High Atop

[Ser Yorick]

Eurrsk was just beginning to get a little cramp in his left trigger finger, you know, that little cramp you get when all you're doing is shooting a gun for minutes on end? It becomes sort of like this throbbing, aching nuisance. Not like a pain or anything, because this particular Bothan never really felt any pain before. He only really ever felt a tingle, or a tickle! Eurrsk Plot'nel is not an alien to injuries, no, he just has an extremely high pain threshold. It's only been reached once, and that was when he stapled his baby toe. His baby toe is his only real weakness, it has too many veins in it. BUT ANYWAY...

He decided to do something about this little cramp. Eurrsk put his rifle away, as well as the vibroknife, pulling out a vibroblade instead. It was taller than he was! It was like the furball was just pulling weapons out of nowhere. But in all reality, the vibrosword had been beside the rifle on his back, with the two mini guns on his thighs, and numerous grenades and other goodies on his belt and shoulder pouches.

Either way, with this sword, the crazay Bothan settled his violet eyes on a single threat. This was a big guy, huge burly arms, and a vibroaxe held within his hands. He was one ugly, one tall human, one of the ugliest and tallest he had ever seen! The best course of action was the typical; Eurrsk would run at the big guy, and move his arms back and forth really fast, in a chopping motion, hoping to cut him into little bitty pieces.

He did the first part right.

The Republic Major rushed forward, rolled over and then stood up straight. The big burly human slung down his axe, Eurrsk just barely moving out of the way. "D'oh, you're fast for a fat guy!" he yelled at the behemoth. He sidestepped, and then came up from behind the big dude, and shoved his sword up into the guy's back, not ceasing until the blade tip came gushing forth from the top of his head. Blood spewed out in a fountain, brain matter sloshing out as well. The big guy was taken out in one, swift motion! "Victor for the furball and his compatriots!" Eurrsk screamed, laughing as all the rest of the thugs were undoubtedly defeated.

 

[Captain Kara]

Emi slipped and slid through all who opposed her. Her blades were thrusting, cutting, slashing. Blood covered her arms and her clothing. This was a massacre. She stopped and looked around most of the thugs were now trying to flee. Emi let them leave, she liked to fight but she wasn't a serial killer. She tore the clothing of one of the thugs and wiped her blades clean.

She looked to the other fighters and smiled they were an interesting group of people. She yawned and pulled her flask from her belt and took a sip. A sound emanated from behind her she swung around with her sword. Aerosigil was jammed through the man's neck. She shook her head. She didn't think they'd ever learn.

 

[Johnnysaurus Rex]

Shane was breathing a tad heavier to compensate for the bit of energy he had used whne fighting. IT was also due to the adrenaline now coursing through his system. He holstered his revolver and walked aorund the corpses to see if any stirred. Most had been executed to the point there would be no return for those who had fallen.

Shane turned and was about to go to where the girl was when he saw someone behind her. He was reaching for his gun and aobut to shout for her to move when she had rammed her blade into the attacker's throat. He was stunned at first. This lady definately knew how to use that sword. Relaxing, Shane continued his approach. Though he was walking towars the femme fatale, he adressed all of the 'group'.

"Hey, thanks for the help here. I think I had gotten in a little bit over my head."

 

[Phil]

One thug was barley alive, his arm severed and bleeding badly. Xentar bent down to him, removing his helmet as he let it drop to the sand, his red skinned reptilian head with spines emiting from the back of his head was visible to all who was looking at him. He extended his blade from his gauntlet, and sliced across his stomach, even more blood gushing out as his stomach was now an open wound. Xen reached into the man's innards, reaching for something as the man screamed horrifically as Xentar removed some fresh organs and slid them into a pouch on his side, blood all over him and the man. A Trandoshan had to eat. As the man was near death, Xentar looked at him in the eyes, holding his head, and gave a twist as bones were heard snapping and breaking. With no more left to kill, Xentar was done. He grabbed his helmet and stood up. His armor was almost a diffrent color then it was before, the blood was sometimes hard to remove...

"That... wassss ssssatissssfying..."

He spoke in his reptilian voice, turning to the Humans and the Bothan.

 

[Captain Kara]

"I would have stepped in anyway. This territory belongs to me and more so to the people. They had no right barging in here like than anyway." Emi said matter-a-factly.

Emi pulled her sword from the man wiped it clean. She replaced it and chuckled a little. She looked around the plaza making sure none were alive. She sighed then chuckled again.

"Though it'd been awhile since I had a fight like that." She said grinning.

 

[Johnnysaurus Rex]

"Well, I don't know what local law enforcement is like around here but any other planet I have been on, they would most likely arrest us regardless of who di what. That any different around here or should we get moving?"

Shane looked over his shoulder to one of the entrances to the plaza. He couldn't help but feel that they had given enough time for any local response unit to mobilize if they were planning to strike.

 

[Captain Kara]

Emi almost laughed, "My sir this is Mos Eisley. There is no law enforcement here. We could stay here all day, we'd probably be attacked again, though. I have a place around her, if you need to freshen up or something to eat. Although I know I some of us have something." She smiled eyeing the amored-lizard.

 

[Johnnysaurus Rex]

"Yeah, I believe this has been enough shooting for today."

Shane turned back to Emi and waited for her to lead the way. Sure, trusting her wasn't exactly the smartest thing to do as this was their first meeting and he dind't even know this girl's name. But hey, she was attractive and was offering to take him to one of ehr safe houses. What was a man to do?

"Food!?" Eurrsk hadn't been paying attention to their conversation. Frankly, he mostly found conversation to be quite dull, although he loved to converse with his old buddy and pal Xol Trevol, and occasionally spoke to those he killed, but generally he just liked to talk to himself. He always had something useful to say. But upon hearing the female humanoid speak about eating, the Bothan's acute ears perked up, and his fur rippled with anticipation. Eurrsk had just sated his appetite for bloodshed, but now his stomach was growling too.

"If you got food, I'm in!" he said frantically, cleaning his blade and rushing over to her. "Eurrsk Plot'nel, off duty Major of the Galactic Army for the Republic," while the furry little Bothan piped out the last part, he was looking over to the Mandalorian.

 

[Phil]

If Xentar stayed, the chances of another fight happening were high. But his blades were full, and he there was no more need to kill now. He usualy never minded the blood covering his armor, but if he wanted to be less suspiscious on his next hunt, it would be wise to clean it off before it became dried onto the armor and he would have to scrape it off. And the chances of finding a springs to bath in to clean himself up was lower then making peace with a Tuskin Raider. And with his ship so far away, the choice was obvious.

"Rrrr, I am named Xentar."

He spoke, joining with the Bothan and the Two humans, his blades now holstered back in his wrist gauntlets as he held his helmet in his left arm.

Emi lead the group into a back alley. The ground was unusually soft back here and smelled quite like a pile of moldy fruit. Emi pushed aside a trash receptacle and pushed a small hidden button. A ladder descended from the roof and Emi started to climb up.

"It's up here and through a door." She said smiling and climbing over the edge of the roof and waited for the rest of the group.

Up on top was a patio of some sort various well-kept planets and a metal table chairs sat over the high wall after climbing over the ladder. Emi sat and waited for the rest of the group to make their way up the ladder.

Shane was the first to begin his ascent. It was extremely hard to not be impressed by this girl so far. Hidden ladders in allyways that led to a safehouse. This girls seemed to be the female version of those super spies you saw infiltrating Republic intelligence to uncover some sort of traitorous group within. Once he was up top Shane took the time to look over at the city. Even though the color scheme of most cities on Tatooine were pretty bland. He never could quite shake the serene feeling the two suns looked like and the lights and shadows they cast.

 

[Phil]

Xentar was the next up. He placed his helmet back on, and he could still see about have the view from his helmet, as there were blood staind on the green visor.He grabbed a handle, and leaped upwards with a grunt everytime until he was at the top in a matter of a couple seconds. He grabbed the railing at the very top, and pulled himself up, not realizing he was leaving some minor blood stains on the bars as he went up. It wasent normal that he would accept such hospitality, but Davin wasent around and he decided to make use of it while he had the chance.

Ladders, psh, who needs 'em!? Eurrsk had something else in mind, because he hated the damn things. Ladders and their rungs! *Snort*

Instead, the furry Bothan clicked a button upon his belt. Within seconds, you could hear a faint whistling in the distance, and a corresponding beep coming from the button at his waist. Something was coming; it was his ride to the roof. With a now loud and resounding ROAR Eurrsk Plot'nel's ship, Plot of Gold came shooshing to the entrance of the alley the girl had led them down. Eurrsk jumped high atop the ship's bow, and was lifted gracefully to the top of the roof. Jumping off, the furball then clicked the button on his belt once again signalling for the ship to take off back to its original location.

"Where's the food!?" he called, once having settled himself.

 

[Captain Kara]

Emi stood and begun her way inside the slide glass door. The room was cool compared to outside, a strange looking cat curled on a footrest looked up then put it's head back down. The room was dimly lit and smelled of sweet fruit. Emi pointed to the kitchen in back.

"You can have whatever is in there." She said, "The refresher is through there pointing to a door to the right."

Psh, refresher, who needs a refresher when you're already so FRESH!

Bouncing and jumping for joy, Eurrsk raced in behind her, clawing at the fridge and hissing at the others to back away while he made his choice. He threw open the door and rummaged inside for something tasty and sweet, grabbing fruits and vegetables, then throwing them away behind him. Quickly, something else drew his eye and he paused for a moment. Withdrawing from the fridge, the Bothan grasped in his hand a pie. It was the most amazing pie he had ever seen, for it was his favourite and boy was it big! "PUMPKIN!" he screamed.

OOC: ROFL @ Kurt

IC: The Refresher was the first place Xentar went, to get the human and Twi'lek scum's blood off his armor. He thought it was better now then later, and closed the door behind him as he entered. From the looks of it, he was the most blood soaked one out of the others, and he began to clean off his suit of armor and helmet, watching the large amounts of diffrent colored blood wash off and went to the floor, down the drainage drain. It was then he heard a loud shout from within the building, sounded like the Bothan said "Pumpkin" or something. He fought well, but seems like he is a bit... unstable...

OOC: Hope you don't mind me joining in if so tell me and I'll just edit out the post.

It had been a week since he left the Jedi Order and some how he had ended up on the backwater planet of tatooine where he all but fit in. There probably wasn't another Echani for miles and the sun had forced him and his sensitive skin indoors most day. He would wander around at night now, that would sufice for him.

Suddenly he heard a scream loud enough to scare a Krayt Dragon but in this part of the planet it would've mattered little to most... it sounded like a woman. Running quickly he saw 2 men with blasters drawn ready to do something rather wrong. Anger rushed to Kharr's hand as it found itself wrapped around his lightsaber then suddenly the wind blew and he heard as though his old master was standing beside him. "There is no emotion Kharr. Only peace." his hand dropped he had been hearing this voice now constantly since leaving the order as though some how some way his master could return from the grave. However he walked up quickly but without a sound as he saw the two men he said;

"Excuse me, but I think you two are lost. You should go home." he willed those words to root themselves into their mind and they both looked at each other dumbfounded. "Hey Jacob...I think we should go home it's late...." the other nodded in agreement. "Yeah...where are we again?" they wandered off leaving the woman who's clothes were partially torn shaking there sitting down. Kharr reached out through the force and sent waves of peace to her as he helped her up and told her she was safe and to go home. Then he himself continued on his walk pale silver eyes glowing like the moons of tatooine.

Shane wasn't too hungry and he didn't think he needed to wash up. Instead Shane took off his jacket and set it down on a chair. It had been almost like an oven in the thing but it was necessary to cover up his gun. Shane didn't make an effort to take off the revolver or the side holster. He wasn't completely comfortable with the company he was in.

The Mandalorian was about to sit down when he heard the Bothan yell something about pumkins. Apparently this girl kept some pumpkin food that Eurrsk was happy about. Not giving it any more thought, Shane sat down on Emi's and let out a deep sigh. The girl seemed to have some very comfortable furniture. It took most of his self-discipline to not prop his feet up on the rest of the couch and doze off.

Emi rolled her eyes again she thought this was the strangest group of people she had ever known. Her ears perked up at the sound of foot steps walking through the front entrance. She put her hand on her blaster. A loud pounding came on the door.

A loud voice bellowed from outside, "Hey slut we know your in there...we saw what you are your friends did to Mito and his boys. Open up and maybe you won't get hurt."

Emi muttered something under her breath. Then drew her blaster and hid behind a half wall that faced the front entrance. Emi crouched and wondered it could be him. He did after all work for Mito's Father. She shook her head.
