In the beginning Yi-Zhong trained in the basic fundamentals of Form IV : Ataru due to its combat nature . But later adopted Form III : Soresu after his master's death .
Strenght / Weakness
When he was younger , one of Yi-Zhong's strenght lies in the fact that he is a very martial Jedi that was skilled in combat . However this strenght is also his greatest weakness as he tends to act before he thinks leading to a lot of trouble . When he matured Yi-Zhong's strenght became that of a great strategiest and philopshers . One of the weakness of the older Yi-Zhong is that he has become a very inactive Jedi that seats backs and watches a scene unfold before taking action .

Biography
YiZhong was a human male born into a family of educators , his father was a professor that taught physics in the Alderanian University , his mother on the other hand was a professor in accounting in the same university . One day when YiZhong was 2 , a Jedi Knight who was a friend of the family visited the family , during that visit the Jedi Knight discovered that YiZhong was Force Sensitive and asked the family whether he could be taken back to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant for training . The family happily obliged to allow their friend take YiZhong back to the temple , with the only clause being that only he can teach their son . He happily agreed.
During his time training in the temple , YiZhong was a very martial Jedi that developed an aptitude for lightsaber combat as well as the use of The Force . YiZhong practice the basic styles of Form IV: Ataru for most of the day . Because of that , he neglected his other studies especially in the field of diplomacy .
When YiZhong was 16 years of age , he and his master was ordered by the Jedi High Council to a planet located in the Outer Rim to negotiate a peace agreement between two warring faction . After 7 days of negotiations , the peace agreement was going nowhere . Yi-Zhong then made the mistake of insulting one of the warring faction officer . This made the leader of the warring faction that Yi-Zhong has insulted to assault the diplomats , Yi-Zhong and his Master managed to defend most of the blaster shots from the enemy . However , Yi-Zhong's master knew that the one of them had to survive this battle . While Yi-Zhong was deflecting blaster shots , Yi-Zhong's master force pushed him out of the grand chamber they were in , and proceeded to destroy the entrance to the chamber .
Yi-Zhong than received a telepathic message from his master to return to the temple and appraise the council of the situation . As Yi-Zhong was about to jump to hyperspace , Yi-Zhong felt the death of his master through the force . Yi-Zhong cried during the whole duration of the time back to Coruscant .
After his master's death , he built a bust that depicted his master and placed it in the Jedi Archives as a sign of respect to his late master , from that day on Yi-Zhong vowed that no one will die or suffer for him again .
