The training of Damien Windstar

[radwulf]

Damien sat down crossed his legs and put his hands on his knees. He closed his eyes and saw the pebble in blackness one more time, but this time it was just the pebble and nothing else apart from the force waves going around the pebble. (I have to concentrate the waves to make it go up) so he sat and cleared his mine only thinking of the pebble.

He was sat there for half an hour and the pebble suddenly started floating he opened his eyes to see it right in front of him, he then lowered it gently to the floor. He looked at Ryo with a big grin on his face pleased with what he had done.

 

[Count Sam]

"good, good Now I would like you to make it float again, but this time I want you to make it orbit around you"He addressed his padwan.

 

[radwulf]

"Ok master Ryo"

Damien looked at the pebble again, this time he did not need to close his eyes the image of the black space was burnt into the back of his mind. He made the pebble floated after doing it once it was a lot easier the second time, he looked at the pebble and followed it with his eyes as it started to go round the room, then bringing it back and making it go round himself.

"Like that master Ryo?"

 

[Count Sam]

"very impressive indeed, but lets see if you can do that on 5 pebbles"Ryo said as he took out a bunch of pebbles from his pocket, and putted it down on the floor so that his padwan will be able to make them rotate one after another when he is ready.

 

[radwulf]

Damien knew this was going to be hard so he decided to take it steady. He started with the one pebble and rotated it a few time getting it ready for the second, he did the same with the second pebble then he picked up the third, this is where they started to wobble. He had managed to get three orbiting him so he tried the forth, as he got it in to the air they all started to violently wobble then they all fell.

 

[Count Sam]

its ok, not bad for the first time tho, but I would like you to try it again, concentrate, and keep your mind clear, since I also want you to start walking while making the 5 pebbles orbit around you."Ryo said to his padwan.

"i wont lie to you, and tell you that it is easy, but I know that you can do it"Ryo added.

 

[radwulf]

"Ok I will try"

Damien knew the mistake he made he had thought about what he was doing too much, he cleared his mind and started to make the pebbles float this time he managed to get all five floating smoothly. He stood up and started to walk, again the pebbles started to violently shake and one of them fell. Damien didn’t let this bother him as he kept his mind clear and walked around with the four pebbles floating around him he walk around for about ten minutes and in that time the pebbles started to steady. He got back to his starting point and sat back down and let the pebbles drop.

 

[Count Sam]

"Excellent that was awseome, and now we shall move to force speed, and force jump thats why you will probably have to concentrate the force on your leg, and feet"Ryo said to his padwan.

"now I would like you to gather the force in your feet, as you run, and that shall make you move faster than your usual speed"he added.

 

[radwulf]

"Ok I will start running then"

Damien started to run, he didn’t mind running he would do it to keep fit. as he was running he noticed how peace full and calm his surroundings where also like the field in his meditation, suddenly he started to go faster he started to will the force towards his feet and legs and started going twice his normal speed. He returned to Ryo out of breath and panting. He looked up at him readied himself and jumped clearing Ryo landing on the other side of him.

 

[Count Sam]

"good job now its time to use force jump, concentrate the force on your leg, and feet, and then unleash it on the ground, and then jump"Ryo said he noticed that his padwan was tired, but there was no time for rest.

 

[radwulf]

Damien nodded and closed his eyes and relaxed, he let ever thing flow down him he could feel the force going to his feet. (Like force push just from the feet). He jumped and at least hit 15 feet in the air; he landed and looks at Ryo.

"That was fun I have never jumped so high before."

 

[Count Sam]

"good, not bad, so tell me what do you know about lightsabers?"Ryo asked his padwan.

 

[radwulf]

“I know that they are a blade of pure energy that can cut through anything and only Jedi have them."

 

[Count Sam]

"good, but the shade order, and the fallen jedi uses them at well, not only the jedi"Ryo said, and for a moment he remembered his encounter with the shade knights, but then he snapped back to reality.

"Ok so I myself use the Niman form in fighting with lightsaber, since it is well balanced.But I shall teach you any form you would like to learn"

 

[radwulf]

“I would like to learn the Niman form, if it is well balanced there can’t be much wrong with it."

Damien then looked a bit worried he had heard of fallen and evil Jedi and couldn’t even start to think how it could happen.

"Umm Master Ryo how will I be able to tell a fallen Jedi or the shade order from us like the good ones?

 

[Count Sam]

"well..its easy to sense a dark jedi through the force, yeah you shall be able to sense the dark side of the force within them, for it is usualy their greatest ally, and you can also sense it throught there emotions, since they are usualy filled with anger, lust, and hate"Ryo then stopped for a second, and spoke again.

"about the shade, it is hard to tell since they use the dark, and light side of the force, but still you can sense their anger, and the dark side within them, but they usualy try to control it, and hide their thats why it is hard to distinguish them."

Without saying anything else Ryo took out a training lightsaber, and he then threw it to his padwan."now copy me this shall be your resting stance"he said as he looked at his padwan.

Ryo spread his feet and pointed his light saber at the enemy's throat. He moved the handle of the weapon down, even to the waist, and formed a fist away from the body.

Damien copied the stance the best he could although his feet weren’t spread as wide and his lightsaber was a bit higher.

 

[Count Sam]

"your stance isnt bad, consedering that its your first time, now attack me with everything you have got"

 

[radwulf]

Damien was shocked but he knew Ryo knew best. He yelled and swung his sabre low to the left of Ryo.

 

[Count Sam]

Ryo moved his light saber swiftly as he started to block his padwan's attack"spread you legs much more, and you need to keep your lightsaber lower befor you attack, of course not to mention that you need to be faster."Ryo said

"Now attack me again, come at me with continious hits, but make sure that you put every strike in good use"
