Remiel stood in the sand, alone, with only his gun to protect him. He had already figured out his radio wasn't working, so he couldn't signal for help. Besides, the likelihood of any of his allies finding him in the middle of this vast desert were very slim. For now, he had to depend on his own skills and intellect to get him through this.
The Miraluka attempted to shoot at Skobra as he rolled by and grabbed Kal's blaster, but it was a futile attempt; the bounty hunter returned the weapon to the chief hunter and now they were both fully armed. Remiel rolled to dodge the wily bounty hunter's blaster fire, though he lost his hat in the process.
Remiel grumbled to himself as he analyzed the situation. There was no way to escape his pursuers on foot, he lacked the prowess and the means to dispatch two armed, skilled bounty hunters at once, and it was fairly obvious no help was coming.
Throwing his blaster into the sand several meters in front of him, Remiel nodded sheepishly at the hunters. "No more violence," he said quickly before carefully and calmly reaching over to grab at his hat. Placing the wide-brimmed hat upon his head, Remiel calmly backed away from the hunters to reduce their suspicion and curb their hostility. Reaching into his coat pocket, Remiel calmly took a small vial from his jacket and waved it in the hunters' direction, as if to assure them that it wasn't anymore weaponry.
"Now then, I'll be seeing you all very soon. Remember: revenge is bittersweet," he said quickly. Removing the cover from the vial, Remiel chugged the blue-green liquid inside. Almost instantaneously, the Miraluka's body started to shiver and his skin lost its healthy light-tan color, becoming deathly pale. Within a matter of seconds, his legs collapsed on themselves, unable to support his body weight any longer, and his motionless body ended up sprawled upon the ground and the blood spilling out from his mouth and nose began to stain the desert sands.
