I guess this is dead? how about we reset everything (same story or modified) and only allow experienced rpers play the rest have a rank in a country (appointed by the president) also dibs on BeNeLux (I have a perfect history for the BeNeLux)

You're just agreeing with me because you'd have to take a minor role. On the other hand, considering Keanu has only returned lately, his proposal would put him as a minor role, too, i'd say.

Well seeing how it was mostly my fault it was halted, I can now correct those mistakes.

im up for a nation sim. but calling it world war 3 is... not a good idea at all. make it a free nation sim (meaning that players choose their own decisions while you try to affect other nations by your decisions. Nukings should be denied and if people want they can write their own history for their nations. and basing it a little of your history. People should be able to make alliances (example a new nato/EU/warsaw pact) or a common market (example: European Union) or even go neutral like switzerland (and having other nations sign your declaration of neutrality) and should a nation break their neutrality then other nations have a valid cassus belli.
