No it's spec ops in that they don't just operate as intellegence gathering. They also do demolitions of sectors of buildings, assassinations of certain targets, kidnappings, anything that would give a company an edge. However yes most of the work done is in the espionage sector. Last I checked however a mercenary was a gun for hire, a soldier of fortune. That fits this category imo.

This seems more spy of nature considering how you can buy over anything no matter what. If I had enough money I could by Arc but I don't so I won't. It still seems more of a Spy Faction even if they do that demolitions stuff. If you ever watch James Bond they do that too. And everything is for hire but you have to have the right price to do it.

regaurdless stop cluttering up my page with bs I appreciate constructive critisim but I've heard your point of view so if you want to continue the discussion take it to pm's.

I just added a bit more info about sleeper cells. That way we can have more than a few people but each person only counts as one as opposed to say 1 person per 100 PC's. I think that this particular build will allow for more Player Character development between any who join.

Really? Alright, well I can brush off the idea. I haven't used Kai in awhile so this will be good to get him active and up again. Anyone else interested? Also I suppose I'll need approval from a mod still.
