I like although if their blades do clash Matsu's feet would be on your shoulders.

It makes it sound like she jumped backwards with her sabers under her robes and hair forming the barriers. The robes would have been like a blanket since you said they are thicker and more ornate and heavy. So I'll edit my post after we settle this little hiccup. Very fun duel.

Ah well when I talked about the combat more Matsu uses her style to train with her so they both improve. Whenever you want to make the thread just shoot it to me and I'll get in there.

Well Matsu would be able to duel with her more then teach her a different style. Since they are both older Melira being the oldest Matsu wouldn't try and teach her like a normal padawan. Hence the prime designation just means Matsu trusts them to know what they want to do. It will be/would be the same for potential padawan Lamia and maybe Ophenia. Think of it as less a master and apprentice and more Merlira teaches Matsu while Matsu teaches her.

Also if your going to be her padawan you'd be one of her primes. A more experienced padawan who has more training and privilege on the Harlequin. Also a gold star and your own bunk in either the padawan bunk room or Mtsu's bunk room. She has six beds all to herself.

Nope, NPC's are non-player chars. You don't have to create a character or anything; just find a thread that needs people deeples, say you want in, and boom! The thread goes up and you bounce in with a character you thought up in 2.5 seconds and post away.

I'd actually 'reserved' spots for both Will and Neo Shark when I posted the first couple battles, and when I posted Vanguard, I decided to stick them both there. There's going to be another round of battles, but at this point there's so many NJO people that I'm going to start giving priority to GA/Indie sign-ups. You'll get in, don't worry about that, but it may not be in the battles of Day 1 unless you'd care to NPC.
