the training of ryo kan

[Count Sam]

While Ryo was moving while maintaining the positions of the pebbles,a stick hitted him causing him to fall down,and as he felt down most of the pebbles felt down as well,but even tho he felt down himself he was able to maintain the position of two pebbles only while he was on the floor.Ryo got a little bit angry,but he did not say a word as he cleared his mind again,and let go of his anger.He knew that his master was not only testing his skills but it seemed that he was testing his anger,and patience also.

 

[Galykia]

(OOC: Good job, didn't know if you would pick up on the anger/patient thing. Congrats.)

Galykia gave a smirk when his trainee passed the test. He managed to stay calm, as if nothing happened. All the meanwhile he kept a few rocks in orbit, which was very impressive.

You have one more part of your training. You have past all the tests. Now you must spar me with everything I have taught you. Do not worry, this is not a test, but if you do really really poor, i will extend your training. So prepare to fight at once.

 

[Count Sam]

Ryo was glad that he passed this test,but he still had one more thing left,and that is fighting his master that was sure that hardest part of the training,but as long as he kept his mind clear,and made sure that to maintain his focus he knew well he could do it."ok master i am ready"he said as he got up,and activated his father's ligthsaber waiting for his master's move.

 

[Galykia]

Galykia got into his neutral stance, with his now ignited weapon pointed at the padawan. He took a deep breathe to help focus, their first battle was simplistic. Now his padawan knew techniques and the force, which he was very promising at.

 

[Count Sam]

Ryo took the attacking stance,as he decided to begin with the attack,and as he knew well that his attacks from the rightside,and above the shoulder will be the strongest.Ryo charged toward his master,and before he reached his master he used the force to grab a rock,and throw it directly at his master,befor he attacked,and as he got closer to him.

 

[Galykia]

Galykia took note of the rock and the padawan that came at him at great speed. Galykia caught the pebble in his left hand and blocked the initial attack with his weapon in his right. He soon afterwards put to hands on his weapon to help his blocks and prepare a counter attack.

 

[Count Sam]

Ryo started to attack vicously,making sure that he was giving strong,yet fast blows from every where,and as his lightsaber was swinging from all postions,but his grib on the lightsaber was also strong,for he did not want to drop it,or let his guard down incase his master attacked,and even tho he was making sure that all his blows where strong,but he was concentrating more on the blows from the rightside,and above the shoulder since they were the best in this stance.

 

[Galykia]

Galykia batted away many of the attacks, while blocking the others. On block left a particulary good opening. He seized the moment and stabbed ate the padawan. After that attack he went into his aggressive stance, he had succesfully counter attacked, putting Ryo into a defensive situation.

"You are holding your weapon to tight, your knuckles are white, that a sign of stress. Holding to tightly makes attacks a bit more clumsy.

 

[Count Sam]

After what his master said Ryo knew well that he was stressed,and that was not a good thing,if he stayed like this he was not going to pass the test.Ryo cleared his mind of all thoughts even of becoming a jedi,and passing the test,as he gave a chance for the force to guide him,and as he got easy on his lightsaber's hilt.ryo waited patiently in his defence stance for his master to attack.

 

[Galykia]

Galykia began to attack, he didn't throw to many or to few attacks. He gave a good pace, making sure each attack was precise. He remaine focus and cool. He noticed the grip of his opponents weapon being looser.

 

[Count Sam]

Ryo dodged some of the attacks,and blocked the other,as he made sure to be fast enough,and strong also.It was getting hard keeping up with his master was pretty hard,but he knew he could do it with the force,as he moved down to dodge his master's last attack,and encountered it with an attack from the rightside.He made sure that his attack was fast,and strong,but not too strong.

 

[Galykia]

Galykia was slightly worried when he was counter attacked, he didn't expect an one so soon. He knew the boy had promise. He quickly regained his focus and prepared his defensive stance once again. He blocked the padawans, near perfect attack. Galykia stepped back and lifted his hand, using force push on the padawan.

 

[Count Sam]

Ryo got pushed strongly,but he got on his feet fast befor he felt down,and as he used the force to control 5 rock,it was pretty hard to maintain their postion,but Ryo had a great will as he pushed them fast toward his master knowing well that it wil not be so easy to avoid them,but oh well Ryo did not wait to see what will happen,he charged forward,as he swung his lightsaber to prepare for an attack quickly.

 

[Galykia]

The rocks sped at Galykia's direction, it was followed by an attack by the padawan. He hit a few rocks out of his way with his saber. The block left him wide open to the padawan. At the last moment he managed a force jump over the padawan. The dodge was certainly a lucky one.

When Ryo turned to his master, Galykia bowed. He expected Ryo to do the same, as the sparring session was over.

 

[Count Sam]

Ryo bowed back to his master,and it seemed that his training session was over."did i do well master?"he said in a deep,yet polite tone.

 

[Galykia]

I here by promote you to the status of Jedi Knight. You did well, I will contact the grandmaster and tell him your training is now complete. I hope to work with you someday. Galykia bowed one last time.

Before walking out of the courtyard he turned to the Jedi Knight and said "My the force be with you."

 

[Count Sam]

"may the force be with you too master"he said. He was so happy that he was finally done with his training,but he still sure had a long way befor him.Ryo deactivated his father's lightsaber,as he headed outside the courtyard.
