He rolled, and got up, his blade swishing angrily through the air. He lunged, feinted, and lunged again. His black bodyglove was coated witht he brown dirt on the floor of the arena. He hadn't even broken a sweat. he used the force to push her back, sending her flying. He used the pause to rush up, his shortsword ready.

Cassarah was ready for him. Aerobics, she thought as she blocked him and lunged at his chest.

 

[Will]

Bjorgen felt the sword prick his chest. Blood welled, but 'twas no more than a flesh wound. He continued to fight, pressing attack after attack upon her, using the force through the blade to add strength to each blow.

 

[Emma Lou]

Cassarah was really growing tired of him parring all her blows. He was going to die so he might as well just let her kill him. Her next move was either going to end this for her or for him. She had only done it once, fighting a dummy.

She focused on him through the Force and took a few steps before jumping into the air. She did a somersault and came down on Bjorgen's other side. Before he could realize what just happened she stabbed her short sword into his chest, his heart.

 

[Will]

Bjorgen looked down, the thin blade sticking through his chest, his vital red lifeblood spraying from the wound. His eyes rolled up into his head, and he slumped forward, falling off the blade, dead.

Applause rippled the ring, before exploding into a wash of clapping. Money was discreetly exchanged between comrades, and Zamiel stood, handing something to a Mirehn, whom, in turn, handed it to Hauldus. He nodded, shaking hands with the other Katyen, and went into the ring, clutching some items. He handed her a scroll, holocron, mask and bag of durasteel pellets. He spole to her. ''Katyen Cassarah, you now walk with us, along the precipice above the abyss. These items will teach you new skills and techniques to becoming a great within our order. Well done. You are a C-rank Katyen.'' Hauldus retook his seat, and Zamiel rose. ''Katyen, learn what you have there, and you shall truly join us. You will find more in your dormitory, which you shall be shown to. Pack up anything from your old one. You start your new life, proving yourself to us. You are Akegata.'' He left the box, and the Mirehn followed. The others began to trickle out, evntually leaving just Hauldus and herself. ''Come with me.''

He led her to the room, far more spacious than before, with a writing desk, a large bed, wardrobe, and a training area in the back. ''Well done. It was a pleasure training you. You have promise, Cassarah. Goodbye.'' Hauldus left, his job done.

Cassarah watched Hauldus leave and felt a twinge of sadness. She was alone here and did not know what to do. She set everything down and went over to her bed. It was much larger then the last, she liked that, even though she did not really need a large bed.

She went over to desk and picked up the scroll. She unrolled it and started to read.
