Smirking at Maeva at the blaster idea he spoke to her in terms that she would understand that it was still beneath him.

"We still need a weapon regardless Maeva... simply discarding barbaric weaponry is useless when it is indeed our only weapon. I would rather use a petty blaster than sit back and let shot ring out around me.."

Firing another burst into a soldier there were two men left. Looking over his shoulder he was waiting for Maeva to do something more than just stand there.

Maeva 'accidently' fired a shot a little to close to his foot with a smile. She then raised the blaster and shot the first guard in the chest, with a little help of the Force. She had never really shot much in her life.

The shot that seemed to come ever so close to the Sith Knights foot had repercussions. A rage unlike any other seemed to pulse off the young Sith's very being, a aura strong enough to make a Jedi Master hault in their tracks. A glare was sent to Maeva, not a glare that he had sent her in the past, but a glare that showed every emotion a true Sith held. His hate was growing with each passing second now, his blood nearly in a boil from the angers exponential and immediate growth, and finally a passion that trumped each of the other emotions. The true hate he had for the Sith was in his very first Apprentice, in Maeva, though a love for her was in that same passion. He both hated and loved the woman behind him, she had so much potential, and her arrogance blinded her.

Looking at the last guard who shook in fear, his very foundations trembled with horror. A horror only a man's deepest fear could bring out, a fear only a Sith could bestill upon a man. This soldiers shots would continue to fire, the trembling that filled his very soul sending shots everywhere but to his target. His mind was racing, and his gut knew his death was guaranteed.

Dropping the rifle at his side it clanged out against the durasteel floor. As the sounds came silent the only true presence felt within the room now was that of the Sith, and the one trembling man, whos fear radiated almost as fully as Avare's very being was now. His steps were slow, steady, and came with the reassuring sound of a thud, each step drawing the Sith closer and closer to his prey. Reaching out, his hand took hold of the trembling blaster, and ripped it from the man's very grip. Throwing with an unnatural amount of force it came in contact with a systems analysis computer, sending both the rifle, and machine to an obsolete state. Staring down at this one lone man Avare' simply smiled, a smile that was returned with a faceful of fear.

Thoughts were racing through this Republic Soldier's mind, there was no telling what was about to happen to him. This made his thoughts race even faster, would he die? Would the rechid Sith interrogations be brought down upon him, something worse than death? Or would he simply be spared, the least likely of the three outcomes, but the one he was praying for, a sense of hope the Sith Knight could sense.

Taking control of the Force he would push mind-blowing thoughts into this soldier's mind. Images of his brethren falling to the crimson blade of the Sith that was standing before him. The pain the republic would feel at the hands of the Sith. The man's family being tortured one family member at a time, in front of him only to have his own life taken away when his hope was finally lost. The soldier was buckling under the images, going into a state of shock, a state of confusion, and a state of insanity. His screams of horror would fill the first floor of the bunker, echoing into the lower chambers of the second level. Laughing maliciously in the young man's face Avare' would finally grant him freedom. Gripping the short blonde haired man by the face his hand clenched down with the force of a garbage compressor. Feeling the man's skull buckle under the increasing force it finally gave way, shattering. The massive trauma being dealt to his brain now was insignificant to the pain being dealt elsewhere. Reaching backwards his hands balled into fist and drove with yet another unimaginable force into the young man's gut. His stomach was pierced by the cortosis ended spikes that met at the knuckle. Being impaled by the hardened fist was enough to not only rip through the poorly armored man's flesh, but break and crack his lower ribs. Removing his grip on the boys face he let the soldier fall to the floor in a bloodied heap. Staring down at the dying body below him he muttered one simple word.

"Pathetic..."

Stepping over the soon to be carcass he paid no attention to his former pupil. Simply continuing on his quest to find his lightsaber, find his weapon. If the last soldier he had encountered thought it would be the worst of his fury, then the rest of the republic only needed to wait for his findings of the only thing he had a true connection with, his lightsaber...

Maeva was afraid. She did not want to follow him anymore. She was honestly afraid of what he was going to do to her when he got his lightsaber back. She did follow him though because she needed her lightsaber too.

She had the urge to say something to him, but she could tell that right now was not a good time.

Reaching out, he would find his lightsaber through the Force, it called to him, just as he called to it. The strength of the small blade was near impossible to not sense, though it was a part of him, Maeva could surely sense her own blade calling to her as well. Stopping at a durasteel door directly to his right he turned on his heel. Looking at the darkened steel his hand fell to the datapad that housed the codes to open the impenatrable blockade. Smirking at the console that needed a password to allow access he simply gave it a shattering kick. The viewscreen broke into pieces along with the housing circuits and wiring. Looking at the ravaged pieces of technology he reached down, taking ahold of a dead soldier's blaster pistol. Taking aim at the small, smoking hole he fired a single blast. A sound chimed out as sparks began to fly from the opening. As the sparks died out the doors locking mechanism gave way and slid open. Staring into the empty room a single man stood in wait. The man he was looking for, the man that held his weapon, the man that confiscated a piece of him...

Maeva did not give Avare' a chance to attack this man though. She stepped in front of him and let lightning flow from her fingers. She smiled as the mans screams filled the air and the room started to smell of burnt flesh. She stopped just before he was dead and moved aside to let Avare' get his revenge.

The man's limp body was in the center of the tabled room. His limp form attempted to hide under the heavy durasteel furniture. Though the anger was overwhelming at this point. His hate, and drive to get his lightsaber had long past taken control of the Sith Knight. As his fists clenched a Force wave shot out in all directions off his very body. A result was the durasteel table and chairs were sent against the wall, compiling it all in a heap of scrap. The man's very body slid against the floor, hitting the North wall with a thud.

"...you call yourself a leader... a commander of troops?"

Stepping towards this lone man each step was like the sound of death, a soft thud filling the empty room with a haunting chill. Avare's own form would stop only inches from this Lieutenant's dying spirit. Hovering over this man, the name tag read Traask, a insufficient and weak fool to say the least. Leaning in close Avare' took in a deep breath, the man's very burnt flesh filling his nostrils with an aroma the Sith Knight both despised and longed for. Closing his eyes he let the Force take ahold of the Lieutenant, his life force was drawing thin. His eyes were filled with fear as he looked up at the male Sith that seemed emotionless to his well being, the only vibe he could sense was that of hate and distaste.

The Force clenched his leg with an unimaginable grip and twist his ligament. The sounds of flesh could be heard ripping, along with a shattering of bone. Screaming in pain the Lieutenant did his best to show as little pain as he could, he was a admirable leader, though weak, and Avare' hated him for it. The Force moved on now, entering his enemies left arm and pushing its way out. Along with it came his humorous, the white bone covered in a thin layer of tissue. Now bleeding out the man screamed in agony, he had felt nor seen anything like it. Unclenching his hands he reached down ripping the shirt from the Republic officer's very back. Exposing his scorched and decayed skin that was given in thanks to Maeva. Leaning in close to this man he whispered words into his ears in a chilling voice...

"You will be brought pain.... and torture, through it you will wish death!"

At the close of his words his fist drove into Traask's back, the cortosis spikes driving into his burnt flesh and dragging down. His skin peeled under the tension, like a lightsaber cutting through scrap metal. Traask's screams would fill the entire bunker as he wished for the pain to come to a close, his flesh was being ripped from his swollen back. Showing no mercy Avare' drove the same fist into the man's back, only a different area, just over the left shoulder blade and dug down hard, slow, and with a look of psychotic pleasure on his face. He was getting the one thing he wanted at that very moment, the pleasure of torturing...killing the man that had taken a piece of him, and he would get it back.

Growing weak with loss of blood Traask's pain was consuming him. Blood seeped from the wound in his arm, and that same blood drained from his open wounds now given on his back. His head bobbed in pain, trying to stay awake, keep every last breath until his death. A death that was soon to come.

Meanwhile Avare' stood, no longer hovering over the old man's back, the pain had been dealth, his death would come soon. Walking over to the ripped shirt he reached down, into the inner pocket of the insignia and medal filled vest. Withdrawing his blade he looked it over, it was still in its perfect, and valued condition. Igniting the blade he closed his eyes, the crimson beam projected only inches from his very being, power consumed him now. His complete form was in place, he could sense the life force being sucked out of Traask, his death was comming.. if not seconds it would be minutes. Turning on his heel he swung the blade with a heightened speed, at the Republic's Finest throat. The blade felt no tension, sliding through the man's flesh as if nothing had been there. Disengaging the blade at the follow through he continued the turn until he was at the starting position. Clipping the blade to his belt it was then that he heard the thud of Traask's head hitting the wall nearly 3 meter's behind him. The thud was followed by a crushing sound, the man's weakened skull shattering under the kinetic energy from the wall. The final sound that filled the room was the gentle sound as the head rolled into place, finally comming to a hault nearly a yard from the wall. Looking down at his right hand Avare' flicked his wrist downward, letting gravity take hold of the remaining flesh that laid attached to his spiked gloves. The old, burnt flesh hit the ground with a sound close to that of a splash. Looking up from the crisped skin he turned on his heel, facing the door, and Maeva. His eyes pierced her, staring through her, at the exit, his next destination...

Maeva slowly called her lightsaber to herself and stared at Avare'. She could barely breath now and the smell was starting to make her sick. She would follow Avare' wherever he went, because she was scared of what would happen if she did not have his protection.

Walking past Maeva his stance simply held hate, power, and anger. Everything about him now was of the Sith Empire, for the Sith Empire. Walking out of the office he looked to his left, to the true exit, the ramp leading upwards to the surface. There was no telling what they would need to escape, the base was small from what he had seen. It looked as if their only defense was against ground forces in the form of turrets, luckly for them the turrets pointed outward, rendering them useless to the interior of the base.

Comming to the top of the ramp the final durasteel door that would lead them to their escape slid open. A pair of guards stood at the door in complete shock at what they were seeing.

"You...."

His lightsaber ignited once more and quickly went to action, their response time had no chance at standing against the Sith's heightened senses and speed. The red beam spinning in a blur as it cut the ends of their repeater blaster's in two, rendering them useless. Spinning on his heel the crimson blade would come across the first man's torso splitting him in two. His last words came in the form of a screeching cry. The blade continued on its deadly path, comming across the second man's right shoulder then shooting downward. The removal of the Bith's entire right arm was enough to send his body into shock. Unable to translate the creatures barks of pain Avare' sent a kick to the large head of the lesser being. Feeling something crush underneath the leather boot he reassured himself it was the creatured bulbous skull. It had a weak section where the bone thinned towards the mouth, directly where he had kicked. His foot came down softly only to meet the gaze of three more soldiers comming around from the hanger. Dropping his foot back he took a defensive stance ready to deflect the oncomming blasts...

Maeva ignited her lightsaber, but did not come close to Avare'. She had seen him fight, but this was making her regret ever letting him train her. She deflected several shots with ease while her mind still worried about her choices in life.

The incomming blaster bolts were a constant annoyance it seemed, and with Maeva's head elsewhere it was up to him to get both off the rechid planet. Taking a large step forward he continued to send shot after shot back at the attackers. Ducking under a bolt he quickly rotated his wrists and sent one of the tens of shots back at the soldier that had fired it dropping him where he stood, two left. Looking to his right there was the hanger, it was low meaning a single carrier was in it, but next to the short hanger was a much larger shuttle bay, a carrier. Calling the Force to his legs he lept with all he had in him, disapearing from combat. Landing on the roof of the tin hanger with a loud thud he disengaged his lightsaber and walked slowly towards the end of the bay. Looking down at the two soldiers he crossed his arms, calling the Force to the closest of the two soldiers.

A mind trick was brewing in this one mind, he was weak, and had no control over the words being forced into his skull.

"He is a traitor... he will kill you, your family... your planet, your republic! Dont let him take control over the galaxy, he works for the enemy..."

The soldier confused stopped firing and looked to the Sergeant at his left and pointed the blaster at him, his mind unsure what to do. The words constantly being forced into his mind were almost driving him insane.

"Keep firing Private! We almost have her!!"

The Private shook his head and opened fired on the Sergeant, taking him down with a burst shot to his side. An evil smile grew on Avare's face as the words changed, pushing them into the man's mind he dropped his gun and fell to his knees. Shaking he pulled out his blaster pistol and held it under his chin, firing a single shot into his skull he dropped in a heap over the Sergeant's body, both dead.

"...they once ruled this Galaxy... petty fools! Never again!"

Leaping from the hanger he hit the ground with a gentle thud, his knees bracing on the soft impact. He looked at the large transport that awaited them, the coast was clear, chances were that they were the only exterior guards. They may be some on the ship itself, but they would be quick work.

"Maeva... get us off this pathetic planet!"

As he spoke he slowly walked towards the ship, walking up the boarding ramp and ready to leave, back to Korriban and to his own chambers. The transports barracks on board would suffice for the time as a meditation chamber, he needed to evaluate his thoughts on Maeva. He was beginning to doubt her truly being a Sith...

Maeva boarded the ship and headed to the cockpit. She had only piloted a few times, but she was not going to tell Avare' that. She sat down in the pilots seat and powered up the ship. She knew it was going to take a few minutes before they were ready to go and she was really hoping that no one would attack in those minutes.

The buttons flashed and she brought the ship up gently and pushed the thruster quickly forward. Once they were off the planet she let a sigh of relief wash over her. That had been the hard part. She pushed the coordinates into the console and jumped to hyperspace.

She sat back in the chair and closed her eyes. She wanted to talk to Avare', but disturbing his mediation would only make him even madder at her. She did not want that.

He was knelt in the center of the barracks in a deep meditation. His thoughts focused on what he had just done, which could only bring a smile to his face. Reaching out he could sense everything within the ship, they were the only passengers, the first relief he had encountered in what felt like days. As he went to stand the hyperdrive kicked in and nearly sent him to his back. Catching himself he held on to a bunk, he needed to make sure they were returning to Korriban...

Maeva could feel Avare' through the Force and she knew that he was headed her way. She did not know what he wanted and she did not really care either. She had done what he had told her and that is all the mattered right now. She did not move from her chair or open her eyes to acknowledge him.

Walking into the cockpit he checked the navi-computer, their destination was indeed Korriban. Looking her over for a moment his eyes for the first time looked her over, not piercing through into her very soul. Closing his eyes he pushed off the pilots chair and made his way back towards the central compartment of the ship. Taking a left he turned into the cargo hold where there was tens of boxes, some spread across the floor from not being harnessed in. Kneeling in the center of the chaos he went back to his meditation, he wanted to get to Korriban as quickly as possible...

When they came out of hyperspace she brought the ship down slowly. After she landed and shut everything off she went to find Avare'.

"Avare', what are we going to do now?"

Opening his eyes slowly his gaze turned to the woman that stood in the doorway. He was unsure, they had done much in such little time. There was surely holonet vids of their battle on Citadel Station. The Empire could be angry about such a thing, though they may also praise them. Standing slowly he took in a slow deep breath of the darkness the planet radiated.

"There is much.... much to be done Maeva... I feel as if we have much still to do with one another. Perhaps your training was ended abruptly..."

Walking towards her he passed by and made his way towards the loading ramp, unsure as to what was next...

Maeva walked down the ramp after him and spoke softly.

"Then continue to train me. I need it, I do not believe I am fully evil"

He turned and looked at her almost laughing, she spoke the truth. The darkness a true Sith desired was not in here blood, and in her blood it had to lie. Crossing his arms he stopped in his tracks and turned to face her.

"The darkness you desire lies within you... that is something even I cannot bring out Maeva... only you can become the darkness that is the Sith. Those dark memories, use them to inflict pain upon your foes... they will beg you to kill them then... you have much pain in your past. You must use it!"

Maeva nodded. She did not know what she was going to do now though.

"I will leave then and try to find that darkness"

She did not know where to go, but she would find someplace.
