Sayga casually walked into the cantina. 12:00 A.M. on the dot in the center of the civilian district of Courescant. Usually, thoughts fluttered in his head. slight memories of who he was. Someone dark. Someone light. He needed to find more. but the more he dug into this city, the more rejected he became. With less information brought to the table, Sayga had to take a break. Mentally, not physically. He sat there, on a stool. Music blared. Women and men danced seductively as the rave beats filled the large area. The blue skinned DJ was sweating bullets as he mixed and mixed songs. Almeda's head was clear and his red irised eyes focused on his glass of liquor. This painkiller would surely end his suffering, if only for the night. some credits and two drinks later, the cantina grew even more crowded and the voices disturbed Almeda as he drank in vain, as the alchol did not take affect in him. A young man brushed him by with a beautfiul young in his arms. They embraced passionately and moved towards the bathroom. Sayga had always wondered what it would be like to love a women, not make love but to love. Although the former would not have been so bad either, as the sexual encounters with the horid women of this planet made him crave a beautiful maiden as much as he craved for a relationship with one. Who would love a human as confused, angry, and scary as him though.

As Sayga stood, hoping to head to an Inn and redeem his failed attempt at getting drunk by attempting to sleep and dream, a women cut in front of him. A gorgeous catch in a silken white dress, long raven hair and black eyes, Sayga smiled toward her, and she smiled back. But as that happened, a large, muscular pig faced man pushed him back. Sayga, being well built but skinny, allowed himself to be thrown back, as if he stood ground, the stranger would have known something was up.

"Back off, chump." stated the man beast. Drool covered his lower lip, and the slender woman put her hand to cover her face in embarrasment.

Sayga shook his head in contempt and attempted to walk out of the cantina without a commosion. As soon as he stepped forward he was once again pushed back.

"We aren't done here Jedi."

Sayga realised his lightsaber, in all it's red glory still shook at his side. Calmly, and without thought, Sayga put down his lightsaber at the bar. The bartender adn everyone in the area stopped dancing and circled the two men, as they were poised to fight.

Calmly, Sayga stated, "If you raise your hands to fist fight me, you brute, I will kill you. And then, your buddies will jump me, and I will kill them. Don't do this to yourself..."

the pig faced man, turning red swung first, almost catching Sayga, who no sooner side stepped. Coming back up, Sayga swung a hard straight into the brute's stomach. He doubled over at the exact time that the music stopped, and the guards came in. While on his knees, Sayga took the brute's face into his hands, and struck a hard knee into the center of his forehead, cracking it open. The pig man fell dead, only ten seconds into the fight. Security attempted to rush through the crowd, blasters in hand. However, when they got to the center, Sayga was already fighting another goon. The slimmer, human threw a long kick, which resulted in Sayga catching it, and snapping it in half, causing him to fall. One last goon pointed a gun, which caused the cheering crowd to scream but freeze at the same time. Quickly, Sayga took up a knife from a nearby table and threw it at the blaster weilding thug. It caught him in his left eye, making him fall dead right there. The guards surrounded Sayga, three in total, with lasers aimed. Decked in black t-shirts, formal pants, and formal shoes, the guards looked intimidating and stylish.

"Put your hands up now punk!" One guard screamed this. And once again, the crowd grew silent. Almeda raised both of his hands, one pointed toward the bar. A standstill insued for one second before, in an instant, Sayga called forth his lightsaber and ignited it. Before the guards, Sayga in a reverse Shien style lightsaber hold, performed a 360 degree slice, in which all the guards were sliced clean in half horizontally. screams of panic erupted and patrons began running out of the bar. Sayga, maneuvering throgh the exiting crowd went to the now empty bar. He holstered his red lightsaber on the left side of his brown robes and grabbed a bottle of liquor. Bodies lined the floor as he sipped on the brown liqour straight from the bottle. His display would soon enough attract police, but they wouldn't arrive any time soon. Thus, he sat, on top of the bar, staring at the entrance to the now dead silent cantina, sipping on liqour awaiting anyone. Whoever was daring enough to take him on, be it police or even a Jedi aware of hid force powers in the area. Tonight, he would find something, whether it was a fight or some answers.

As the florescent orange lighting of the city revealed speeders and jumpers alike, Sayga's drink was interuppted by an old, withered man, who seemed disillusioned to the scene. He walked into the cantina, past the bodies, and sat on the stool closest to Sayga, without so much as an awkward stare. His blad, wrinkled head and bushy eyebrows made a spectacle of an entrance as his black robes seemed to float slightly above the ground on which he walked and sat. Feeling a slight buzz, with bloodshot eyes and rosy cheeks, Sayga grew angry at the interupption, but kept a calm composure. Without so much as turning his head, Sayga spoke to the silent, smiling old timer.

"Do you need something old man? Or are you here to bother me?"

Silence gripped the room as the old man adjusted only his head, revealing pale sking and darkened eyes. Sirens blared in the distance, the police were quickly approaching.

"You never said goodbye. You just left. You asked the Jedi Knights to erase what you did. All they could do was make you forget, and hopefully refind you. Train you in the light. I tried. I really did. But with the Bogan so close by.....they couldn't know I was with you. You must understand. I've been protecting you. Keeping your actions under the radar. But, your aggression won't leave you until you remember, which is the opposite of what you sought in the beginning. Remember, or the Bogan will find you again." The man raised a withered hand and placed it atop Sayga's head, and an instant rush of Force entered his body.

Sayga's head turned. These words, however lucrative or vauge, brought some things to light for Sayga. This man knew what was going on with him, and in an instant....Sayga did as well.

"I can't do it Master Borava. I...can't."
Sayga's 16 year old body stands over a wounded pregnant woman. A figure in dark robes and a mask points at the women.

"Your job isn't to question these things Sayga, your job is to act."
His former master barks at him, orders to kill this women who begged for her life. A fallen Jedi lay beside her. Master Koja.

"Boy, please, don't do this. Don't be controlled by the dark side."

Blood seeps from Koja's mouth as he begs for the woman's life. sayga's red lightsabre and grey robes flow in the Dantooine winds. He shakes his head, he cries, and he raises his blade. He had killed countless people before, but never one so helpless. Sayga plunges the saber in...into the chest of his dark master Borava. Shock fills the master as his final moments end when he falls. Sayga helps the women up and back into her home. Koja works up the strength to stand again, and is taken into a deep embrace by Sayga. a very powerful hug. Tears roll down the young man's face, staining the other's robes. Koja hugs back slightly, as he is injured.

"You'll be okay...you'll be okay."

Sayga dropped the bottle as the old man's arm returned to his side. Tears ran down Sayga's cheek, reminiscent of that day. He remembered.

Sayga Almeda. Born of two human peasants in Corinth, he was take by the Dark Ones when he was but 5 years old. He trained, for years, forced to work under his dark master. When Sayga had once killed an old, wise Jedi, who showed him what it was to be human again, doubt filled his troubled pubescent mind. He wished to shift away from the Bogan, and that day, the day the raid began on Dantooine, he was given the oppourtunity. Koja, after adressing the council on the matter, agreed to assist in repressing Sayga's dark past into his memories, agreeing to retrain him as a Jedi on Tatooine. However, being powerful in the force, Sayga became a prime target for the Bogan. Many were sent to capture or kill him, in fear of what he could become. Koja had to avoid being seen, as not to raise Bogan suspicion on himself. He stood within the shadows of Sayga's life, assisting him in his most troubled times. But now that Sayga had once again mastered his use of the force, there was no longer a need for him to hide in plain sight.

Silence once again took the cantina.

"Koja...you hipocrite...why couldn't you take me back. Why couldn't I train under you further?"
"The council wouldn't allow your presence on any of our facilities until it was assured that you were no longer a threat to the Order. That time has come with the demonstration of your strengthened abilities, and with your unwillingness to bend to the dark side of the force, as represented by your refusal to join the Bogan. The man you killed for that lightsaber, he was sent to recruit you, not kill you."

Before another word could be spoken between the two, the police came in blasters ready.

"PUT YOUR HANDS UP! BOTH OF YOU!"

Koja lifted his arm towards the group as Sayga sat, blankly staring and reminiscing."

"These men all fought and killed each other, we are just two wanderers who were too drunk and scared to move."

The police, influenced by the force nodded and motioned for the two to leave. Stoicly, the two men left together. They both umped up, and sat atop a roof overlooking the city. An entrance to the roof was behind them, agape for any passerby to enter or exit through.

"Sayga, come with me. I can teach you...I can help you."

Sayga, with thousands of thoughts jumping in his head, sat and stared into the full moon lit city.

"I was alone for the entirty of my memorable existence. i wish to be so now."

Koja nodded, standing wand walking away.

"If you change your mind, I will always be beside you Sayga."

And with that, Koja vanished, leaving a lonely Sayga to look out over the expanses of Courescant, gathering hsi thoughts, waiting for something to come to him, or maybe even someone, who could help sort this out. But Sayga had a feeling, he'd be running into more trouble than ever. Maybe even now as someone approached from behind him.....
