Lu Kane's training

[Lillianne Crasse]

*It was time to test him after putting all of his focus into the force. Her hand reached beneath her cloak and grasped the hilt of her silver dagger. Pulling it out quickly and aiming for his lower back, she thrust it toward him hoping her apprentice wouldn't disappoint her by failing this test. How extensive his connection was with the Force and how well honed to things happening around him would determine if he passed or failed this. If he failed, his legs would become paralyzed.*

 

[Ser Yorick]

*As Lu continued to unleash his anger through lightning he felt something in the back of his mind. Dagger! Lu whipped around as Rajani pulled out a silver blade and was about to stab him, he shot out dark Force lightning towards her. The room was soon engulfed in the whirling storm, energy bouncing off the walls and back into him, feeding his anger and hate. The power returned to him, sending out more lightning. He was not surprised she had done this though, he would have tried the same thing on his own apprentice*

*Her other hand quickly rose and the lightning he had thrown at her dissipated as she pulled the hand carrying the dagger back.*

"GOOD! It is always important to keep yourself aware of all that is around you while using the Force to attack."

*Once all of the lightning had been dissipated, she lowered her hand and outstretched her hand.*

"Give me your lightsaber."

 

[Ser Yorick]

*The room quietened down as his anger subsided and his eyes cooled. As she asked for his lightsaber he was curious once more, but did as she asked and reached to his belt and unclipped the hilt. Handing it over his eyes twitched*

 

[Lillianne Crasse]

*Holding the lightsaber in her hand, she used the Force to aid her as it crushed in her grip. Dropping the useless lightsaber to the ground she looked at him in the eyes. Her voice was cold and purposeful but also carried a tinge of pride.*

"Your time as a Jedi is over. Therefore it is time to rid yourself of all that once was Jedi. You shall construct a new lightsaber! The tools you need shall be given to you as well as new robes befitting one of my apprentices."

 

[Ser Yorick]

*Lu's eyes widened. he loved that lightsaber, it was part of him, but his lingering thoughts soon vanished. He looked back into her eyes and nodded. He was going to construct a new saber, one that was not part of the Jedi*

"New robes? But these are flashy"

*He added with a hint of humour. He brushed back his hair from his eyes*

"Alright, so where will i find these tools to build a new lightsaber?"

 

[Lillianne Crasse]

*She reached into her cloak and pulled out the pieces he needed. Only two were missing...the crystal and the lens.*

"You will travel to Nar Shaddaa then to Ilium to complete your search for the rest of the pieces you need. I'll give you no further instruction than that. Know that what you see on the surface of Nar Shaddaa is deeper than what lays beneath the city structure....also, when going to Illium, you'll be faced with memories of your past...memories of the Jedi."

*She had unknowingly pulled out her dagger again and grabbed hold of his padawan braid pulling it hard and then cutting it off.*

"Your time with them is over. NOW you shall truly taste freedom. GO! and don't return until this task is complete."

 

[Ser Yorick]

*He nodded, knowing what he must do. As she cut off the braid he shook his hair loose and ran his fingers through it*

"Alright, I shall go and construct my new lightsaber, face these memories without fear, and without hesitation"

*He stepped backward and bowed slightly, before turning around to leave the room. It was still littered with scortch marks and wick from candles spattered on the walls*

 

[Ser Yorick]

*Having constructed his new lightsaber, Lu Kane strolled through the halls, coming back to the same room as before. He stood just outside the door and cleared his throat while stepping. He unclipped his new saber from the strap on his thigh and ignited the deep teal blade infront of his master, Lady Rajani*

"Here it is master, my newly constructed lightsaber"

 

[Lillianne Crasse]

*She looks at the lightsaber and then her apprentice with no reaction on her face. Then with swift accuracy, her blue blade came to her grasp and she charged towards him with a warcry.*

 

[Ser Yorick]

*With a calm look on his face Lu parried and backed up slightly, swinging his teal blade in a deadly arc. Leaping to the side and bringing both hands to grasp the hilt he slowly circled around her, in the ready stance of the Kenzu fighting style. Both arms extended, back and kness bent, like an animal ready for the attack*

*She smiled as the light of her lightsaber reflected in her eyes. The almond brown depths seemed to be black voids save for the whites of her eyes. She twisted her wrist as the blade swung in a circular arc. Lunging towards him twice and smiling at his flench once, she waited. Just as quickly, she raised her hand and sent a powerful wave of energy towards him in an attempt to push him off of his feet. The move was followed by her jumping into the air, flipping and swinging her blade down toward his right shoulder.*

 

[Ser Yorick]

*Using the Force to help him, while he was pushed back he flew backwards, kicking off the wall he came back to meet her in the air. Swinging the bluish green blade to his right he blocked the blow, he swung out his metal leg to smash into her chest*

 

[Lillianne Crasse]

*The air was knocked out of her lungs as the force of his leg hitting her chest caused her to expel all held within. Falling back and to the ground, she landed with a thud and rolled a bit. It was a trap. Waiting for him to approach, she acted like the wounded animal just waiting to bait him.*

 

[Ser Yorick]

*Pointing his lightsaber down towards her he stepped forward cautiously, for she was supposed to be his master afterall, and this was just too easy, something was wrong. Stepping forward he reached out with the Force to grasp her neck in a choking hold*

 

[Lillianne Crasse]

*Little did he know how ineffective his hold was on her at that moment as she writhed like she was choking. It was all a hoax to lure him even closer. Just when he was within the proper range, she kicked out hard at his left shin and swung her lightsaber around quickly aiming for his abdomen. Her lust for blood was greater now. He was good but had much still to learn.*

 

[Ser Yorick]

*A metallic clang rang out as she kicked his metal leg, he almost laughed for a split second but then coming back to reality he swung low to block her strike for his abdomen. Slightly too late the blade grazed his side and burned a gash across his robes, leaving a neat burn mark imprinted on his skin. He leaped backwards, surprised by her sudden attack but went with it and brought his bluish green blade up in a defensive position*

*Learning of the whereabouts of this leg, she notes never to make that mistake again as she uses the force to fuel her muscles as she launches into a blaze of her lightsaber as it twirls through the air. A blur of blue-white light and dark robes swirled around as she lashed out at him in a flurry of attacks hoping to push him back and eventually bring him to his knees begging for mercy.*

*Stepping backwards from her endless assault Lu parried blow after blow, but tiring slowly. He swept his blade to the side he deflected another swipe, then flipping up and around he lashed out his own laser sword, slashing at her neck as he flew through the air*

 

[Lillianne Crasse]

*The smell of burnt hair filled the small room as her eyes darted to his dangerously. She had barely ducked away from his blade as he had brought it in. His former Jedi Master had taught him much. Bringing her blade in to block his next blow, she called upon the Force in the room to pull one of the loose stones from the wall and hurl it toward his head.*
