Try to avoid Sith for now. Main reason is that the Empire and the Cartel are in a state of cold war and the Sith wouldn't jeopardize the Bacta for a few Gammorrean bodyguards. A few rogue Mando's, or a "mystery" organization could do the job just as well really.
