Wanted: Mandos and Bounty Hunters

This is an after time skip thread involving myself and @Mirdala Priest

The premise thus-far is that a unnamed and rather shady individual contacted my character Xanthier on the streets of a bustling crime world.
The reason? To destroy a Sith.
Not just any Sith, but one that has already met his fate and embraced the warm snugly arms of death.
Xanthier isn't what you'd call a typical blue collar example of this line of work, in fact, the only reason said individual contacted him is due to his history of Sith mangling in the past. Something that the somewhat deranged young man seems to excel at. Much like Starset and their ability to create good music. (Ha! Snuck that one in there!..but seriously, look them up.)

Erasing the Sith is obviously one of his main goals, one he can not achieve singlehandedly of course, but you can't blame him for trying.
Destroying even the most insignificant piece of their history would please him and this is an opportunity to do so.

Xanthier gets back in touch with Priest promising him the entire bounty if he can grab a couple associates to help exhume the old bones.

From which point they travel to the balmy and pleasant wasteland that is the surface of Filve.

To make matters more complicated, Xanthier himself has a bounty on his head for crimes committed against the capitol city of Mandalore, Sundari, more than five years prior.

So whether you join to help us, or come to claim the bounty on Xanthier, I look forward to seeing you join the thread.

First off, I'd love to get my Mando involved in this, though I still haven't decided if he'll be helping or coming for Xanthier's head.

Secondly, at this point in the TL, Mandalore is still a normal and perfectly hospitable planet.

I haven't edited Xanthier for the time skip yet, but obviously he's going to be at least a tad more friendly.

And Definitely! @Vosrik I'm sure he's pissed off someone enough for them to hire said shady assassins.

Perfect! I'll add your character to the Marked List, and someone will most likely come for your character at some point (after the Timeskip though, I'm assuming).

There's plenty of planets with less than pleasant environments out there, just take a look around. I'll do some searching as well, see what I can find. On another note, have you cleared this idea with an admin? It's not the story itself that I'm concerned about, it's doing a post skip thread now instead of after the actual skip.

Well I stated a couple times that it's intended for after the skip. On the thread and here. I just had some time to write it so I figured why not. Might be best to wait until after to start posting in it, but this also gives people time to show interest.

@Vosrik It can be before or after. Do you want me to help write something up? Or give some info on who might want him dead?

No. The only difference will be changing the planet as Chask pointed out Mandalore hasn't gone and turned itself into a wasteland just yet. (The least they could have done was attempted to blow the planet up a little. Where's your fighting spirit Mandos?)

That would actually be something you might give some suggestions on since you know more about lore than I do.
I suppose we don't technically have to mention what planet it's on, but there has to be at least a few desert worlds out there.

Considering there's not a whole lot of in-depth lore on Jakku, lets just say that this specific site was a battleground nearly a century before, and whatever small city once resided there was torn apart in the battle and covered by the sands. Traces of the chemical weapons still remain.

I'm fine with people jumping in and trying to collect the bounty in just about any thread, but if it's an Ask they should at least follow the rules and let me know before hand (I'll probably say yes.). That way if we're in the middle of a plot device I don't have some random assassin appear out of nowhere and try to stab my character in the back.

In addition to the storyline I'd like to add that it is quite possible for Priest to have contacted Mandos that had brief dealings with him in the past or hunters that had a decent reputation to following their word without telling them that they would be working with a man who rampaged through the Mandolorian home world years prior. Leading to some conflict when they arrive and deduce just who Xanthier is.
