First: I made this purely for laughs and because it was a cool concept that kept egging at me till I got it up here so if it gets some support that would really be cool :p

Hey man! Just to let you know, tech submissions for the Accord need to be approved by and submitted by me, since Clayton added a rule about only Faction Leader submitting tech for factions.

So (since you weren't sure) I'll just let you know that a shield is usually about 10 kg not 60 kg. 60 kg would be extremely heavy. Good luck moving with a 60kg shield, let alone in combat.
