((I have a Boba Fett like wrist gadget thing btw, lol))

Tal had just enough time to pick up his sword and turn around when his opponent tried to sliced but a simple dodge to the side positioning his body perpendicular to his opponent. His opponent had foreseen the dodge and drop kicked him with both feet hitting his arm knocking him back a foot or two but keeping his balance. Quickly he activated a flame thrower out of his gauntlet to distract his foe and he stomped on the mans blaster to break it he then got in his fighting stance ready to fight.

Traask watched from afar in the stands. His eyes focused on the two gladiators within the ring, he wasn't impressed by any means. If this was the opening ceremony he wondered what the lesser games would include. Crossing his arms the bounty hunter had watched the Mandalorian's enter, Mandalore himself was said to be in the mix which perked the Smugglers interest. There was a bounty on the Mandalorian leader's head, as well as any of his followers.

Leaning to one of the isle attendants Traask whispered a few words into the man's ears before handing him a large sum for a wager. The Mandalorian that came in first would be the winner, 5,000 credits to his victory. The odds seemed high enough, he was undefeated and against a lesser, rookie opponent. Not to mention things were starting to look bad for the poor bastard. Of course the smuggler would take a cut off his winnings for a late bet, but it was a sum he'd easily gamble.

"You know what to do with the earnings."

With that he pulled the edge of his brimmed hat down over his face, dragging his fingers across it before pulling away. His feet were in motion and his eyes on the one they called "Mandalore." If the opportunity presented itself, he'd surely take the warrior and his followers down, but only if that opportunity came. He knew the stories of their resilience, they weren't to be toyed with.

"Fierfek!" he yelled as he rolled out of the fire. He ignited his smoke grenade and disappered to show up behind Tal, sliced horizontally, cutting off his utility belt. Then he aimed swung his blade around his body and put all his weight into the strike aiming at the head.

Tal turned around after his belt dropped and saw his opponent drawing back for a big swing. So he went for a quick slash at his opponents neck while he left his other sword arm ready to deflect his opponents blow.

Chang was about to let his sword fall onto his opponent but saw the sword going for his neck and ducked down. He decided to run away from his opponent, hoping that he would not follow. Finally after he decided that he had enough distance, he turned around using the inertia and threw his sword at his opponent without letting go. Chang and his sword flew towards the other fighter, soaring through the sky and dropping at the head of his opponent.

((Yeah **** physics, who needs it?))

Tal, in awe of that fact that his opponent was able to use the inertia of an object lighter than him to launch himself forward quickly moved out of the way. He again readied his guard waiting for his opponent to hit the ground.

(((would you rather him tie you up or fly? I ran out of ideas)))
Chang landed in front of his opponent, well crashed in front of his opponent, and stood up to face the Mandolorian. He forced himself to remember the images of his parents dead on his kitchen floor and began a fury of slices that were sure to hit his opponent, Tal.

((It's up to you, tying up seems more realistic, but it's fine now. Lol))

Tal could see in his opponents face he was angry and upset which bodes well for Tal usually. He was waiting for chang to make hia move and then counter and then suddenly his opppnent let out an attack. He was able to back up away for alot of the strikes but a few caught his chest and he was about to take more. So he took two big steps back wards and tried to do a push kick remembering to draw his leg back quickly to prevent it's dismembership.

As he swung his blade at Tal he felt it make contact more than once, but it was no more than a flesh wound. Chang continued slicing into his opponent and just missed his leg as he came about, he kept slicing until he backed Tal into the wall; he had him where he wanted him. When Pulvis finally was touching the wall, Chang feigned another swing and went to hit him in the face with the hilt of his blade.

Tal had kept a slow pace not trying to be on the offensive so far, but now that he was back against a wall he was ready to impose his will. He dodged to the right of his opponents attack simultaneously slicing at his abdomen with his left hand and quickly afterwards he swung downwards with his other sword at the mans neck.

Mandalore only gave a single nod to Delmon as he warned him of the dangers, ones he knew the moment they set foot in here. Eyes were around him, and they were not just watching the fight down below, they were set on him and his men aswell. The fight, while interesting, was nothing special and he did not come here to fight or to watch these bloodsports.

"Commander Marren."

He spoke to her and his other warriors through their private comn channel.

"When this fight is over, you, me and Aspect will go and try to get a meeting with the Hutt who runs these games. I'm not looking for an invitation, we will meet with the Hutt and get some answers to these bounties. Skyblade, Reed and Bondor..."

He said, refereeing to the other two and the Prime that came with them.

"You three stay here and keep us notified if anything changes. If the crowds get wiled up, someone else important comes into the arena, anything at all worth my attention I want to know about it through the private channel."

He had given his orders, and went back to watching the fight and for anyone in the crowds who may attempt something. These were uncivilized people, and would not put it past them to attack them if it meant some "easy" money.

When Tal's sword cut his stomach he was thrown back a few feet and decided to keep rolling until out of the next strike; but instead of standing up, he crouched down and gripped his sword as he raised his right index finger in the air, it was the sign that he submitted. He knew Tal would kill him if he didn't quit and he also knew that Tal would be a dead man if he walked out of the ring instead of being on a stretcher.

"It's over Tal!" he said.

Tal was going to make the final blow but he saw his opponents finger raised. So he before subduing his opponent and asking for a decision from Durggorra he tended to the crowd roaring at the top of his lungs.

When Tal turned his back, Chang ran towards him and swung his sword horizontally waist high.

"It's the left finger!" he yelled over the crowd.

(((hehe)))

As the fight progressed, the crowd seemed to really be getting into it. Norman found himself dodging this way and that as he watched as well, as though he were in the arena himself and competing. Then, the substitute fighter (Chang) raised a finger to signal that he had been beaten, forfeiting the match to the -real- gladiator. Go figure... Saint thought to himself as he shook his head lightly. Of course, he didn't expect the fight to have gone any other way.

The crowd responded as well upon spotting the gesture of the quitter and boo'ed loudly, the sound resonating off the walls and pillars as it reverberated all about, jostling the intestines. The Gladiator (Tal) gained a measure of respect from Norman as he showed the weaker humanoid a measure of courtesy, sparing his very life. Just as he turned about for the decision from the Hutt though, somehow, the Chang fella got up and began to make a run for Tal.

The crowds cheers suddenly turned from an applauding roar for Tal, to a sound of imminent warning. Some yelling, some screaming, many pointing at Chang so as to give the gladiator standing a chance to defend himself against this cowardly act coming from the soon-to-be dead opponent (Chang), or at least, that's what Norm expected the end result to be after pulling such a pathetic stunt.

In the Hutt box, near Durgorra, Nasca watched the match with interest. He hoped the fan favorite would lose. The fan favorite losing meant more money for him and Durgorra.

Nasca's protocol droid, Z3-R0, walked over to Nasca and conveyed a message from security: a notification that Mandalore was present.

"<Z3-R0, find out what the Mandalore wants,>" ordered Nasca. "<Avoid making a scene. If it is learned that the Mandalore wishes to start something here, notify security immediately.>"

Z3-R0 left the Hutt box to find the Mandalore. Nasca leaned over to Durgorra. "<The Mandalore is here. I do not remember him being invited. Did you send for him?>"

The crowd's tempo change was strange, many pointing behind him yelling for him to turn around. He turned around still with a smile of his face, but it suddenly dropped. He tried to avoid his opponent attack ineffectively, he turned to his right as his foe's blade cut almost through his left lumbar from his back, but the turn cause the blade to exit just before it pierced through his abdomen, luckily just barely avoiding the kidney. The slash made him stagger while he tried to turn around to face his opponent, and he ended up on one knee, swords ready to take the impact of any blow.

<"Guess your right"> with a semi smile.

"If you surrender now," Chang said with a smile, "then I'll split the credits with you."
Chang stood with his sword pointed at Tal, ready to unleash another furry of strikes if he moved or didn't surrender.

Tal's smile grew even bigger when his opponents asked him the question.

<"Do you really think I'm here for money?"> Tal said, immediately afterwards he sliced down at a 70 degree angle to Chang's knee with all the power he could with his left sword while keeping his right side ready to continue attacking guard from more strikes.

He managed to block the attack with his sword, he dropped it onto the ground. He raised his left finger and took off all of his armor. He was done, he would travel to Nar Shadda where he would eventually meet his doom. But he would go to Nar Shadda and look for a way out.

"I'm done Tal," the kid said, "look me up one day."
