiers and presumably killed. Genuinely upset that the closest thing the annoo-dat had ever had to a friend had just been taken away from him, he swore he would pull through on his promise and join the sith as soon as he was able.
After a few short weeks , the Vaul'thuz was finally released from the asylum. He had been able to hold back his madness for a time now he was not tortured by the minds of those who were even madder than him. The first thing the now free alien did, was to find a way to the planet his sith 'friend' had told him about. Korriban. Stealing a small ship with ease thanks to his rather intimidating physical form and limited force abilities, he made his way to sith territory where he pledged his allegiance to the sith. His old life as a drug dealer's son, all but forgotten. The sith spent several years learning the basics of lightsaber combat and the force, while also learning what he could about his more personal interests of disease and his species where he could.
[BEEBOX=90%]PERSONALITY[/BEEBOX]
Vaul'thuz is a almost insane individual and he knows it, often trying to keep his own madness in check during delicate situation. The annoo-dat prime also has an insatiable lust for knowledge, specifically about the many horrific plagues and poisons in the galaxy that he could potentially recreate to his for his own benefit ,and the history of his own race. Despite his insanity,he is almost always focused on his own self-preservation, leading him to easily flee battles if they are going badly and usually finding it easy to follow rules, assuming he is not caught up in the heat of battle when those orders are issued. Vaul'thuz has an intense blood lust and once set off, he seems to go completely mad,savagely and aggressively attacking enemies even if he lacks weapons. Despite this, he quickly snaps out of it after sustaining damage, usually attempting to flee unless it is obvious the source of the damage was down to pure chance or has been eliminated. Vaul'thuz also has an appreciation for the more enriching things in life, enjoying a simple book on occasion and enjoying many simple activities one is usually depraved of during time spent locked up or on the run.
