It was time for the trio of Mandalorians to get their gear. Cuyan was still unsure just what they could buy now but it would be good. Word on the street was a new weapon used by Sith Assassins was available and was extremely deadly. That was interesting but he had to see what they could afford. This man on Bandomeer was supposed to be decently friendly to Mandalorians. That or he at least hated the Sith enough to sell illegal weapons to be used against them. Clan Ordo would need strong, well-equipped warriors for the days to come. Cuyan wanted to show them the way.

"Verborir besbe'trayce neduumyc urakto,"
Cuyan told the others as they approached the meeting area. "Val mirdir vi ruusaanyc ra nayc din'waadar."

Cuyan knew they'd be put to the test. He simply wondered what it would be. Street gangs and black market dealers lived a brutal life so he had a few ideas. It was never as simple as bringing them credits. It was all about trust, loyalty, and favors. This scum lord had connections and sadly that meant they'd have to do whatever twisted trust or favor earning was needed before they could buy anything good.

"You three look lost. Do you need a friend?" A twi'lek looking high out of his mind slunk out from an alleyway. "I have many friends."

"You've got to be kidding me..." Cuyan muttered to himself before responding. "Yeah, we want to see your good friend. What does he want in exchange?"

"Ha! My friend has enemies. Those who want to fool him. Maybe remove the problem on 10th street in the Friendly Bantha Bar. That would make him eager to meet you." And with that the Twi'lek backed off into the alleyway.

"Feck this shady mystery crap. Let's go mess up this enemy or whatever."
Cuyan said with a groan.

Wyatt followed Cuyan as he wondered if the stolen weapons parts and credits would be safe wherever they were hidden currently, walking on Cuyan's left flank with his typical equipment on his person. Watching all the alleys as they marched three strong down the street of this world heading to meet someone who could provide them with high-tech and highly illegal weaponry that would give them the edge in the coming battles with their enemies both sith and anyone else who dared fight them. The three had a steak of luck working in their favor and it seemed they'd be meeting this contact sooner than expected as a tweaking twi' posted up in their way, some sort of watch dog type who would spot clients and problems ahead of the main group, a typical criminal move but a smart one.

"Do we even know who in the fierfek we're going to deal with..?" Wyatt said as the man began to slink back into the alleyway, and cursed under his breathe in tandem with Cuyan's groan. Wyatt was eager to get this business over and done with to collect the reward after all this time abroad and return to the war efforts, but for now they would have to focus at the task before them. Hopefully not being sent towards an ambush or some sort of massacre where they misjudge the target and kill a building of innocents, maybe they could even talk things out with these people; who knows. @Painus

Leandros walked alongside Cuyan in his typical full regalia. They were to meet with some black market dealer and buy the goods that they had stolen so many credits and parts to afford, and Leandros had a few ideas as to what he would buy with his share of the profits they made. Bandomeer was a planet not entirely unfamiliar to him – he served with his clansman Narir here at one point, and the clan was working on solidifying relations with the planet so as to have a base here. They were working hard around the galaxy in order to give the clans the footholds they need to fight the Empire.

The trio of bandits made their way to the meeting area when a mysterious Twi’lek gave them a cryptic task from their unknown dealer. Normally, Leandros would have told the alien to sod off and fetch his boss, but the nature of the goods they were buying was way too good to risk compromising, so he simply nodded a silent affirmation. They turned and made their way to 10th street where the Friendly Bantha Bar – and their target – was. ”Meg baatir. Mhi kyr'amur etid, mhi pabida cuun sice, mhi ba'slanar,” Leandros said in response to Wyatt’s question as they walked. He was itching for a fight.

The three were located in an alley a couple meters away from where the bar was. Leandros checked his equipment and made sure that he was ready for the coming conflict. The last heist was embarrassing, so he wanted to redeem himself.

The trio outside the bar needed to figure out what they were doing. Cuyan figured he would scout the bar a bit to see if anything looked off. That would be the first step to identifying some target. He wondered who it could be and how much trouble this would become. Rival gangs were often violent about protecting their turf so Cuyan could imagine these wouldn't be lambs for the slaughter. He double checked that all was set on his equipment and walked around the corner, trying to keep to the shadows.

"Mandalorians!" Came a shout from the door to the bar, ruining the stealthy approach.

A silent curse echoed through Cuyan's mind as he knew the scouting attempt was done. It also helped identify the hostile forces though. Some sort of silver lining to his failure perhaps. The small pillar that Cuyan was near did not seem like amazing cover. His suspicions were correct when an assortment of blasters fired at him and the cover became inadequate. The Ordo warrior learned his lesson last time and would be more strategic now. He ran for better cover behind a parked speeder, firing a few random shots with his pistols towards the door to help cover himself. While his shots never connected, none of theirs connected with him so he made it to cover but had no effect on their numbers.

"Oya! You picked the wrong fight!"
He shouted from cover as the thugs started to fire on his position.

Wyatt could feel the dull ache in his shoulder as the attempt to scout by Cuyan turned into a perceptive thug alerting the rest of the gang in the bar to their presence. Watching Cuyan get to cover and quickly realize he needed more sufficient cover made for a great distraction as Wyatt tapped the button on his left bracer and immediately shot three to four meters in the air mid step; aiming for the doorway where the thug was. Pressing another button on the bracer on his way up still keeping his aim at the doorway Wyatt fired his wrist rocket making a chunky salsa out of the thug who had alerted his compatriots, and descended with a quick blast of the jetpack to break the abrupt landing.

Unholstering his Quickdraw blaster pistol Wyatt began walking towards the door, keeping his eyes open for any more thugs at the exterior before shouting at the top of his lungs in the direction of the doorway that was trying to slide shut over and over again but had the top third of the thug still in its track. "I'll show you a Friendly Bantha!" As he fired a double shot burst into the opening upon catching sight of a man scrambling for a blaster rifle, not in any aimed attempt at this distance but more to show they just picked a fight with the wrong trio of bruised and battered mandalorians.

Wyatt rushed forward in the opening and got to the left side of the door, propping himself against it as a flurry of unarmed patrons came from a side entrance and a few rushing from the front door screaming "Please dont shoot!" and a din of alien languages followed which he assumed was the xeno's saying the same thing. Rushing with their hands over their heads past Wyatt he motioned back to Leandros and Cuyan in the direction of a side entrance if they so chose to chose to inspect the potential second entrance it could provide a great flanking maneuver or deny the enemy the chance to do the same. @Painus @Cazar

Leandros was just glad that he was not the one charging into battle with reckless abandon and ruining their stealth attempts now. This time, Cuyan tried to emulate him, to no avail. The man did not even rend the man or split him in parts. Leandros knew why – he did not proclaim his devotion to the gods beforehand. Everyone knew that the more you believed something, the more it was likely to be true. That was why, when Cuyan and Wyatt leaped into the fray, Leandros shouted ”Olaror, vod, jivaor at resa be Kad Ha'rangir bal gar hwa kar'taylir nayc chaab!”

With that, he stormed forward as the crowd fled in panic, splitting the wave of people in half like some kind of magical wizard would split the sea. He raised his rifle and fired two bolts right as the crowd of people cleared, hitting two armed thugs in the chest and sending them to the ground sizzling.

Laughing, the man charged against and slammed himself on the other side of the door as Wyatt, looking at the man and giving a nod. He wondered how many of the thugs were inside, because he really wanted to get his new gun.

Chaos erupted as regular patrons fled the bar. Thugs had seemed to retreat for now but the team was breaking down a side door. That would be the best place to find the secret hold out likely enough. Cuyan rushed from his cover to meet his partners at the door. As Leandros busted in, Cuyan followed up to provide cover with his repeater. It seemed the thugs had been expecting the assault to come through the bar, not this side door. Cover fire from the repeater became extra deadly due to the surprise.

Cuyan could not help but laugh as the automatic fire cut down three guards quickly. The rest retreated for cover or to other rooms. Some were still in the main bar area as well. Only a few were in this room itself still after that slaughter. Cuyan's firing would give the other two plenty of room to pursue runners or break the cover of those who tried to find some. This was going well, so far.

With his partners at his sides and the entrance of the building that had most likely been used as a VIP entrance or some sort of drug exchange spot had been overlooked as an angle of attack. A mistake that the trio capitalized on as Cuyan's cover fire tore into the men focused on the front door after Leandros had cut down the ones that'd looked to use this as an escape and with his words Wyatt joined in the zealous war cry.

"Par kote be ner vod bal ner dir!"Wyatt exclaimed as he rolled from the corner and charged forward delivering the barrel of his Quickdraw to the gut of a fleeing thug and pulled the trigger twice ripping through the unarmored mans stomach as he let the bodies momentum continue to carry him and slump to the side. Moving forward with haste Wyatt kicked over a table knocking it into one of the thugs who'd taken notice of him but too late as the weapon let another dual blast of yellow energy rip from its barrel into the mans neck and head. Now in cover behind the small cocktail table Wyatt produced a frag grenade, primed it and let it sit in his hand for two heartbeats as the fire began to come in his direction in spotty volume as he casually threw the grenade over his shoulder bouncing off of the bars liqour display and shattering a bottle before detonating, killing a pair of thugs who'd used it for cover.

Leandros howled as his brothers let loose chaos and death against their foes, sending bolts and explosives every which way so as to bring swift judgment upon them. Cuyan went in guns blazing, letting loose a volley of bolts from his repeater and cutting down several enemies. Wyatt followed suit, annihilating their foes with a grenade, sending corpses flying around. Rushing into the building with his weapon drawn, Leandros slammed down behind an overturned table. He poked up and noticed several of their enemies backing away into what looked like some kind of VIP room or storage area - Leandros did not really care. He aimed his wrist at the group and let loose his rocket, sending the propelled grenade streaking towards them. It impacted the wall just beside the door, sending shrapnel into their bodies at point blank range and throwing them around with the concussive force.

Three goons were shredded almost instantly by the shrapnel, their skin, flesh, and viscera lazily slopping out or being ripped off violently. They did not even have enough time to scream before they crumpled to the ground, dead. As the smoke and debris filled the bar, Leandros bounded forward in a low crouch, diving behind the bar in the center of the room. From here, he had a perfect view of the entire room as well as cover, and none of the enemies had seen him move there due to the chaos of the whole situation.

Cuyan was not expecting such a violent explosion, but it worked to their advantage. As the guards nearby were suddenly painting the room, he moved ahead to try to take on the remaining guards in the main bar. Leandros and Wyatt had already made their mark on the bar so it was in shambles when Cuyan turned the corner. It seemed a handful of guards were inside still trying to defend their boss who could be seen under a table. That was a good target.

"It's over!" He shouted as he fired into the room, taking out the guard closest to the boss.

The Ordo boy may have spoken too soon because another guard fired back and managed to clip Cuyan as he ducked behind cover. The grazing hit was just another to his list of recent wounds. He tried hard to avoid succumbing to it as he leaned further into cover and muffled a scream. These guys were dead and they had to know it. Why keep fighting for their boss? They should have run.

"Ok! Don't kill me! I'll pay you!" The boss shouted during the momentary break. "Please, just don't kill me!"

Cuyan grumbled and peeked back out to see that the guards were unsure. Most still had weapons pointed ahead but had stopped firing momentarily. They had a choice to make and it was an easy one if they were smart. One seemed to be about to get brave so Cuyan pointed his repeater at him threateningly. No one was lowering their weapons all the way, but at least it had stopped for a brief moment.

Wyatt still crouch behind the overturned table was ready to attack again as he primed himself for the throws of combat but was more than surprised when Cuyan of all people offered a surrender to the apparent leader of these thugs. A brief exchange where he offered credits or his life he and his men had stopped shooting but guns were still drawn and as such Wyatt peaked around the corner of the table with weapon pointed at the closest thug ready to end him in the blink of any eye if any funny business occurred. "Meh kaysh sada, malyasa'yr mhi nate rala kaysh slanar?"

Wyatt said to Cuyan in mild disbelief he was going to barter with thugs, but as he thought about the situation these people had done nothing to affect the mandalorians accept be the the target of a rival whom they needed to do business with. He did not care if they lived or died as the ones who would have done harm to them had been slain in quick succession before their eyes and it was enough to get them to reconsider the fight at all.

Leandros slowly rose from his cover as the din of battle came to a close, weapon ready to bring more righteous judgment to the unworthy. However, there were none left – none that he could see, anyways. Cuyan had the thugs at an uneasy standstill, weapons raised but nobody shooting anybody. Leandros placed his hand on the counter and vaulted over, rifle still pointed ahead, and walked to be within view of the remaining thugs. The apparent boss of the group begged to live, offering them credits in exchange for his life. Leandros panned his gaze over the uncertain thugs, then to the groveling whelp on the ground.

”Leave,” he growled at the thugs, earning little more than a series of confused looks and sneers. Without much movement, Leandros fired a single bolt and hit their boss in the head, killing him instantly. The man’s corpse crumpled to the ground unceremoniously, the hole in his head sizzling gently as it cooled. The thugs started and looked at him, then at the corpse, several times before giving each other a confused glance. ”Last chance,” the Mandalorian spat, raising his rifle at them.

The thugs got the hint and turned tail, running out of the building the same way the three Mandalorians came in, scrambling over corpses and debris. Leandros looked at his comrades, shrugging, ”Diba'a mhi olya narir.” He turned towards the entrance, carefully stepping over a corpse. The Friendly Bantha was a ruin of corpses and debris, likely unable to return to business as usual for quite some time once they departed. That was not his concern, though; the only thing he cared about was getting back and getting their pick of the valuable weapons. He wondered if the man had disruptor technology.

He would begin the walk back to the alley where the mysterious Twi’lek sent them on their mission, eager to finally be done with it all.

It surprised the Ordo at how long it took the thugs to leave, but it did not surprise him that Leandros simply executed the boss. That was the correct choice and Cuyan would have done so himself if he had not. The job was done and it was messy as could possibly be. He was tired of being shot at by now so Cuyan moved slowly out to reach their original contract. There they could get the weapons they wanted and go home. A good collection of wounds would need healed too. He also suspected that the local law would be responding to this bloodbath, but it was the slums. Hard to say if it would be heavy.

"Ugh..." He sighed out loud as he basically was limping now from all his wounds.

Sirens sounded down the street as a pair of officers intercepted them outside. Cuyan cursed under his breath but at least it seemed to only be a pair of initial responders. His repeater felt heavy in his arms as he fired at the approaching police. They took cover but one took a hit that knocked him out or killed him. The last officer fired at Cuyan who simply fell to the floor behind cover to avoid being hit. It was hard to keep moving but he pushed through the pain. It was up to the others to finish that officer and push them to the dealer. Cuyan was basically done due to all his bad luck during this heist series.

The group had exited the establishment only to be greeted by the understandable investigating group of first responding officers who had been confronted by Cuyan, managing to eliminate the first as they tried to stay out of sight. The other would have to be dealt with and quickly, Raising his weapon from its holster Wyatt let out a sharp whistle as Cuyan dove for cover with the returning fire to get the officers attention. It worked, and he looked up to watch a pair of yellow bolts sail from around a building corner and into his chest sending him backwards on the ground with a death groan as he sprawled out and the path before them was now clear.

Moving to help Cuyan to his feet he would reassure his compatriot that they we're almost done as he led the trio through the winding streets, keeping to the shadows and less traveled alleys to which no more trouble found them; they seemed to be the most troublesome looking trio in the alleys. Slinking back as sirens roared past in mismatched intervals, they returned to the location where the Twi had given them directions and there he was as a foot soldier turned to see them arrive and nodded at the Twi as if to confirm it was the mandalorians who'd completed the business. With a smile and nod the Twi greeted them "My employer will see you, now that you've proven useful and capable..." His strung out smile was unsettling but they would have to deal with him for only a few more minutes as he lead them down to the arms dealers location in the alleyway, down a recessed doorway and into a heavily fortified door which took them into the showroom area of his wares.

Meeting with the man for the first time the team would exchange a few pleasantries before looking to examine his stock and picking up a trio of disruptor weapons that could cause some serious damage in the future. Paying with the stolen parts and credits they parted ways and headed back to the port from which they'd come and back for mandalorian space.
