"What an exceptionally bad idea this was, brother, but I guess we'd best handle the situation."

The hammer returned to his palm even before he smote the ground with a barrage of emerald lightning, emanating from the very core of his being. Led stood at the forefront of a small band of Jedi Knights, numbering many and no less, facing a horde of abominations. A single swing of the hammer brought down on the first skull caused the ground to shake momentarily even as his brothers and sisters activated their sabers in preparation. He had no sabers. He had only the Force as his ally, and a powerful ally it was. With another huff and swing downwards, a crack of jade centered on another's chest cavity, he took a step back and allowed his allies to face them down.

"Really. Of all the places we picked... IT HAD TO BE THE ONE WITH GLASS WINDOWS!"

Halmo'de had been on hiatus from active duty, training acolytes at a provided sparring chamber on Korriban, but the call of blood had been roaring in the back of his mind for too long. His blood lust brought him to the inner core, where someone had released abominations on some planet he'd heard about in passing. Seeking an opportunity, he wagered Jedi would be dispatched to the afflicted area, but he would have plenty to kill until he found some.

Weeks went by, as he cut through abomination after abomination before he'd found his way to a building, where some survivors could be seen trying to break through the Jade diamond laced flooring of the rundown building. He could only guess the entrance on the far end of the building had collapsed, and thus he did not blame them. From his position in the upper floors, he watched them fight back the beasts with the very hammers they attempted to break through the jade with. When more than a few of them finally resorted to drawing their lightsabers, Hal's eyes lit up with a demented sense of joy, completely forgetting about the abominations before him, and leaping from the banisters. He was using none other but his fists against the abominations, he was itching to test his blades against some serious enemies.

With his unignited hilts in hand, he leapt, aiming to land on an abomination. He fell through the air, relaxing his suppression of his force signature as he came near the floor, and softening his fall, but landing hard on the head of an abomination, bringing him down hard in front of one of the Jedi that had ignited his lightsaber. Landing in a crouched position, he engaged his blades and swing swiftly at the first Jedi's legs, cleaving them both at the knee, and promptly following up with a heavy cleaving blow to bisect the Jedi vertically, from his head down the middle, killing him with ease.

"What-"

This Led did not expect. A Sith, here, in the middle of what was supposed to be a cleansing effort. Nonetheless, this man was tearing abominations apart left and right. There was no real reason to engage-

Engage. And so it began. Even as he saw the man enter his field of vision, one of his allies fell to the crimson blades. A pang of both guilt, confusion, and fear gripped Led for a moment only. This was most unwelcome. Catching his hammer as he spun on his heels, Crow spun and delivered onto the Sith his judgement. The hammer flew from his fingertips, intent on striking directly at his opponent's chest, knocking him aside and away from any other Jedi he might hunger for. This was no ordinary hammer, despite it's lackluster design, it was and remained a vibroweapon. He offered words of advice as the man danced his way through one of his brothers and one he had called friend. He would stop talking the instant anything threatened him. Even without his hammer onhand, he was never without weapons.

"I did not expect your kind. Leave and no harm will come to you!!"

Halmo'de's body bound to one side, avoiding the vibro-hammer as it flew past, careening into the gut of an abomination that had been outside of Hal's striking range. As the beast fell, he turned his attention to the Zabrak that had thrown it, and grinned.

"You Jedi never learn. How many Sith have you deterred with a verbal warning? After cleaving your friend in half in front of you? Are you a Jedi or a Monk?!" he taunted, as he stood among the abominations, who had reacted to the sudden appearance of red blades of plasma.

Before the abominations could attack forward, Halmo'de surged toward the Zabrak ( @Aurius ) blades at the ready, with his left handed lightsaber shortened to a shoto length blade. With his right handed lightsaber, he lunged for the Jedi's chest, aiming to pierce his heart, and end the fight quickly.

"Monk..."

Pivoting on his heels, Led avoided the stab and placed himself adjacent to the strike, in a position that would place him in direct range of a curving sweep. But it was not to be, smiling gently as his hammer smote an abomination with ease. It was clear to his fellow knights that this was his battle. They dispersed and continued holding the abominations at bay.

"...Warrior..."

Focusing on his opponent's head, he moved his arm across and intertwined the opponent's wrist in a manner to lock the stab in place and avoid him pulling away, and to make sure his hammer would return directly to his hand - which so happened to be right in front of his opponent's head. If he did nothing, the hammer would turn his brain into paste, or lacking that (as it was not Led's intent) it would provide an opportunity to follow up.

"...Jedi!"

The Jedi was quick, and clearly a skilled fighter. Halmo'de was pleased to have picked this fight, as his lead hand's wrist was locked into position by his own. Halmo'de shifted his weight downward, and inward toward his enemy, keeping his head out of the way of the hammer that was returning to him. In Halmo'de's left hand, however, his shoto-saber was completely unperturbed, and now directly in line with the Jedi's ribs, as his hand was extended at head level to Halmo'de. Since he could not pull away, Halmo'de charged forward, dipping down, and driving the shoto forward, the shortness of the blade mitigated by Halmo'de pulling himself inward. In stepping forward, he also placed his rear leg up front, and behind Led's own, setting him up for a throw if necessary.

At long last, a fight worthy of Led's time. Abominations where fun and games, but this Sith knew what he was doing. Like the redheaded woman he faced on a derelict ship, he had hand to hand experience. Obviously this one was further versed in saber combat than himself and stronger in the Force. But Led had something that no Sith expected. His hammer careened aside. Even as his opponent started to dip and avoid it, a smile crossed his lips.

Jumping over the leg sweep, Led twisted the Sith's primary lightsaber arm while pushing in a lock, moving the blade into the shoto saber and trying to hold it in place, using his allies weapon against them. If he tried to break out of the lock, the trip would simply render them both to fall over, or lacking in that, break the wrist lock and the resulting pain that follows.

Halmo'de was not one to simply allow one to manipulate his limbs, or blades, and as the lightsabers went closer to one another, he deactivated the primary blade in his right hand, so it would not interfere with the thrust, which would graze the hip of the Jedi, as the movement of one arm would have knocked it off course, only slightly. As the Jedi 'jumped' over Halmo'de's leg, Halmo'de seized the moment to lock in a throw, by dropping his unignited lightsaber and rotating his wrist so his fingers wrapped around his enemy's forearm. With his leg positioned behind Led, for leverage, Halmo'de rolled Led over his hip, disengaging his shoto blade, so as not to accidentally stab himself during the throw, and slammed him to the ground. This was easier to do, and in very quick succession, due to the Jedi foolishly giving up his leverage by leaving the ground, if only for a split second. Once the Jedi hit the ground, Halmo'de set upon him again igniting the full length of his lightsaber and swinging downward across Led's legs.

In a vicious blur, and a guttural growl, Halmo'de slammed the Jedi to the ground with a hard thud, and a split second went by before the Jedi could react before both of his legs were cleaved in half at the knee. Halmo'de laughed heartily as the Zabrak shrieked in pain. Before he could deliver a killing blow, however, the other two Jedi stepped over him, both bearing blue bladed sabers, one of which initiating by charging forward with an overhead swing, to which Halmo'de dodged with practiced ease, moving past him, and slashing outward at the second Jedi with a heavy horizontal swing, to force her on the defensive. His free hand called out to his other lightsaber, bringing it back to his palm, and igniting it. The next few seconds were gruesome, as limbs and lives were lost in flashes of crimson. As the abominations closed in, Halmo'de smiled, and looked back at the Zabrak, spat in his direction, then turned and began to slice and dice his way out the area, cutting down some Abominations, and burning others to a crisp, and sending them flying.
