NAME: Ziam Cyrus
FACTION: Jedi (Formally) Mandolorian Clan, House Valara
RANK: Jedi Knight (Formally) Mercenary

FORCE SENSITIVE: Yes.
APPEARANCE:
Body wise he is fit and toned, reaching the hansom height of 5’8, and packing a mean 173 lbs, almost purely muscle, with little body fat. His skin is rather tan, but scare din multiple places.
PERSONALITY: A bit of your standard Broken Soldier complex. His experience of Illum and the war in general have changed the once bright eyed young man in to a shell of his former self. There still Is the same young jedi in there, some were, but much of it has been burned away, replaced with a rather…broken person who is coasting through life. He still has a moral compass, it has mostly gone off course due to the years of combat and warfare. He still yearns to be doing right, to be that soldier of peace, but without his connection to the force, he feels like a shell of his former self.
BIOGRAPHY:
He was originally born to the Colonists of a small backwater planet of Parc’shen, a small, backwater planet home to House Valara of the Mandolorian Clans. Born rather high up on the Totem pole of the clan, his father was, while not the clan chief, rather high on the line of officers and warriors. The House had settled on the world do to its rather long distance between it and the other houses, allowing for the people to live in relative peace. His youth (right around the ripe old age of 2) would be shattered, when the war came to his home.
The records of the battles fought were long since lost, with the victor really being the natives who, at great cost, fought off both the Exiles and later, the Jedi. He was found shortly before the Jedi retreated from the world, finding the young boy in the ruins of his home.
While the exact records of his training by the order has been lost, many Jedi have gone on to say he was a…problem student. To the outside eye, it seemed his Mandolorian thirst for battle and glory ran strong with in him, which meant while he grew up he quickly became an adept and experienced warrior, even brash, at times he had trouble adhering to the strict Jedi code.
That was, until Illum. He was young, yet older than the other knights, around 24, shortly before his 25th birthday, the battle of Illum, and the blast of energy, it did something to him. The memories of the battle it self are fuzzy to him, with flashes of sabers and screams and war cries. He was one of the lucky ones, not dying instantly, but being blown back by the wave and rendered unconcise. When he awoke, he found the battlefield barren and lifeless.
He wondered for what seemed hours, only to find another exile, similarly lost and confused. The battle that would ensue was sloppy, desperate, and confused. In the end Ziam would end the fight by impaling the Exile with his own saber. His own destroyed, he scavenged the exiles curved saber.
He didn’t notice it at first, not as he left the system, not even as he Clumsily hyperspaced back to a seemingly random set of coordinates on his master old ship. It was only when the damaged ship dropped out through the lower atmosphere of his home world did he feel the emptiness of his vary soul without the force.
The crash was bad, so much so the natives, 2nd and 3rd generation natives of the Valara Family, now a group of mostly pacifist farmers and colonists, debated letting the man die. Thankfully, an older gentleman, one of the soldiers of his father’s kin, recognized the resemblance of his face to that of his father’s.
The old man, himself an outcast due to his preference of the old ways, agreed to train him in the ways of his people. To his knowledge, the Jedi were gone, as were the exiles. Such is why he never tried to contact with the Jedi. That was until a pair arrived at his world roughly a year later.
Hearing of the Jedi surviving the battle, hearing Cadef Sige and his rebuilding of the Council, he has set out to reach the them.

Form II “Makashi” – Advanced understanding
Form IV “Araru” – Moderate understanding
Form V “Djem So – Moderate understanding
Form VII “Juyo” – Basic understanding
Long ranged Shooting – Moderate understanding – He won’t be putting holes through a ring at 3,000 meters, but he is more than a competent shot up to and including 1000 meters with a proper sniper rifle.
Hand to hand combat (Mando Variation, not Echani) – Moderate. Taught mostly by the few remaining Warriors of Clan Valara.

AM-30 Blaster rifle
Medium length, custom built rifle. 15 round gas pack (take this as official ammo count) with a power pack needing to be replaced every 250 rounds. Weapon is mainly built of durasteel to increase durability to handle the heat of the weapon firing. The scope is removable and a pair of flip up iron sights is mounted.

CSR-2a Blaster pistol

A simple, straight edged blade forged out of Beskar, the blade it self is reinforced with a Phrik coating, allowing for limited resistance to Light sabers.
He usually carries a trio of Fragmentation grenades.
The broken remains of a curve hilt light saber, broken in to three large pieces, and in need of a complete rebuild.
