Affiliation: N/A

Ownership: Xan-Dar Sulati

Intent: After a grievous injury which severed Xan-Dar`s arm at the shoulder, a simple mechanic cybernetic prosthesis was made to replace his lost arm. While the prosthesis itself was more of a makeshift battlefield cybernetic replacement, it was later modified, upgraded and armored by Xan-Dar himself.

Model/Name: It does not have an official designation or name. Xan-Dar simply refers to it as the " reminder of something he has lost " .

Type: Prosthetic limb

Power Supply: Single diatium power cell located in the shoulder area, shielded by the shoulder plate, serving as the primary power source. In the event of damage or destruction of the diatium power cell, a small Rylith power cell serves as a back-up power source.

Size: Arm-sized ( made to specifically match the length of Xan-Dar`s lost biological arm )

Composition: Duraplast structure reinforced with durasteel plates.

Features:
::Short retractable vibroblade hidden in the elbow area. Powered by secondary power system, making it`s usage time-limited. Due to the size and capacity of the Ryloth power cell which acts as a secondary power source, vibroblade usage is recommended to be limited to 10-15 minutes. While it can be possible for the vibroblade to function longer than the said time period, it is not recommended as the rest of the energy stored in the power cell is reserved for powering the prosthetic in the event of primary power source failure.
::Base construction made out of duraplast, later armored with durasteel plates to protect the base and cirtuitry .
::Empty compartment hidden behind the bicep area spacious enough to hide a Stingbeam blaster. .
::Armor plates provide limited protection against energy weapons and occassionally a light, glancing lightsaber blow
::Synth-net neural interface provides active control of the prosthesis without delay, but it does not include sensors for advanced interactions

If necessary, I can provide a sketch of the said cybernetic prosthesis if necessary, but I have to point out that it`s somewhat unfinished (only the hand is missing because I suck at drawing hands )

How long will the vibroblade function on that secondary power source? Is that power source depleted afterward? Is it easily replaced?

What are the lightsaber parts? Crystals? A power cell? Also, a 'short lightsaber' is known as a shoto.

"... occassionally a lightsaber hit" should be "a light, glancing blow." A regular hit is going to sear right through the arm regardless.

>Because the Rylith power cell which acts as a secondary power source has limited capacity, I`d say ... 10-15 minutes tops if continously active. While it can be set to work longer, it drains the rest of the energy conserved in the power cell which is reserved for powering the prosthesis in the event of primary power source failure. The power cell can be recharged, so it does not need to be replaced. So, basically, it is suggested that is used for 10-15 minutes. Perhaps I should have put it that way to avoid confusion. ( My bad. )
>As for the lightsaber shoto parts, the hilt itself is rather small if compared to a regular lightsaber hilt ( if I`m not mistaken ) . Most of the hilt is already assembled, but split into two. In case his primary lightsaber gets damaged or taken away, Xan can remove the armor plate(s) covering the bicep area, take out the two parts and re-assemble the lightsaber shoto on site. ( Thanks for the Wookieepedia link. )
>As for the " ... occassionally a lightsaber hit " part, yeah, that`s what I was thinking ( again, poor choice of words. My bad ) .
Should I edit the specifications?

Avoiding confusion and being comprehensive is always a good idea in these write-ups!

Lightsabers aren't that simple, I'm afraid. You can't just chop them in half and expect it to work fine. Darth Maul's is not an exception, as that was a Saberstaff, which is in it's simplest form, two lightsabers welded together, end to end. And yes, a shoto hilt is a little smaller than that of a regular lightsaber, but not massively. I'd allow the compartments, but the lightsaber will have to go. A lightsaber's innards are far too complex and delicate to be able to snapped in half and reassembled on a whim.

You probably should, considering Vencu basically asked you to.

Edited the specifics. Is it accepted now?
Vencu or Jiang are the only ones who are capable of approving or rejecting tech profile applications, Ly. Until one of those boys posts you'll have to just wait it out, I'm afraid.

/facepalm
I meant to write "acceptable". Every frakking time my attention goes elsewhere, something like this happens xD
