"What do you have?! Space for brains?! I'm not fourteen!" The girl said, a mild slurring in her speech "And I'll have you know this isn't my first drink. So go space yourself. I'll have you know.. I'm a Jedi Knight."

Vergil waved over a server droid and inquired for another drink. He waited patiently for it arrive and in the meantime spoke to the fellow force user, "You know that drinking dulls your sense right? What if we were attacked right now, hmmm? Would you be able to handle yourself?"

Vergil braced himself for the inevitable arrogant declaration of youthful power. In a way, this young lady reminded him of his early days with Master Yu. He'd never drank before, Master Yu declared the stuff destructive and mind rotting, but the attitude was there. Vergil smiled, but caught himself. He didn't want to come across as the creeper he sought to protect this teenager from. Luckily the droid returned to save him from the awkwardness he had spawned. He payed for the fruity drink and sipped lightly on it. A refreshing fizzle of exotic fruits exploded in his mouth as he savored the drink.

"So...are you a Jedi?" He asked, once he gulped the first sip.

@Prudii Kyramud
Kalia rolled her eyes "We are in the largest gathering of Rebel and Jedi forces... like.. ever! If we're attacked they stand no chance! And my powers are far beyond affect by such a weak alcohol."

As if to demonstrate her mastery of the force to Vergil she waved her hand to beckon another drink to her. it made it, wobbily, over the bar and a quarter of the way to her before falling to the ground and shattering, a fizzy spew everywhere.

"Kark! Kark it all to hell!" She exclaimed, resulting to actually ordering another from the droid. At Vergil's question she drew back, "You do have space for brains. I told you! I'm a Jedi Knight." There was the lie again. She still didn't even have a master yet. But he didn't know. And there's no way an adult would respect a little girl that hadn't even been taken on as anyone's padawan yet.

Alisha was happy to see Eli. But not so pleased at Jaleer's reaction. She felt his slight tug at her hand. At his remark on the Captain's appearance, she shot him a side ways glance of disapproval. She didn't want him to provoke the captain, or vice versa to be honest, but Eli was a little bit more mature. But she also gave back a soft tug at his hand to let him know she understood, and that she still wanted him close. At the Captain's word, she beamed at him and raised her glass as well, clicking it softly next to the Captain's glass for the toast.

"To peace, cheers Captain!" She said giggly, and drank the last of the liquid. When she put it down on the bar, her head started spinning slightly

"Uh oh. Might need to slow down on that.. "

It was at that moment that Alisha saw the commotion happening nearby..There was a young human girl, a young Jedi, by the looks of things, that clearly drunk a little bit more than she should..and was being loud about it. But her display of power was exactly the kind of thing that a Jedi shouldn't be doing, from what Alisha learned of the order, and also the kind of thing that would put Eli very much uneasy...or her, to be honest.. But the Zabrak that was calming her down, seemed to be a lot more cool headed, fortunately.

"Oh look..a young drunken Jedi girl..." She spoke softly so that only Eli and Jaleer would hear "That cannot be good..."

And then another thought came to her mind..

"Oh wait Jaleer, don't look..she's pretty.." She said biting her lips, smiling and giggling, but fighting the very random pulse of jealousy that she felt looking at the young Jedi. She never really knew this part of herself, this being her first relationship, and it was still all very knew to her. But she hated the thought of Jaleer's attention getting elsewhere..even if it was a drunken Jedi..She instinctively tightened her grip on his hand. Alisha was also starting to realise that she was almost drunk herself, but definitely didn't want to be that much trouble.

Finally, she realised Eli was still listening and sort of blushed... and looked away at the scene that was unfolding. With a soft "ehm", she simply looked to see if the Jedi girl would get any worse.

"Hopefully she won't start a fight though..."

After further talks with Enfali, Forim decided to move around and mingle with more of the crowd. With a beer-filled cup in his right hand, he walked, remembering all that transpired, from the Duros genocide to the recent battles. As much it scarred him, Forim didn't want to be defined by suffering or hate. Yes he will never forgive the Sith for what they done and he looked forward to the day they are brought low, but Forim had come to realize more and more he really just wanted to live life and enjoy it. If he died before the war ends Forim hoped at least there would be peace for what's left of his family and the comrades and friends he made.

Okay seriously, I just need focus on having a good time. He reminded himself as he suddenly, spotted a glass of beer flying pass over his head and then fell, breaking apart. Confused, Forim heard a girl cursed at the whole thing and overhearing some of the conversation, it became clear that she claimed to be a Jedi Knight. Having known some knights and seen them as a child and worked with a few during some operations for the Rebellion, he could tell she this wasn't the genuine article. More likely one of those padawan learners, judging by the age.

He decided not to intrude on that conversation, he looked away, noticing James Rodea at table by himself. Walking up toward the man from Naboo, Forim greeted him as he took a seat

"Don't mind me, I just need to sit down. The name's Forim Viridux."

Jaleer didn't mean too be hostile but it seems that's how he took it, looking down out of shame when Alisha gave him the disappointing look down but looked back at the captain when he explained that he too wanted too go to the core though it was amazing too Jaleer that the captain didn't want to use violence to defeat the Imperium, though it is something all Jedi would do even they have seen that at this point it is impossible.

"I most say Captain though we should not be going out for blood, we both know that the Imperium as long as it is ruled by the Empress will never back down through diplomacy our fight is only going to end when we defeat the Sith masters and push back the Imperium too allow a Republic too take hold again. An besides captain that's your kind of stuff I am only 18 years old I doubt they would want someone as young as me in a important meeting." An when the captain asked for a toast the sage grabbed a drink off a waitress and raised it like the rest of them.

"To peace." Taking a sip though the sage said he wouldn't drink any more knew that it would be impolite not to drink with them, that was when Alisha brought up a drunk Jedi, Jaleer looked at Alisha in confusion did she have a things for girls?

But that didn't matter to the sage as he was about too look when his girlfriend told him not too look which Jaleer respected and didn't, that was until she said she might start a fight, looking over she was with another man that though the party clouded his senses radiated the force so Jaleer turned back to his group.

"She is fine Alisha don't worry if I am not too tipsy she is with a Jedi. But anyway why would you not want me too look you know I care about you and love you right?" Jaleer said a bit drunk himself not realizing what he said but didn't really care but his drunkenness brought out the truth in him yet he would not react to what he said unless Alisha did, sipping some more of the alcoholic drink as he looked at his group.

Eli smiled and nodded as Jaleer added the caviat to his comments on diplomacy. All too often things ended up being resorted to violence. The morellian glanced at the commotion involving the people who couldn't hold their liquor nor their decorum and scoffed. It had proven his point. Eli felt like standing up and assuming responsibility for the events, after all, he was an officer of the law. He sighed and stood up straightening his jacket and snuffing his cigarra. He turned to his two friends,

"I guess that's my cue. What do you say guys? Let's do some Enforcing."

Eli casually walked over and stood in between the disruptive party-poopers and just close enough to the commotion to react should it get out of hand. His palm resting on his dress sword. An Enforcers job is never done. He tapped the young female Jedi on the shoulder.

"Why don't you just go ahead and leave the force out of this sweetheart. I'd hate to see anyone get hurt. Besides, my friends and I here are trying to enjoy ourselves and you're making me a bit nervous. Oh you're making HIM nervous too."

Eli pointed across the room to Dan, his YVH COMBAT droid and companion, ever vigilant, his red photoreceptors zeroed in on the commotion.

Alisha giggled and beamed at Jaleer's statement. It was nice to hear it. After giving Jaleer a quick peck on his cheek, Alisha then briefly turned her attention the young jedi that was making a fuss. She already broke a glass trying to demonstrate her abilities...Alisha really hoped she wasn't in the mood for anything more...She nodded to Eli. Even though she was a little tipsy herself, she didn't have powers to throw things around. She was confident even Jaleer would not do that, despite everything.... She quickly turned to the barman that was standing nearby, that was also looking a little bit worried about the unfolding scene.

"Don't worry we'll try and fix it before it gets out of hand." She says to him with a reassuring smile. "Can I have some water please? With a lemon slice if you could.." The barman nodded and did as asked, still looking a little bit tense, and Alisha took the glass in her hand.

"After you, Captain".

As she watched Eli walk over the the young lady and trying to calm her down. When he pointed Dan to her, she looked over and gave the droid a quick smile, but then turned to the captain and the young lady, waiting to see what her reactions would be..Alisha took another long gulp of her water and turned to Jaleer, whispering to him.

"Hope she gets the hint..."

"Oh yeah, harassing an idiot Jedi twelve year old with a battle droid. Classy," Enfali drunkenly remarked from her barstool as she watched the stupidity unfold. It would be entertaining if it weren't for the for the fact that they were so nearby to her. There had been anti-weapons sensors set up for a very good reason, and it had been to prevent something like this. Drunk or not, armed or not, Enfali was reasonably confident that she could snap the droid like a twig. The Force wasn't something you could just have people check at the door after all, and she might be unbalanced but she wouldn't hesitate to keep bloodshed from starting at the party over something so kriffing stupid as this this.

She hoped the rebel leader had noticed the display, and was keeping on an eye on it. Wouldn't do to have the celebration party devolve into nonsense like this, and she wouldn't be able to plastered as efficiently. So maybe a distraction was in order.

"HEY," She shouted in the general direction of M. "Are there any party favors? Or do we just have to suffer through this terrible music with no hope of reward? Also, the booze is free...right?"

Forim was in the process of moving again when he spotted Eli Hardin going police officer on the "Jedi Knight". He understood that a drunken Jedi waving around her power was of some concern but come on she's just a kid. Sure she's making mistakes tonight yet who hasn't at that stupid age? He was concerned that the cop routine Hardin was pulling on the Jedi girl with the droid could make this situation more tense.

With the security at the party and commanders like Enfali around, he seriously doubted it could lethal but the Duros didn't want to take a chance he got up and spoke up right at the Jedi and the Hardin.

"Hey, we're all friends and allies here, there no need for this crap! We already got a war to go back to tomorrow, so why waste time at this party over something so frakking stupid?!"

Kalia rolled her eyes "Don't sweetheart me old man. I was just talking to my padawan here." she said trying to pat Virgil on the head and soon realizing that she was too short, sitting down, to reach to the top of his head. Taking a sip of her drink she blushed some "Don't you have somewhere else you could be..?"

Hells yea, a paaaarty!

Dawn thought as she entered the party. She of course heard about the party indirectly, but that did of course not stop her from appearing anyway.

Of course she was also dresssed for the occasion! Looking down at herself she made a short check up of herself. Scandaly small black bikini top? Check! Gray fishnet shirt? Check! Short black vest that only goes down to the bottom of her shoulder blades with a pocket on the back for her lightsabers? Check! Short black skirt (no, its not a belt!)? Check! Fishnet stockings? Check! Short black boots with her black spats? Check. The short gloves only covering the middle three fingers where also in place as the red self illuminating Jedi Order on the right of her bellybutton and on her right upper arm were in place. Last but not least she just had to assume that her high ponytail would be in place as well as her plack lace choker and her eye-centered makeup including the pink butterfly tribal.

Next thing she ordered a drink herself despite the half a dozend offered glasses and looked for either a known face or some eyecandy to enjoy the evening with

Jaleer was happy too see that what he said was the right thing an grinned like a fool when she kissed him on the cheek. But deciding that it was a good idea too talk with the girl he nodded and walked with the two to confront the woman. Hopefully they can calm down the young girl, it didn't take much for Jaleer too realize she was a padawan considering how she is acting plus her level of presence in the force.

After the captain asked politely for her too calm down the sage listened too how the young Jedi tried to cover up her drunken and foolish behavior, deciding he should get involved though he was a bit tipsy himself he held onto Alisha's hand for moral and emotional support.

"Yea I think it would be a good idea just to let this go, Eli we should go before anyone else gets involved. An mama as a Jedi knight I please ask that if your drink than try to not use the force, don't want others too get hurt." Jaleer said with a relaxed tone hoping too disarm the situation, as several people seemed to have been watching and were about to get involved.

"Now come on Capitan we should talk more about the Enforcers, and other boring stuff." Jaleer would place three fingers on the captains shoulders using the other two to hold the glass and pointed his head towards their empty seats, hoping to get the captain too walk away before anyone else gets involved and a fight starts.

Eli grunted and stared at the two cooly, his blue eyes piercing. Eli abhorred how abusive force users were in demonstrating their power. The fact that their weapons transcended law drove him to insomnia on more than one occasion. One force user in a room of unarmed people was a dangerous weapon that had no checks and balances. It was the reason the Sith thrived so. It was the reason he was meant to fight in this uneven conflict. It had been his goal from the beginning to establish a code of laws and a body of governance that would check force users and their limitless power.

"It's abusive displays like this that start wars, it starts force religions that get people killed. Get a grip, don't abuse your power. And the next time you decide it's a good idea to put on a display of your magic, don't be surprised if the rest of us get a bit concerned. The force is not a toy. Most importantly, this brat is out of control and you are in a public place. Perhaps if she is your pupil you might continue her schooling in a more controlled environment. Lest her lack of discipline get someone injured."

The Morellian called for Dan to come join him as he went up to the bar and ordered another brandy and struck up another cigarra. Eli spoke to Dan and his companions as he turned from the bar to look back at the group of undisciplined and surly magicians,"Kriffing Force Zealots, always quick to make a situation dangerous. It doesn't matter what religion they subscribe to. It's always them that get other people dragged into their holy-wars, and I'm karking tired of it. No offense Jaleer. Although I don't know how you could not take offense. It's just how I feel, and frankly, it's the truth."

Mjolla watched the growing debacle with mild interest from her seat in the VIP area. It was always amusing to her just how rambunctious people could get after a few alcoholic drinks. She supposed that it was a good thing she'd dissuaded Renard from spiking the drinks with some dark cocktail of hard drugs and other toxins. Catching the hint from Enfali, she nodded and stood up to address the party once more. Activating her mic, M dimmed the music to a low roar so everyone could hear.

"Oh, and I'd almost forgotten! Party favors!" she announced with open arms and a broad smile, "It's time to give those out!"

"To all of you here who fight Andraste's sycophants, you get a token that can be redeemed for any one of these various prizes!"

The large main screen, which had been displaying a variety of psychedelic imagery, now showed a large list of weaponry. Just about any weapon available on the open market was listed. Several small speeder bikes were shown as well. Cheers answered her announcement.

"To our comrades, the Bogan, I gift to them one hundred Serra Light Tanks!"

"And to our comrades, the Jedi, I gift to them a new Nebulon-V corvette with an assortment of power, medical, and other specialized droids to assist them!"

"And for our comrades in the Cartel? Well they'll just want to talk to my assistant about that. Alright, back to partying!"

Mjolla sat down and turned off her microphone. Pulling up her datapad, she double-checked the manifests for her party favors.

100tanks1corvette50med-droids50GNKs10FNKs20pitdroi...

Meanwhile, the music picked back up as the main screen switched back to its original programming.

Vergil was watched the man walk away and then looked back at the girl. She was beyond listening, it seemed. There was nothing that he could to about that either. However, he found himself with a bit of a quandary. He couldn't leave her alone, his honor dictate that he could not. Yet, he could only imagine how it might look if he was trying to herd her out of the room. How come this wasn't something that the Master could teach in their classes, he wondered.

"Listen kid," Vergil decided, "If you don't stop this course of action, I'll have to get some MP's to take you back to the ship."

"I don't want to be mean, but you can drop the tough gal act." Vergil softened. He reached out and placed a hand on her shoulder. "My opinion of you is only going to get worse if you continue to lie to me and do something that not only harms you, but could result in harming others. Now why don't you go apologize to that gentleman?"

Kalia blushed again "I.. uh..." she set her drink down and murmured "I'm sorry."

She got up from her seat, grabbing her drink again, and staggered a few steps before finding a fast form of her stagger-walk and moved through the crowd, rudely bumping into people in a wild escape from Virgil's condescending words. She ran-staggered through the crowd until she reached the opposite wall, and found a secluded corner to sit down in. As soon as she sat down she felt the thump thump thump of the music vibrating through the walls into her back.

Vergil watched the young woman walk away and knew that he should probably check up on her in a little while, but he had someone to speak with first. Locating the rebel soldier didn't prove very difficult, as he stood out from the others in the room. The cigar alone set him apart from the patrons perusing the bar's menu. The man had been joined a few others, but Vergil knew what he would needed to be done. The man's words had stuck a nerve when he spoke a moment ago. He'd been very rude to the young lady, not that she didn't deserve the scolding. Vergil found him to be a hypocrite though and felt the need to point it out to him. Despite that soldiers remarks on discipline, he'd taken to verbally abusing a teenager.

He took an open seat next to the man, "Do you feel better now? Venting on that poor kid?"

Forim just shook his head when it all settle down. Then there was the supreme commander's announcement about party favors. As much as he wanted to get involved, he noticed the Jedi girl's dejected walk away from her original spot and head for a corner on the opposite wall. He sighed, Forim felt he was probbaly going to regret this decision but for some reason, he felt obliged to check on her. Maybe because Forim believed could relate somewhat to making mistakes and looking like a fool for it when he was that age.

The tall Duros carefully made his way through the crowd and came over to a table near Kalia's spot. Still having his cup in hand, Forim sat down and snipped his drink then spoke.

"First time on Manaan?"

Through her blurry teary eyes Kalia looked down at her datapad and picked out her reward, a blaster rifle of sorts. She would figure out how to pick it up later. Once done, she tucked the datapad away and just balled up in the corner, discreetly letting tears flow down her cheeks as she sniffled and wiped them away with her sleeve. A Duros halfway snuck up on her and she looked up to see him. She considered lying to try to boost the man's opinion of her, but found no energy to do so. Instead she just nodded her head and muttered a "uh huh"

The rebel ace nodded in understanding. Coming to a new place and trying to impress people, it's only a natural reaction. Sure lying is a poor way of doing it, but she still had a life to live and learn from that mistake...hopefully at some point. With this is mind he continued;

"Being a Jedi means a lot to you doesn't it? I can tell, because I knew a few of your brethren."

Kalia shot her glance to the left, staring at his left shoe and pursed her lips. She inhaled sharply with her nose, resulting in a nasally sound as she recalled snot attempting to retreat from it. "Yeah.. it does.. But I'm not a real Jedi."
