  • Right. So, do we both want to pose as prisoners, or do one of us want to grab a stormie outfit and pretend to be a guard? Ral's wife can just tap into the Imperial communications net and listen for when there are some prisoners being transported to the hospital.
Well, you do have a point there, but I don't mind either way. As far as ship, Ral's ship isn't particularly fast, at least I never thought of it as so (perhaps 75-80 MGLT?). It's a large transport vessel. But, if we both want to go in, Ral's wife could pilot his ship and help us breakout.
One of us would need to stay out, or we could have an NPC pick us up on the way to the hospital or where ever they decide to take us (this plan only works if they take us to a less secured area, preferably not on prison grounds). Basically, this is when we go in guns ablazing. Kill/incapacitate the guards, get who we want, and get out. Make the jump to lightspeed ASAP.
Well, an NPC would make things a lot easier on us. We wouldn't have to worry about getting them out if things went tits up lol
Cortan said we could just use an NPC to do it. Say hire a merc or make contact with someone already going there? Or one of us could do it I guess. We just have to make sure that we do enough damage to warrant a hospital visit.
That's an idea. We'd have to move in low and fast, preferably with sensor jammers and decoys. Then either hit the yard or blow a hole into the prison and perform an extraction from where the prisoners are.

Although, I'm more partial to sneaking in and getting our targets sent to the nearby hospital. A simple brawl looks innocent enough and shouldn't warrant a very heavy escort making it super easy to intercept.
Depends on the security level of the prison. I.e. low security or super-max? Assuming one of us doesn't try to sneak in or purposefully get captured then we'll have to think of a way to pose as a transfer ship or some kind of supply ship? That's my best guess at getting close without getting hit. Of course most prisons will have a no fly zone over head, but depending on how secure we could totally just fly in and pick someone up. Prisons are hard to get out of, less so to get in.
So, I've sent Draedan a message, I'll probably hear back tomorrow, so we have all night to think up a daring infiltration and rescue. Haha.
Well, I think it would make for a more exciting story if we caused something to happen, we'll need to discuss this a little with our NPCer though.
So my father-in-law says best time to do it is when they're at the hospital or they're being transported somewhere.
Well, I'm sure it's possible. The only problem is that if an Imperial prison is anything like a modern day prison then there will probably be a lot of lighting, like all lit up like christmas.
We should probably brainstorm a few ideas before we start then have our characters discuss it IC. SoB could do it. I'm guessing the person we get needs to have a character in the Empire, but half the site qualifies, so really it comes down to who we ask. Draeden even has a Sith now, so maybe that's an option.
How good is your guy with hacking? Because I get the distinct impression subterfuge is gonna be a our best play here. Also we need to find an Imperial NPC, preferably someone who isn't going to try and murder us, haha.
