This is something he's perfectly capable of doing, as he's extremely practiced in Telepathy and has transmitted emotions and memory fragments before. If Sio has had formal training against mental attacks, she might be momentarily disoriented. If not, she would likely be sent mentally reeling, and maybe down the path of the Dark Side once again if that's a road you'd like to explore. This is an opportunity for you to get creative with what she experiences mentally against his onslaught.

Hey! I'm not entirely sure that Sionann would be able to avoid that punch completely, or at least not without getting clipped. From what I understand, Juyo requires intense focus, so getting snapped out of that mentality would be a momentary shock, right? Then she's going from a standstill, and a injured thigh, to diving under a punch already in motion.

Ok, so she would

1) Redirect his saber
2) Spin to her right
3) End up on Rook' left, facing the opposite direction he is. as if they had just merely walked by each other on the street?
4) Sionann's lightsaber blade would be coming to cut him from behind, correct?

Aaand just to clarify, Rook's attack was aimed at the right of Sionann's face, so is she moving to her right (Rook's left)?

Actually, I think I may have. If Rook made no movement at all, where would Sionann end up in relation to him at the end of her attack, and facing which direction?
