Depends on the person. I think as of right now with my RL it could get a little too much...but if it's the right fit and a pretty neat charrie I could swing it.

I didn't say you couldn't have. I said it was resteicted. All that means is -- as per the rule I believe I quoted you -- that you cannot directly use it to predict people's moves in combat or similar scenarios, purely based off those precognitive abilities.
