Comming out of hyperspace after the silent trip, it was how he expected and even foreseen the trip going. She had just killed the one she formally loved, there wasn't much to talk about. Pushing the thoughts aside he took the yoke for what he hoped would be the last time for awhile and began the descent towards the planet. Breaking through the atmosphere he flew just above the tree line doding the ones that stuck out further than the rest before comming to the opening in the dense forest. Lowering slowly the ship planted on the ground and he could feel the Dark Energy pulsing through the area, it truly was a strong place for the Sith.

"We are here..."

Maeva could feel the dark side energy. It wrapped itself around her like a blanket and she felt safe with it there. She looked over at Avare'. We are here, now what, she thought to herself, but did not vocalize.

"So what are we going to do here?"

 

[Rev]

He stared at her for several seconds before getting up from the pilots seat and walking out of the ship. He would not answer her question until it was time. Slowly walking down a narrow path the temple came into view. Staring at it as he walked it had been some time since he had been here. Walking to the back he took the same pace as he went up the stairs and stood on the flattened section of the large temple.

"Maeva... do you know where we are?"

Maeva just stared at him. She was going to take a wild guess that it was an old Sith temple, but she was not going to suggest it.

"No, master, I don't."

 

[Rev]

He gave her a simple nod, it was better to be honest with him than to guess. She had chosen correctly to stay silent. Uncrossing his arms he pointed at the area around him as if he had conquered it.

"This is Exar Kun's Temple, My Apprentice!"

Looking at the growth that was forming on the old stone that came in the form of vines and moss, it even radiated and gave off the look of darkness and evil.

"I'm sure you know of whom Exar Kun was... a great Sith... he was power..."

Falling to his knees he became relaxed closing his eyes and absorbing the planet and area around him. He would fall into a light meditation before speaking.

"Your next, and final lesson is Meditation... Focus on the world around you, take it in and use it to empower yourself. If you do this often, your own emotions and the powers the darkside alone will give you will make you more Powerful than you could ever imagine..."

It would be his last words unless she had questions, his own form going into a deep meditation in the dark place. It had been the darkest of any place he had ever discovered, or even heard of.

Maeva did not want to ask anymore questions. She had heard stories of Exar Kun, but they were tales so she did not know how much was actually true.

She slowly got down on the ground and sat crossed legged. She closed her eyes and focused on the world around her. It was very dark and the aura filled her. She smiled to herself and fell deeper into peace and darkness.

He reached out through the Force feeling the world around him, it was a chaotic place at the time. It was the darkness of the area that changed the creatures, and even any people with the darkside aura. The once peaceful animals of Yavin IV were crazed with hate an anger, attacking one another and fending for themselves. It was time to move on. Standing from his position he let go of the meditation and looked down at Maeva. Reaching to his hip he withdrew the lightsaber and ignited it with a hiss, the dark crimson blade only inches from Maeva's shoulder.

"Maeva Lyndrose... are you prepared to be known as a Sith Knight in the ranks of the Sith?"

He pulled the blade away holding it parallel to his straight frame, the blade only centimeters from his face.

Maeva slowly opened her eyes and looked up at Avare'. She then stood up and turned to face him. She bowed her head slighty.

"Yes, Master Avare'"

She knew that it was the last time she would call him master.

 

[Rev]

He disengaged his lightsaber and put it back on his hip. Returning the bow of the head he gave her a reassuring smile before speaking once again.

"Then you have completed your training... you are no longer a Sith Acolyte, but a Sith Knight in the Empire of the Sith!"

Crossing his arms he stared down at her, he knew it would not be his last moments with her, they would see eachother in the future, something the Force was telling him...
