I guess Doc Love's the first to arrive then.

For a fun twist I wouldn't mind having Isycc Heinlein play opposition. Currently he's rich IC and may have taken a break from bounty hunting to do nobler stuff. Depending on how the thread plays out he could either help thwart you guys or defect, join you and tag along in future threads?

For convenience, I would suggest that everyone ends their introduction post with getting into the back room. We're on a bit of a tight schedule here, and I figure the faster we get to the actual task the more interested everyone will be. If nobody wants to edit, that's fine, but it would make things much easier to add that in right now instead of going through the process of Rping it out, which could take anywhere between one and four posts per person...

So two hunters? I'd probably be most interesting if they were both working independently of each other. Like two hunters on the same prey, but not knowing the other was there (at least at first).

I can do that pretty easily.

I agree. If the two hunters work independantly it plays what Gam was saying earlier about repercussions. In this way not only will the crew have repercussions but also the hunters, with events putting one ahead or behind of the other.

I editted my post so that Doc Love goes to the back too.
And I'm also willing to have Bianca act as opposition too. Would be awkward for her if she runs into Doc Love, considering they're siblings.

Well, long story short, the forum error ate my post. I need to go smash a few things but I'm sure I'll end up posting today, even if my re-write will be crappy.

Trust me when I say I can relate to that kind of rage.

I may or may not have said this yet, but I'm leaving for a week or two on Tuesday. We have until then to finish up the heist or it will be archived.

Should we just RP it as if it's already 4 years into the future, and have the heist going on during the post time skip?

Nah, I want to try and get it done before the timeskip, so we have something to work with for the second installment. However this thread ends affects what is going to happen to our characters during the timeskip, considering the scope of the heist, and that will determine what the second, third, and fourth parts of the thread will be about.

Xenomorph could you stop using that crappy font? It's really becoming a chore to read.

It's not a "crappy" font, I alter each letter individually with different fonts and sizes. And I already made provision for that by having him change into a "human" form. If you would notice, the end of the post uses only one font.

But if the scrambled text previously is too hard for you to read, just click the quote button and it all comes out as flat text. It really doesn't take much - if any - effort to do, so it would be much easier for you to do that than to read it, if it is that much of a chore for you.

D'aww, you guys seem to think Ryiek has the patience for you to gather material, lol. He's more of the reckless type, taking action and relying on his luck and good looks to get him through. =p

A shame he's going to have to actually put some thought into this one.

I was just throwing that tech out, and thought we could just time skip to the heist. No one ever cares about gathering resources.

Alright, one more round of posts and then we can timeskip to the heist. Unless you guys would prefer having the timeskip right now.

Doesn't matter to me. It would be great if we could concrete the tasks for each person

To be honest, I was planning on having Ryiek play it by ear. As a character, he'd prefer to go with the flow and ask for volunteers when the time comes. Sure, he isn't the most professional of crooks, but it can't be argued that he doesn't get stuff done. =p

I really don't have anything to post. Feel free to move ahead without my input this round.
