Biography: Raemka was raised similar to a bastard Prince. His father was a Jedi who, during the Mandalorian Civil War, met Raemka's mother--a Mandalorian who was beginning to move against the traditional warrior ways. Together, they bore Raemka; however, unplanned, they had intentions to abandon the child for their own sakes. Raemka's father fostered his son to a Senator of the Republic who owed him a huge favor.
Senator Acuvue, the one who Raemka understood to be his father, was accepting of the child but never loving. Acuvue and his wife, high in power and wealth, were corrupt politicians who treated their fostered son with disdain--having him believe the hateful pair were in fact his parents by blood.
Rae grew up with an older brother whom he admired deeply. Nyx was his name, and he loved Raemka as any brother would. Though he never understood his parents' mistreatment of his sibling, he never questioned it. The one time Nyx stood up for his younger brother, he was severely punished.
Nyx was sum four years older than Rae. He began Jedi training at a young age with some of the Jedi Knights around their manor. Rae admired his brother and watched him grow with the force, until he eventually became a Padawan. When Rae was 6, he begged his brother to teach him what he learned from his Master. Their parents forbid Rae from any teachings of the force, understanding that his parents were powerful and that was opposite how they wanted their fostered child to be. Nyx agreed to train his brother in secret. They succeeded for four years, and young Rae almost surpassed his brother.
One day, the two were caught sparring and were punished. Nyx watched as his parents order their guards to beat Rae for his insolence, and break his training saber. Finally, Nyx pleaded for them to stop. In return, a guard put Nyx in his place as well. Nyx, infuriated, unleashed his lightsaber in the household and attacked the guard, nearly killing him. That was the first Rae ever encountered what he'd learn to be the dark side of the force--a power that mesmerized him.
The frightened parents turned to Nyx's Jedi Master, who took his Padawan from his home and on a voyage. He was old enough now to explore the galaxy as every Padawan should. At this time, Nyx was 15, and Rae was 10. He went to see his brother off, but was responded with apathy and silence. Nyx never returned to his brother the farewell and tears he received. Rae never knew if his brother blamed him for being sent away, and he would never find out. He believed the only one he ever loved left sharing the same hatred for him as their parents did.
After that, Rae was treated lesser than a household pet. He never exchanged words with his parents other than 'thank you's' behind barred teeth. He was constantly being watched by household guards. It remained this way for two years, until his corrupt parents got themselves into political troubles. They paid an enormous sum of credits to cover up their conflict, resulting in less guards around the manor. Rae used this to his advantage. In the midst of the night he would break into the armory and steal a Jedi Knight's lightsaber pike, taking it far away from his home to train. Without an actual teacher, his brother was never able to teach him basic force techniques such as telekinesis; however, Rae was naturally strong with the force. He had great force senses. He trained as best he could for two years.
Rae, with no intention of returning, agreed. Being a wanted man, he changed his name to Vega. Often he was called Prince Vega by his new brothers and sisters only to be teased. He stayed with this new family for two years, learning their ways and becoming a great warrior. He still used a lightsaber lance with a yellow blade, but he also learned other ways of combat, such as blaster pistols and knives. He learned the basics of being a bounty hunter, piloting a ship, and handling himself in a world so different from what he knew in the Republic.
One fateful mission brought him to a Sith Temple. Their target, a rogue Jedi, had taken refuge here and it was their job to acquire him. In the temple Vega was separated from his comrades by a force that called his name. The temple whispered to the darkness in his heart, and boiled the hatred that had been sitting stagnantly inside him for years. The temple led him to his target, and he dispatched the rogue Jedi. A tough battle which left Vega badly injured, but victory none the less. In this eerie temple, Vega was led to an old Sith artifact--a weapon similar to his own. It was a lightsaber pike belonging to an old Sith Warrior, one who once guarded this beaten temple.
Vega had an epiphany in this temple that stayed with him for a while. After much contemplation, he decided it was time for him to part ways with his Mandalorian family. Having performed many jobs for the SBZ, he now wished to seek them out and join their ranks as a Sith. It's what the voice told him to do. He wishes to find someone strong enough to better understand how to harness his hatred into the power he deserves. (To Be Continued...)

Lightsaber Combat: 7/10
Fighting Style: Vega was vaguely trained in traditional lightsaber forms, but having trained his entire life--the Mandalorians shaped Vega into a fine warrior. What he lacks in strength, he makes up for in dexterity. What he lacks in intelligence, he makes up for with great endurance. He often uses his pike like a staff (without the saber summoned), and uses the saber when fighting an exceptional foe. He uses his firearm occasionally, mostly as a distraction, and carries a blade in the event he's ever disarmed. The range of his weapon favors his lack of height, proving helpful when facing larger opponents. It is likely he will grow, as he is only sixteen, but until his body makes any changes—he remains with his pike. Vega is skilled in both dueling, and battling in a larger setting. When dueling, he often starts on the offensive. His speed allows him to further analyze his opponent's fighting-style, while his endurance resists fatigue. In serious battles, his high offense infuses random fire from his sidearm and strikes from his pike. Vega's defense isn't as good as his offense, but is certainly formidable. He reserves his speed, and if the dark side would allow—uses the force to increase his strength. With strength & endurance, he trusts in his force sense to guide well deserved strikes. The weakness in his defense is his lack of proper training. Sometimes he loses control of the force, and it also proves easy to see through Vega's tactics if paired against a strategic foe.
Weakness: Now that Vega journeys alone, he has to adapt to fighting without his brothers and sisters behind him. He usually followed plans, whereas now he has to make them. He posses quick wit on the battlefield, but could be easily overcome by a strategically planned strike.
