PERSONALITY & APPEARANCE[/center]
| Strengths Venin will be the first to tell you that his greatest strength is his mind. He relies on his brilliant intelligence to overcome almost all of his problems. He is profficient in subjects such as engineering, biology, and chemistry. There are few problems his mind cannot solve. He has a near-perfect recall. Apart form his intelligence, Venin can be quite charming. He is not naturally charismatic, but has the ability to read others and determine what they desire. He has a natural gift for subtley and deception. While most people can lie like it is their second nature, Venin lies like it is his first. Weaknesses Venin's biggest weakness is his physical abilities, or lack of it. He works out as part of his Sith training, but is still below average in terms of strength and durability. In a straight up battle, Venin would be killed very quickly. His arrogance is major personality weakness. As charming as Venin is, many find him absolutely repulsive because of his pure arrogance. Venin knows his limitations, but does not shy away from declaring his strengths to everyone in earshot. He is the kind of guy that will explain in perfect, triumphant detail how he is going to kill you before he actually does. His superiority complex is quite annoying, to be honest. Physical Appearance For a sithspawn birthed from the mind of a deranged Sith Lord, Venin appears pretty normal. In fact, he is fundamentally a human in almost every way. He is of a slender, wiry build, and stands at an average human height. He dresses and grooms himself professionally, unless he has a good reason not too. Etc. Venin's primary motivation is the pursuit of knowledge. He wants to know everything there is about science. More importantly, he wants to learn all he can about the Force, including both the Force's light and dark aspects; however, Venin's heritage, ruthlessness, and hunger for knowledge do push him towards to Sith and the Dark Side. CHARACTER HISTORY
| Venin's orgins can be traced all the way back to the original Project SALIGIA. Venin's creator was Lord Venenum, a member of Project SALIGIA, and Venin's original purpose was to be a better, younger body for Lord Venenum to transfer his essence into. It is unclear, in the Sith records, if Lord Venenum betrayed his comrades, or if they betrayed him. What history agrees on is that Venenum fled from his former allies within in the Sith, and took whatever scientific breakthrough he had made with him. After that, Venenum disappeared from the history records. Luckily, Lord Venenum had been parnoid enough to create a plan in case his alliance with some of his fellow Sith fell apart. He fled to Zygerria, where he already had a secret lab established so that he could finish his work. The Dark Side having consumed all but a shred of Venenum's sanity, he permanently locked himself deep underground inside own lab to give himself the security he needed to continue his work. Soon Lord Venenum realized that he would not be able to finish his work from within his secret lab, so he shifted his research. He began attempting to develop a sithspawn clone that would be capable of finishing his work. After several failed attempts, Venenum succeeded in mapping the genetic code of V11, the perfect heir to continue his legacy. Venenum began growing V11 in a tank. Nobody can hide from the Sith forever. Lord Venenum felt the presence of his enemies on Zygerria, and knew it would only be a matter of time before they found his secret lab and ended his research. Venenum placed his lightsaber, a holocron he had constructed, and some franticly written notes containing the specific formula he wanted V11 to finish inside a blastproof vault hidden within the lab. When V11 first opened his eyes, he was suspended in a tank and forced to watch as three Sith broke into the library and cut down Lord Venenum. The Sith were unable to find the vault, so they took V11 instead. They interrogated him for information, but V11 knew nothing, in fact, he was at the same mental and physical capacity of a four year old boy, and that he knew nothing of Venenum's plans. Seeing the potential in V11, the Sith Lords wiped his memory and had an Imperial family foster him on Zygerria. V11 was given the name "Venin Chevalier". Growing up, Venin experienced a decently normal childhood, and excelled in school. He had difficulties as well. Venin knew he was adopted, but was given absolutely no answers to who is parents actually were. He did not even know he was a sithspawn. Furthermore, when Venin's force abilities started to manifest, he began having vivid nightmares concerning his earliest memories, the ones the Sith Lords had attempted to wipe. It should be noted that during high school, Venin was bullied repeatedly by a boy named Dek. At first Venin ignored Dek, but the bullying got worse and worse. During graduation, Dek gave a speech that humiliated Venin. Icy rage filled Venin, and he inadvertly lashed out with the force at Dek, strangling the young man where he stood. While Venin had been growing up, two of Lord Venenum's killers had been slain by Jedi. The remaining one, Lord Rylan, sought Venin out shortly after Venin's outburst during graduation. Lord Rylan brought Venin back to the ruins of Venenum's lab in the hopes that they would find something, and fortunately Venin was able to find the vault that contained Darth Verenum's legacy. Lord Rylan explained to Venin that the ruins of the lab and the contents of the vault were connected to Venin's "father", but before Lord Rylan could continue, he was assassinated by a rival Sith lord. Seeing as though he did not have anything against Venin, the rival Sith Lord arranged to transport Venin to Korriban so that the young apprentice could properly begin his training. Fortunately, the rival also perceived Venin's inheritance as junk, and let Venin keep it. |
