Bespin
Cloud City
Flying Heart Bar
OOC: Open to all Valkyrie members or affliates

Freyja had been to this bar a number of times whenever she had visited the city in the clouds, it was one of the middle of the range bars, not to scummy that you expected a fight whenever you looked at the wrong person and not to up market that she could only afford one drink and then she was out of there. A bottle of fine crystal clear gin sat on the table in front of her, a half full glass in her hand and she laid back and looked at those around her she had gathered. The Valkyrie's were growing, it started with just her and Kara, now there were a half dozen in this room with a fair few more in the surrounding galaxy working down leads for the fledgling group.

Freyja had a dream to expand their power base, to move past the shadows into the light as one of the core arms of the Galactic Alliance, to fly into the face of danger, punch it in the nose and then walk back with swagger. It was handy that they were joined yet separate to the Alliance, no trace could be put between the two apart from the meetings between members of both groups which could be put down to chance, or with a blaster bolt to the head. Freyja was dressed in a dark blue dress for the evening, black heels and her hair was tied up. A small blaster was hidden on the inside of her leg just encase. "Hosk, drink some more, let your fur down." She said with a laugh, he was the one Alien she trusted in the galaxy, which was high praise for the Bothan indeed.

Hosk had already had a little to drink tonight and he doubt it'd stop there. He'd never been to Bespin before, let alone Cloud City or even a bar as nice as this one. A smuggler usually didn't frequent any establishment that you couldn't be shot in and this habit hadn't really changed since Hosk had joined the Galactic Alliance. He was sat next to Freyja and had been having casual conversation with her for almost an hour now, drinking Corellian Rum for the most part. He grinned at Freyja with a chuckle. "I think I've had a fair bit to drink already, Freyja." He said, taking another sip of his drink. "We've been through quite a lot recently, hmm?" Hosk continued, thinking back to their several scrapes in the name of the Alliance. "You know, it completely slipped my mind. How have you found the new ship? I saw you have a scuffle with somebody on the landing pad."

Rex walks into the bar, he too was not used to a calm and clean bar. He had visited a few when he was in the Imperial Academy on Corosant, but he did not visit them frequently enough to get used to it, and he was fairly young at the time. No Rex was used to the scum of the universe type bars found in the outer rim where one eye is on your drink and the other over your back and always a hand on your blaster pistol.

He entered and immediately scanned the bar. He was accompanied by his first mate Brock and left his deck hand to watch the ship. He did not feel he could leave his ship alone until he could trust his new GA cell. Plus it gave the kid time to work on some things that Rex had needed done for some time.

Rex sent Brock to the bar to get them some drinks as his gaze met a familiar face. Sitting in the corner booth next to the wall size window to the city, was a young and small girl who always looks out of place. A tiny thing like her you would expect in a different trade, but there she sat fiddling with a gadget of some sort dirtying up the clean white table in front of her with greasy mechanical parts or wires and bolts. He headed her way with a big smile on his face, still a hand on his blaster pistol and an eye over his shoulder out of habit.

"How have you been gurl?" Rec asks the little thing sitting in front of him.

Tycho was not used to dressing up nicely. But to get into this place it is a requirement. What was this a club of some kind? The man had no idea that such places existed or that Bespin had a place like this. But no worries there since it is probably going to be one of those rare moments to relax. So dressed in an outfit that will pass as exceptable, Tycho entered the place.

Walking over to the bar, he waved to the bartender, "Whiskey please." The bartender nodded, "Of course. What kind sir?" Well that stumped the man. The criminal had no idea that there are different types of whiskey. Tycho shrugged as he finally said, "Surprise me." He watched the bartender turn and pour some whiskey that was a interesting neon cynan blue in color.

Paying the bartender Tycho looked around as he sipped his drink. Some of them he recognized but the others the criminal never met. And therefore wondered if he can trust them.

"Surprising yes, we have seen our fair share of blaster bolts." Freyja said raising her glass to the Bothan, the alcohol was affecting her, her guard was as down as it had ever been since she fled the Empire, which she would kick herself for when she sobered up in the morning. Bespin was Alliance space, but this planet had to many people she didn't know to be this relaxed. "The outside is pretty enough and its pretty quick. The inside could do with some work though. The damn rich guy we stole it off ripped out half the interior for a re-fit, but me and Kara are slowly putting it back together."

Freyja noticed two of her other Valkyries enter the bar, it was pretty busy in there. But she had reserved an area especially for them, at least they could have some form of privacy. Kara sat opposite Freyja and Hosk, she was also dressed up in a red dress and black heels. "Kara, see if you can get Tycho's attention, he looks a little loss." Freyja said. Her pilot gave Freyja a smile before standing up and walking over to her fellow Valkyrie. "What about you Hosk, how is your little project going?"

Hosk's fur rippled calmly as he took in the atmosphere of the bar, more pleasant than he'd first assumed. "Hey it looked like a nice ship to me, Freyja." He said to Freyja, considering how much more impressive looking than The Arthas Freyja's ship was. She asked him about the old girl and Hosk gained a sentimental look in his eyes as he replied. "The Arthas? She's still flying and reliably so. That's all I can ask with a ship that old. Still working on some upgrades for her though, it can never hurt eh?" Hosk said with a smile, taking another enthusiastic swig of his rum. If he wasn't careful he'd end up with a nasty hangover tomorrow at the very best. It occurred to him that beyond their initial introductions, Hosk wasn't particularly versed on who Freyja's pilot actually was. "So, that Kara. How'd you come across her?" The Bothan asked. "Is she with the alliance?"

Michael was a bit late, rushing into cloud city with some amount of stress. He had only recently joined this crew thanks to a event where Freyja had saved him and gotten him in. Now he was going to introduce himself to the rest of the gang. So he needed a good introduction. Wearing a brown cloak Michael was wearing a red dress shirt with some black dress pants, he hadn't brought any weapons figured it would be safe for him. Keeping his beard recently trim, the man began to pick up speed as he was outside of the bar.

Being only 30 feet away, Michael almost ran into the door before stopping. Taking some time to calm himself and making sure his dress shirt was still tucked in his pants. Putting on a smile, Michael opened the door and began walking in, looking around for his squad he notice them gathering together. There was about 4 he could see, walking up to them Michael waved towards them hoping to get their attention, so when he did wonder up he wasn't surprising anyone.

"Hey guys sorry I am a bit late. I'm the new guy Michael." Wondering over to a stall near the group Michael had notice they were all grabbing drinks, and decided better not to drink in case the group got a little bit crazy and started bothering people.

Someone had to be the guy that watched out for people.

Mae was not used to fancy things, she knew how to act her part but she has pushed that life aside. It did come to her attention that this was more of a fancy place but she did not know that when she brought in her compressor to tink with, so she wondered over to the first table available and threw it on the table and started to work on it.

She sat at her corner booth fiddling with her Tillion compressor for her star fighter when she saw Rex walk up to her table. She jumped up and ran to Rex hugging him. Rex was the first person who truly took Mae seriously and helped her find the Alliance. The hug only lasted a moment before she jumped back smiling at the big guy. "What are you doing here?" she asked with enthusiasm.

She did not really connect the dots which is odd for her and her intellect but it happened.

Rex catches Mae for the hug, he too is surprised. She liked the girl, she had been one of the best star fighter pilots that hes ever seen and great at keeping things good in tight situations.

"uhh I am here for the same reason you are, I think I am at least." He replied with a shrug. "Why are you dirtying up the place with your junk?" he joked before pulling her with him down to the bar. He saw the woman who had recruited him into this rabble of a group or cell and thought that the group around her were the rest of the group.

"Is this the right place" He yelled to Freyja from a few meters away.

The criminal had barely touched his drink since he bought it a few minutes ago, though he is not much of a drinker. Not like how some may suspect if they do think he is the type to drink. Tycho chose to ignore Rex and Mae as the two seemed to be a bit close. Perhaps they have met before. Tycho looked over to Michael as the young man walked into the room. Well bar. He waved to the young man as the Doctor waved to everyone in the room.

Well this certainly is starting to turn into a interesting group of rebels for sure. Sipping his drink, Tycho placed the small glass on the counter as he took a seat on a stool chair. He did in a ways feel a little out of place, the last time he has been so social was on Dantooine when he got into a fisticuffs match with a bloke that had one too many drinks.

Looking over to Michael, the criminal figured that out of who has showed up so far that the doctor is more of his type of people to be around. So he picked up his glass and walked over to the young man, "Mind if I join you?" He asked politely just in case the young man didn't want any company.

kruger strolled through the city that hung in the clouds. It was a great boon to the Alliance having a world a station that could provide the fuel needed to keep their ships going. Though far better was that fact cloud city had cheap bars to get drunk at.

Opening the door Kruger looked around before walking to the bar counter "Hey barkeep, give me a liberty prime, please. I need to cleanse there out of me." The barkeep handed Kruger his drink a violent blue, sipping it Kruger moved to take a seat so he could enjoy his drink.

Mae, made her way to the bar with Rex. She was still cautious about joining the cell. Yes, it would open up a wide variety of options for her, but she's been on her own so long that it feels odd.

She approached the others and instead of like Red and shouting over the bar at the others, Mae gave a few head nods in confirmation style.
