I'm afraid that rules state you cannot start off as a knight without previous knight experience. I know this knocks your RP plan, and I'm sorry, but I cannot bend the rules for any reason.

You should use the sign up thread to make this kind of case mate.

I do see that, but she will continue to be an asset as a Padawan and as she moves up in the ranks. You will lose no respect or admiration for dropping down a rank, as most people are starting off as Padawan anyways. :)

I'm not trying to antagonize you, but I'm going to ask you to start at Padawan all the same. Just because you created a character with a certain intent in mind does not mean you would necessarily get the rank you wished for; I am the second in command of the Jedi and this is my ruling, but if you'd like to try and bring it up with Will, our Grand Master, feel free. My judgement, for now, stands.

We are attempting to get everyone to start as Padawan this new timeline; it allows for much more character development and your character will grow and mature through training, something I'm sure all writers would not object to. In addition to this, the fact that you left in the middle of last timeline does not bode as well. Training has been revamped with class and missions in addition to traditional training and I can assure you you will enjoy yourself this time around. This decision is no offense to you or your character, but a decision we've had set down from the beginning of Legacies.
