I know this has been picked at a few times, but I feel like - and I don't mean to appear as though I am dogpiling here - but it may be an idea to lower the military assets a tad? 21 ships is rather a lot for a crime faction starting out :)

Just an observation, but this reads more like a mercenary warband with criminal elements than a rising criminal syndicate. 21 ships is a lot, as in way to many for my tastes. That's the type of fleet we'd use to pose a threat to a main faction, which as many have pointed out, isn't really something a criminal syndicate would want to do. You seem to be going for a more mercenary feel and paired with the odd fixation on bringing down the Mandos, who would make the ideal customers of a crime organization, I'm confused as to the long term goals of the faction. A criminal syndicate should be about underground gang warfare, subtlety overthrowing their rivals before they see us coming, and building a complex network of informants, smugglers, assassins, and underhanded mercents. I'm not interested in making a merc for the private army of some Hutt, I want to play a street criminal of sorts. I want GTA5 in space.​

I am with @Undine on this, if we are a crime syndicate we need to consider letting go the Mando thing, also consider setting up a non-public area for us to discuss the faction further.

A skype chat or even a group PM discussion would be ideal while we work out the kinks amongst ourselves. @Bastilo Marshall I know they might not seem like they mean well, but to be completely honest, if I was going to start my very first indie faction, people like @Outlander @Oncaro @Kori Buor and @Vosrik are the type of people I'd be begging for help and advice from, they've all been FLs, built up Indie factions from the ground up or even led main factions at one time or another. It's not just about having a good idea, it's about knowing what sort of idea will draw in people, knowing who your target audience is, and knowing how to build and maintain a solid group of RPers, to say nothing of growing that group once the clique mentality sets in.​

It's been right around a week since we all agreed to sit down and chat about things. Sadly since nothing has happened to that regard I think I'm gonna pull out of the faction. Sorry @Bastilo Marshall I'm always down for an RP, but for now I think I'm gonna focus my remaining character slot elsewhere. If you ever need any help or had an idea you want to run by someone, always feel free to PM me.​

I'm sad to say this yet I'm also happy for my future plan but what I think as Undine said is that this is going nowhere and I want to end this project of mine to make an Independent faction. I want to re-think the idea for my next... well idea and I also sadly archived my Hutt character leaving me with no FL meaning that this idea has no foundation, its an anarchy, and its going nowhere so I might as well end it. @Dimitri can you archive this?
