Accounting for the maturing at 13 I still feel he should be older than 19 if he is an expert in 26 fields though some are branched off of others. A lot of those require hands on learning to be an expert. An IQ of 145 is just barely over the Genius Near Genius 140

I think you mean another form. Ataru is quite an aggressive style. Not as much as others but there are a couple which suit balance in offense and defense more than Ataru. Otherwise interesting character.
