Personality: Yuma is a very well rounded person. He can make friends easily, but puts them down most of the time. Yuma concentrates much on the future, and forgets about the present.; and doesn't like to speak about his past. Yuma looks forward to becoming a padawan; but looks more into becoming a Master. Yuma Hemoto is very skillful in the training pit, and relies on his own strengths to his advantage instead of his allies. Yuma is also tricks his opponents more than he attacks, he often talks about learning the lightsaber form: Tràkata - the lightsaber form the utilizes the on/off switch in a duel.
History: Yuma Hemoto was born on Corellia, raised by his military uncle after his Father was killed in a mining accident, and his mother was sold to slavery. Yuma was raised by his brother who lived right outside of a military installation; Yuma often hung out with his Uncle. His Uncle was sent on a bombing run with his fighter squadron, which returned with no survivors. Yuma received his cocky attitude from the pilots that were in the squadron, they often talked about adult subjects: girls, ships, and their skills. Yuma's brother was one year older than he was, so he left Corellia when he turned of age. Yuma had no choice but to 'fend for himself, and discover ways to survive each day. Yuma Hemoto was discovered when a Jedi was wandering the streets of Coronet and saw Yuma capture a thief. Yuma had used the force unknowingly, causing a new path in his future. Yuma had given the stolen items back to the owner, a former member of the Grand Alliance Soldier; a retired Sergeant. The retired soldier had talked to Yuma about joining the Army, but Yuma had decided to think about his option before he said yes; then the opportunity had risen for the jedi to approach Yuma. The Jedi had immediately persuaded Yuma to return to the temple with him, and start his Jedi training.
Yuma is now a Jedi Padawan and is specializing in the Blade, he now has quarters on The Will of The Force, and is looking forward to becoming a Jedi Knight. Yuma recently discovered his strength in the Force, it is fueled by his training saber. He experienced his first real Force powers after viewing a training holocron about basic saber combat.
