He would certainly be willing to ally with them. His fanatical dream has been sustained through the years by always holding something back, but he could offer up much. Maybe as another subbranch, since I don't see a freaky genetics lab subsection for the guild.

In other words, he can certainly be one of her creators, if you like. However, for him to have her genetic material, he had to get it somewhere.

Well, he might have been involved in the project, but the source of the genetic material would have been the Zetga corporation, as they are the ones who have the massive underground genetic sample stockpile.

I figure that perhaps your character might have been contacted for insight into improving the cloning/memory grafting process?

I said in when it was approved that the main purpose would be improving their focus and emotional state. It doesn't REALLY do much for them physically.

But i suppose it's like recieving only one half of the battle meditation trade off... Kinda. Without demoralising you entirely. He can keep focused when in pain, he can keep determined when loosing, calm in desperation with the help from Vei. But I DO 'IC' In whatever thread Vei is in at the time, have him recieve the call for help. And he sits, and meditates on feeding his state of mind through the link to his bro. It's just twinsync. I think your abusing telekinetis a bit, but I'm rolling with it. The two of them have had that link since they were born. It comes effortlessly with focus, and only the one far away needs to. It's pretty much a passive ability. And it was approved
