"Well, we're not exactly in a position to be picky, Captain." She replied with subdued annoyance. "Just put us down. And remember, you have no idea this place exists. I'm putting an awful lot of trust in you..." Watam waved her off.
"Yeah yeah I know. Take it easy lady. I know how to keep a secret." He assured her with casual disregard for her concerns.
"Why do I find that hard to believe?" The Vratix muttered under her breath as she turned to exit the cockpit. She could put up with the captain's bothersome remarks for just a while longer. They were nearly home. The temple was busier than when she was last here. More ships, more guards, and many of them non-Jedi. The Order had been bolstering its security. A wise move Izel believed, given the rising dangers of the Sith. No one wanted another Ajan Kloss. But the more people they had on site, the more people there were that could potentially spill their secret. Only time would tell if the benefits outweighed the risks she figured.
Before long, their ship touched down outside the temple, among several dozen others. As the ramp descended Izel would waste no time in setting foot on the old Jedi home. After such a long time away, it felt good to be back. She stood upright and took a deep breath, letting the warm morning air wash over her. And more than that, she could immediately feel the difference in the Force. This was a place where the light side thrived. Where nature was in harmony with the sentients that walked the planet surface. Where serenity and calm pervaded every inch of earth. This was a sanctuary where her kind could leave behind the worries of the galaxy and just focus on their contemplations of the Force. This was a place of peace. After taking a brief pause to enjoy the moment, Izel would turn around, waiting for Yulie to join her. "Welcome to Yavin IV Padawan," She would say with a certain sense of obvious relief. "Headquarters of the Jedi Order, and your new home."
