Garrett slowly picked himself up off the ground, if he was to continue he was going to need to get himself nourished, he made his way into the Mess Hall and this time got considerably more food than the last time.
He made his way to his room after eating and began lifting and moving small objects around his room, he would open his footlocker and withdraw his lightsaber, move his book to his hands, open and close his door, all from the comfort of his bed. Garrett knew he couldn't just keep practicing like this though, he had to keep his mind focused for his main task, the rocks.
Garrett made his way back to the garden, but instead of going straight for the prize he sat in the center of the rocks, and began to meditate, he let his mind go blank, he could feel the rocks, feel the force that bound them to the planet, to the universe. Even though they were just small pebbles the force flowed through them, as it did with everything else in the universe, Garrett felt a new found respect for something as small as a pebble.
He stood up and placed himself at the edge of the rock garden, this time instead of thinking of them as a giant rock, or as a flowing sea, he felt them as they were, they were each their own individual thing, with the force flowing through them, making them each unique and special.
Garrett held his hands in front of him and began to slowly lift them while focusing, thinking of all of the pebbles and the force around them all, connecting them right back to himself, all of the pebbles slowly began to raise into the air, but they did not smash together or fall to the ground, they were supported, and Garrett did not feel a great strain, he felt as if he was at peace, connected to these rocks as if they were a part of him, able to move them as if they were an extension of his body, and as he lowered his arms so too did the rocks fall back to their original resting places.
Garrett stepped back and began to laugh with triumph, with success, the sun was beginning to fall, and he was going to follow it's suit, and rest after a successful day.
