Well in that case I suggest avoiding the new Indie faction route. If the company is something you use for flavor and not to make lists of missions and stuff then you shouldn't commit to a new faction. I'd say do your own story missions and slowly build up the company. Seek financial backing from the Hutts and treat it as a project that can't fail as the Hutts have invested in it. And go with that, start small and eventually we'll see.
