To be honest, I really do not have time for this. I have a **** load of home work and I wont be able to deal with this more so until tomorrow night. But I'm sorry that you want this to be archived. I could not let a great faction like this go to waste though.

That's what I don't get. Him and Niner aren't active in the faction (nothing bad on them). I don't see why it has to be archived if someone wants to run it and try to revive it.

It's because it's theirs, or more so Niner's who made it and then passed it's reins to TJ. It's the plain courtosy of asking them first before a complete take over.

How could I ask someone who was not "active"?

I can understand that. And forgot to mention that in my previous post. But for him to just want to straight archive it without asking anyone who wants to take it over, is just, ridiculous in my opinion.

I'm very understanding of both sides right now. It does seem a bit silly to let a faction go like that and ruin it for other active rpers that want to keep it going, but like Phil said, that's obviously the owners choice.

Horizon, if you need help trying to start a new bounty hunter type faction due to being busy I'll be more than happy to help out. I'm pretty sure you, J Mocks and myself can come up with a fresh faction within a matter of days. I'll do most of the work if you'll kind of oversee the work I do so that it turns out the way you want. Just throwing another option out there...

Unless we could get a yes or no from the original person we couldn't revive it, simple as that. I don't care if you want to make your own bounty hunter faction, but you have no right to just up and take the BHG without any permission to do so. I for one would like to see it archived if your going to change practically all of the guilds founding fundamentals, but the actual decision is up to Niner as it is still technically his faction.

I asked to take over this faction considering the both of you had been gone for quite a while. I got my approval to do so and the older threads for this faction were archived. So I had every right to after that my friend. The changes I made were to fit with what they really were and believe me. After months of low activity and such this faction needed a pick-me up. Since you said though this is Niner's faction, I will not do anything else until everything is solved.

Horizon actually came to me asking about the BHG revival thing, and I assumed that he went about asking about the faction's status before coming to me. I also forgot about the deal with the Midnight Men, so I apologize for the contradiction there.
