The truck bounced. Cardinal checked his gear, "Alright guys girls, feild trip time! You know the drill, lets get in and out!" Cardinal addressed his gang. There were three trucks full of men ready to rob the bank. One of the trucks were already at the back, disabling the alarm system. The truck jolted to a stop. Everyone pulled on their masks, and loaded their blasters.

[Katra Bell]

In the back of an armored truck and surrounded by strangers who looked like they could snap her in half easily, Katra's hand clenched around the grip of her blaster. She fiddled with the rags obscuring her face, waiting only a little nervously for the all clear to hop out of the truck and wreak some havoc. Not a true member of the gang, she wasn't personally familiar with many of the higher-ups, but she could easily tell who was in charge here.

"Alright guys, girls, field trip time! You know the drill, let's get in and out!"

Snapping to attention, Katra jumped out of the truck and followed the rest of the group into the bank, blaster at the ready. Once inside she scanned the room, her sharp eyes taking in the relevant details - exits, tellers, doors that might lead to the safe. She made her way to the boss, subtly pointing toward the door at the back of the room with a tilt of her head. Hopefully he'd catch on to her signal and send a few of his men to make sure the coast was clear before any staff could sound an alarm.

Flora Burns rob a bank, too fething right she would. She was a pirate after all, and robbing thing on land or in space was what she did. She wore a neckerchief around her face, so not to be recognized. She was armed with two blasters, as she stormed inside the bank. The first thing she saw was the security guard, she shot his hand. This was so they knew they meant business, and to stop him even considering going for his blaster. As she fired, he grabbed his now charred hand. Then leaned against the wall, while he did this she kept a blaster trained on him. This was so he is not be tempted to try any funny business, and her other was trained on a bank teller. She was starting to credits straight into the bag, they did not want anything but liquid assets.

[Cardinal Paroaria]

Cardinal was the first one out of the truck, waiting for everyone to get out before nodding to the driver to drive to the waiting place. They rushed into the bank, and the security guards were taken care of. Luckily, the alarm system had been shut down, and would not be put back on for 10 minutes. That left them with enough time to get what they needed and get out. The firewall had not been easy to hack, but it was done. Cardinal shot his blaster in the air, the civilians already on the ground. Apparently the bank had been robbed many times before, and they knew the drill. Cardinal chuckled. That would mean the police would also be on alert, but would not know because of the alarm shutdown. "Everyone remain calm, and don't move! Tellers, you know what to do, money put in the bags, lets go go go." Cardinal's henchmen got to work quickly filling the bags with money. In a matter of minutes, the bags were completely full.

Katra rolled her eyes. Pretty men in clean suits never payed attention to the right things. Taking matters into her own hands, she slunk to the back of the room, stepping carefully between the prone civilians. She paused to smile to herself, grimly satisfied by the idea of all these upper-level Coruscanti whimpering on the floor while for once she towered above them. She slipped through the door she had been trying to point out before, keeping her blaster at the ready in case she encountered anyone. She knew the automatic alarm systems were disabled, but she had a hunch there would be a manual one somewhere in the back and she wanted to get that taken care of before any bank employee tried to get clever. It didn't take long for her to find what she was looking for, and with a well-aimed blaster bolt it was no longer an issue.

She hurried back to the main lobby to let the boss know. "Manual alarms are disabled, are you sending a group back to the vault or is this enough?"

She kept her guns aimed at the guards, as she saw the truck move in. The alarms were apparently silenced, so they had roughly ten minutes before the local law knew what was happening. She kept guard of the civilian and guards, they seemed calm and no wannabe heroes. This made things easy, she moved to the corner of the room, so she could see them all, and the front doors. So she could not get blindsided, by anything. This may be the police coming in, or one the guards trying to grow a pair.

Cardinal watched as everything went according to plan. A new member approached him with a question. "Good work, yes I will send a group to the vault, if you wish you can accompany them, but beware we are on a short clock as it is. Eight more minutes, then we leave, the cops should be here by then." Cardinal said with a smile. He hadn't thought of manual alarms, good thing the woman knew, she could have some potential as a full member in the mafia. Cardinal heard his comm chime, with the affirmation that the drivers were here. "Dave, Charlie, John, I'm sending guys back with the money, make sure you look out for them." Cardinal said, nodding to the people holding bags full of credits. They shuffled out of the room, cutting Cardinal's group in a little more than half. Cardinal selected some people to go to the vault and told them the timeframe.

[Katra Bell]

Katra nodded sharply, turning on her heel to round up the group of lackeys the boss had assigned to vault duty and pointing them toward the door. She let the biggest man go first, following immediately behind and letting the last two tail them in case anyone tried to follow. She walked in relative silence, only speaking to let the group know where to turn.

When they reached the vault she was in her element. The men accompanying her looked like they were about ready to blow a hole in the vault door, but Katra stopped them. "There are better ways to solve a problem than blowing it up," she muttered, and set to work cracking open the tiered locking system that protected the majority of the bank's assets.

A few tense minutes and a satisfying "click" later, the strongest of the men was hauling the heavy door open. Katra pulled from her belt the sack she'd been given and began filling it with credits, then looked over at the others. "What are you waiting for? You're not getting paid to look pretty."

Flora was starting to clock watch, Come on, guys hurry up. She was well aware, they were on a bit of a tight schedule. This means every second discussing how to break in to vault, was another second they can't, break into it. This should of been decided before robbing the bank, not now they are robbing the fetching thing. She heard the remarks about not being paid to look pretty, she thought speak for yourself.

Cardinal waited with his a few of his men in the main reception area, while the others went to the trucks and to the vault to get more money. "Let's go go go!!!"

Katra and the men finished filling their bags quickly and ran back out to the main lobby. "We've got the creds, boss, let's get out of here before the alarms kick in," she called over her shoulder as she made her way to the door. She turned around, backing toward the door with her blaster trained on the security guards as she shouldered the door open.

Flora saw the others leaving the building, she left with them. All the time her guns were trained on the guards, as she was the last to leave the bank. She then used an old stocking to tie the door shut, so none of them would be getting out in a hurry. She then headed to the truck and got in with the others. As she sat down, she began to giggle and then said That was a rush, or what! She was grinning ear to ear, she was happy as Larry, they did it, they just robbed a bank. She then asked, Guys what you guys doing to celebrate.

Cardinal smiled as everything was going as according to plan. The money was secured in the trucks, and everyone got in. As soon as everyone was in, Cardinal could hear sirens, thr police were coming. “Kriff! They’re hot on our tails lets go go go!” The trucks jolted as they flew across the street. Cardinal was in the back, and his mind raced. He instucted to guys to open the back door, and to fire at the cops. The cops fired back, three cop ships racing towards them. Cardinal had left a ship behind in case something like this happened. He called his man and told him to come up behind the cops and see if he could help get them off. @Wall

[Titus Kold]

Titus impatiently listened to the sound of approaching sirens, his ship hidden in a back alley along the planned escape route, when Cardinal’s order came in. A smirk crawled across his face as he started the engines. "I'm never gonna be too old for his!" he muttered to himself as he revved the thrusters of the small two-seater ship in anticipation. As soon as the lead truck flew by, he gunned the thrusters, launching his ship out into the street, immediately behind the three patrol crafts. With a free hand, he fired out the window at the thrusters of the nearest ship with his DH7, aiming for the most vital and sensitive components of the thrusters.

Katra stifled a snort - it sounded like the woman was saying she participated just for fun, and that was so far out of Katra's realm of experience she could barely comprehend it. She didn't do this for fun, she did this to survive. She was about to say as much when the blaster bolts started flying and took up the majority of her attention. Kriffing hells, she thought, unholstering her own blaster and firing at the ships in pursuit. It seemed like another ship was firing on the cops from behind - thank all the gods for friends in high places, she supposed.

Cardinal smiled as he got a confirmation from his spotter/backup guy. Cardinal laughed, the plan was still on. "Truck three, turn left at this crossway, and try to get the cops to follow you, try to lose them. Kill them if you must." The last truck swerved left, two cops pulling out of formation to chase it. Now it was the truck Cardinal was in, and the first truck, carrying the money. One cop left. @Wall

[Titus Kold]

Titus lowered his pistol as two of the patrol cruiser's pulled away after the decoy truck. "Well, that makes it easy," he chuckled over the commlink. Or at least that's what he hoped. Titus quickly smashed the thruster control level to it's max, causing the engine of his small ship to groan in pain as the tachometer jumped past the redline. The ship rapidly closed the distance between Titus and the final patrol ship. He was banking on it's pilot being too engaged in the firefight with the trucks. "You want me to see if I can pit him, Boss? Or do you have a better plan?" @Brick

She sat tight, the truck was well on it is way out of here. She did get on her coms, Borris, get ready to take down the local law if need be. They might have tagged us, so be ready to blow them back to where ever they come from. He quickly replied, Roger that, I am in the air now, and the vent gun is manned. Her crew would kill local lawman, with the ship cannons if need be. Though most people would just think it was just another nexus freighter.

She then started to smile, this was going to be a nice payoff, just as long as law loses them.

Katra fired her blaster again, aiming for structurally weak points of the pursuing cop's viewport. She didn't know much about ship manufacturing, but she knew from watching where a viewport was mostly likely to break, and that was where she set her sights. She couldn't get to the thrusters or engine from her angle, so this seemed like the next best thing. She alternately fired and ducked behind the overhanging bit of wall the door attached to for safety. "Come on, hold still," she muttered to herself.

 

[Dal Lok]

Dal took the time to sort through his various disguises until he was able to find the Coruscanti police uniform in pristine condition. Having completely changed into this new outfit, he exited his ship and began to start the second step of his plan. Having just joined the organization, he knew it would be difficult to convince the others of his allegiance, but he did have the access codes to the secure comlink channel and hoped that this would be enough.

Before stepping from his ship, he changed his shape to match more of the local police types. A unremarkable human skin is what he now wore and found a decent target.

"Madam, I'm with the Sector Police agency and I need this speederbike for an emergency." he spoke as he approached a group of bystanders assembled outside of a bar. The woman sat on her speeder and gave him a quizzical look but became serious when he flashed the badge. It was fake, of course, but he didn't give her long enough to inspect it before mounting and speeding off in the direction of the chase.

'You could have easily overpowered her and stolen the bike. No need for all the theatrics.' said Xoda, her voice piercing into his head as he drove.

'Will you please hush.' he replied in a exasperated tone. 'I'm working.' he finished. At that time, he clicked on his comlink, which had already been dialed to the correct channel and access codes put in.

"This is Dal Lok, " he spoke into the receiver. "Codename: Shroud. We haven't had the pleasure, but Olin has dispatched me for tertiary reinforcement. Please respond, over."
