Being a large and imposing probably had its advantages for Kholvar. But it did not help him go unnoticed by the disguised dark sider as he conversed with the in cover Rodian. The Grysk just had to tilt his head up and to the side to see the Trianii above him on the catwalk with his weapon ready. "You aren't afraid of heights are you?" He said to the feline man. A mischievous tone was clear but what followed would be a targeted sense of vertigo. He wanted to make it intense enough to inhibit any sort of ranged attack by the scoundrel for the few moments it took him to move into a more protected area.

Should the affects be desirable for Malakai he would continue holding his blaster on Preef. The disorienting affects of the induced vertigo would make accuracy with a blaster difficult and likely force Kholvar to hold onto the railing to keep his balance. Short term was fine. He fired again at the Rodian and began moving towards the room beneath Preef. He would only do this once he could see the affects of his powers on Kholvar. Once out of potentially line of fire from the Rodian, Malakai would turn his blaster against the reeling and fire two bolts towards Kholvar. The Rodian only could talk from cover and watch Malakai unless he liked risking getting blaster bolt in his sucker like mouth.

The masked attacker waved oddly, fired into Preef's cover and then in full view of the camera left his own cover to move towards Preef. It wasn't going to get any easier than that so the rodian angled his body around his own cover and shot two placed stun bolts at the moving attacker. Preef had a considerable advantage, because the attacker had to fire a pistol on the move and upwards, making his aim considerably worse than that of the more blaster-experienced gunslinger. Even if he managed to block or evade the shots he would be out in the open after having abandoned cover.

Needless to say, the attacker had left himself terribly open for Kholvar to finish him off and that surprised Preef. He's known Black Sun gangsters for years and they never attack fellow syndicate businesses without at least a four man back-up. They're bullies, big and scary, but they're not as stupid as they look. This guy ignored all attempts at discourse, came alone and is clearly too overconfident to recognize a bad situation. Adding all that up with the benefit of the news dropping about the suspicious characters like the Arcanist killing Hutts and even Preef would know that this weird masked individual was one of those characters that Durr would post a bounty for within days of this event.

It's too bad. If they managed to defeat him they would probably only loot him and put his unconscious body on the subway. The Black Sun seem too eager to stir the pot and no one wants to give them a catalyst, and as they can't be sure their masked attacker isn't Black Sun there was reason not to kill him.

The moment it became clear that Kholvar wasn't as hidden as he'd thought he was the Trianii made decision. The instant Kai started talking, Kholvar pulled the trigger of his blaster three times. He didn't have time to listen to some weird looking moron say whatever it was he thought was worth saying. It would also come before any attempted force power Kai was planning to use.

In an ideal world, Khovlar would have been working more in tandem with his partner Preef to take this guy out, but it given how things had gone this far, ideal circumstances were about as far away as they could be. This entire escapade was proving more and more to be a giant waste of time, and as far as Kholvar was concerned they couldn't rid themselves of the ugly intruder fast enough.

He had much better things to do.

As Malakai spoke, attempting to be funny though perhaps a bit cliche, blaster bolts from the Trianii first slammed into the solid catwalk beneath Kholvar's feet. Perhaps he thought he would have made it through or had terrible luck because the bolts would just heat up the surface of the catwalk. Malakai flinched of course, as anybody would and his attempt at inducing vertigo was thwarted.

With a bit of a quickened step he felt the Rodian still had a better line on him if he took it. He fired up at where he believed the Rodian was going to pop out but he pulled a sneaky on the Grysk.

The Rodian popped out of cover. The Grysk's body subconsciously tried to make itself smaller and avoid getting his left hand coming up infront of his body. His left arm dropped his vibrosword as one of the stun bolts struck him right where his wrist met his arm. The awkward angle and the rushed acquisition of the masked target still gave Malakai some benefit. By the time his got to the desired cover his fingers felt numb and he knew his grip on his melee weapon would not hold up in actual combat. His vibrosword laid out in the open floor of the chop shop.

Out of the line of fire with the Rodian, Malakai would do just as he had intended and fire two bolts at the center mass of Kholvar. The scoundrel, standing atop the catwalk having yet to move from his position and still a decent target without a state of disorientation, would have two blaster bolts strike him. Wonder if he'll fall over like in one of those holodramas. The Grysk moved a few steps further into the room and to the side to keep the Rodian from having an advantage if he decided to drop down from his own elevated location.

OOC: As per the OOC agreement, the above mentioned "auto-hit" is just an attempt.

<<rrriiiiinng rrriiiiinng>>

The datapad in Preef's pocket was buzzing rather intensily, much to the rodian's frustration as he had just lost sight of the crazy Black Sun guy and was wary for an unexpected angle of attack. "Not now!" he growled to his datapad, who didn't seem to pay any mind (not that it could) and continued ringing just the same. Quickly changing position and diving into cover the rodian pulled out the datapad and answered the call. "What!? Can't you see I'm b-" his words died when he saw the holo-image of one of the dancers from the Moist Mirakula looked at him with a worried expression.

"Oh shush Preef!" she said and appeared to be looking around either on her side of the call or in search of someone on his, "Is Kholvar there, too?" Preef's heart sank, ofcourse. She noticed he was about to give a biting remark when she shushed him again, "Listen, stupid! That game you guys robbed with that Mandalorian? There's a Shistavanen enforcer here looking for you!"

The wheels in Preef's head started turning, albeit slowly, and at the same time a certain feeling of dread was beginning to grow. Enforcers were the real deal and if it's a shistavanen he might be big and mean enough to physically overpower Kholvar.. "So?" he replied a bit unconvincing. "So you guys better lay low or else-" she stopped as she read the look on Preef's face who couldn't hide the fact that what they were doing right now was the exact opposite of "laying low". "-don't tell me my Khol-" Preef killed the connection mid-sentence, returned the datapad to his pocket and cast a stern look at the Sullustan, "We were never here."

Then he ran across the catwalk towards an opened window. "Big Guy! We gotta go!" he shouted to get Kholvar's attention without telling their attacker the Trianii's name. "I'll explain later, but we gotta go! NOW!" He reached the window as he said that last word and without a moment's delay or hesitation he jumped right out. That surely should've been enough of a convincing argument for Kholvar.

With a sturdy crash into the opposite durasteel building and landing on what was no doubt a sprained ankle, the young rodian made his way back to the crowded streets in hurry. He'd tell the Trianii everything once they reached his ship. There was no way they could take on an enforcer, so there was only one logical solution: Going offworld for a bit.

His shots hit the large Trianii center of mass. But he was a big guy and knew that there was a chance for a counter. The Rodian had not seemed to worried about dropping down and attacking the disguised Kai this time. Instead the sound of voices came from the green skin's location. But Malakai could not make it out from his position. Is there another one nearby?

Shouts from the Rodian, calling out to the downed 'big guy' but the Rodian did not seem to wait for a response and left his fellow gangster behind and dipped. Closing his eyes Malakai focused. The Scoundrel's anxiety diminished the further he got away but the Sullustan and the quieted form of Kholvar remained.

Malakai switched to stun and walked back out into the chop shop's main area. He fired an extra two stun bolts at the large being, not wanting to take any chances with any especially resilient physiology. Provided he remain still he would holler up to the Sullustan. "Looks like you're between a rock and me flap-face. Come down here without a fuss and I might not put a blaster bolt in you. We have business to discuss." The following moments would consist of the Sullustan signing over any legal information about the facility, transfering control of the droids, and erasing any evidence that there had been a fight here. Occasionally an additional yet casual stun bolt from Malakai was shot into Kholbar despite it making the former owner flinch. He would deal with that guy later. Malakai signaled for his men that had been on standby to finally move in and secure the zone. He was not sure what he was going to do about a Crimson Dawn member but there was probably something useful in store.
