Arguably 99.9% (yes, I can't math- history/management major yo) above alludes to action words. One cannot claim to love a person merely by verbalizing the words "I love you." Love requires action, AND dare I say affirmation.
"Definition: 'Love' is making a shot to the knees of a target 120 kilometres away using an Aratech sniper rifle with a tri-light scope."
"Statement: This definition, I am told, is subject to interpretation. Obviously, 'love' is a matter of odds. Not many meatbags could make such a shot, and strangely enough, not many meatbags would derive love from it. Yet for me, love is knowing your target, putting them in your targeting reticle, and together, achieving a singular purpose... against statistically long odds..."
Love is having respect and accepting your partner the way they are, even when your differences cause you to clash once in a while. Love is staying together and still caring for one another no matter the circumstances life throws your way. Love is making each other better people by being together and proving against all odds that you forever belong together. Love is perhaps the most complicated of human emotions and the hardest to find, let alone keep hold of.
I count myself lucky or blessed to have found and kept it so early in my life. <3
