Counted my decks last week. 16. I'm terrible, but I like playing.
For eight bucks you could always add this badass chick:Such a thriving community of MTG players. I usually use a white angel deck that causes me to get over two hundred life if I play my cards right. It's the main reason most of my friends won't play me.

I'd say she's definitely a viable commander, you just need to play to the strengths of a B/W deck - which is the ability to blow shit to high heavens and reanimate it, as well as general board control. A good idea would be to run a planeswalker like:What's your guys opinion on a Teysa Envoy of Ghosts commander deck?
@Relent focusing on the 21 commander damage win condition, since she's unblockable. Her main weakness is her high cost, but she's an invincible vigilance blocker who discourages attacking. Board wipes are a great idea. Ones I own include mass calcify, winds of rath, and reiver demon. Control the board, buff Teysa and swing for victory.
If you have a really swarmy deck you can beat him.Winds of Rath is definitly worth running, especially if you're using a good chunk of white enchantments that would help overall deck synergy. I would say the difference between Reiver Demon and Mass Calcify would rely on your deck percentages. If you're running a lot more white creatures, use Mass Calcify. More black, Reiver Demon. Just to mitigate self harm.
If you can get a hold of it this guy can be an absolute prick. Buff him or kill your stuff, the choice is theirs:
